Absolutely everything!!! The most perfect hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The hotel, the facilities, the pool & sun area, the restaurants, the bars, the rooms, the view … we’re all incredible. Overall though it is the staff that make this hotel what it is. Every single one of them are a testament to the hotel, so friendly, attentive & helpful. They make you feel super special & you can see they genuinely enjoy their job! Thank you Grand El Mirador… you’ve been fantastic & I can’t wait to come back!

Nothing!!! Only suggestion is perhaps an update in the rooms to refresh & consideration of charging points at both sides of the bed.

Great location, very well positioned. Very nice and helpful staff which made our stay great. The facilities, the pool and the squash field were also a highlight of our stay. We also enjoyed the spa a lot. We can’t wait to be back!

We would not recommend the restaurants for dinner. Whereas the staff was incredible, the food was quite boring and tasteless. Lunch was ok though.

The hotel is extremely well located, near the beach and promenade. it is in a quiet area of Adeje. The pool area is exceptional. It is quiet and inviting. The gardens are well manicured, the pool incredibly clean and waiters on hand with drinks when required. The breakfast is of a high standard with the option of sitting outside where views of the sea are fabulous. The proximity to the promenade and seashore make it perfectly placed for lovely, scenic walks.

The room decor is becoming a little bit dated and rooms are in need of general renovation. Attention to detail, which was clearly evident in earlier trips, was not there when I visited this time eg no wine/fruit in bedroom, no follow up when issues were raised.

Breakfast as usual was great, so much choice and the staff are so friendly and welcoming making you feel welcome. We didn't use the pool this time evem though we brouight our swimwear with us. Our room was very good with excellent views and was very quiet.

Probably the smoker next door as the smoke drifted over and spoilt our being able to sit outside. Shame the hotel doesn't have a complete ban on smoking.

My wife and I spent a week at Iberostar Grand El Mirador in January 2022. It was our first experience with the Iberostar brand, and our first stay at Grand El Mirador. It's impossible to overstate how exceptional this luxury hotel is. From the architecture, to the decor, to the culture, everything here enchanted us from the first minute to the last. With unlimited money, any hotel can add pools, nice furniture and nice things. But Grand El Mirador has something that is simply not reproducible: its team. Tiziana, Roberto, Tatiana, Palmira, Roma, Davide, Silvia, Eleonora and all members of the team are truly exceptional. Every single staff member displays true customer obsession at all times, taking ownership of each guest's needs and working hard to deliver a personalised, remarkable experience. This is consistent across all areas, from room service, to the spa, to the excellent restaurants. As a business, the team at Grand El Mirador is standard that can't possibly be met by other hotels in its segment. There is no substitute for such a value proposition, and if you read such enthusiastic words it's because I truly didn't believe such a level of hospitality was even possible. You might have noticed I didn't spend many words to discuss Costa Adeje or Tenerife itself, and the reason is that Grand El Mirador is a holiday destination by itself. We'll be back very soon.

Only one thing was missing to achieve perfection, and Roma's team fixed it: Grand El Mirador is now serving Negroni.

This hotel is GREAT! Super chill and extra quiet. Excellent staff. Breakfast was outstanding. Extremely clean. The swimming pool was like something I dream about. The enormous hot tub was fantastic, too. Two thumbs WAY UP!

I would like the ability to check my tab every day either online or via the TV. I didn’t have any problems at all but I really do feel better when I can keep an eye on my running charges.

Amazing location by the beach, staff were very friendly. Facilities and rooms were top quality! Food in the hotel restaurant was also excelllebt with plenty choice.

Couple next door were heavy smokers so we had to keep our balcony door closed most of the time. Otherwise our whole room stank of smoke the balconies are so close together.

This was THE BEST hotel we have EVER been in !!!! The service was exceptional- kind, cheerful, and helpful. Cleaning was 2-3 times a day, always fresh towels, two fresh bottles of water, and a small chocolate. The cocktails were excellent and so were the waiters. And the food was amazing - both breakfast and evening- fine dining level, worth every cent. The place was beautiful, peaceful, and clean. We want to come back to that same hotel!

Because of the reviews and price we expected a more ‘exclusive / vip ‘ experience. If you value this, better to book the prestige formula. Really liked the restaurant but expected more vegan/veggie options as sustainability is one of the pillars of the hotel.

I absolutely love this place! I came here 'pre pandemic' and loved it then and if possible, whilst remaining largely as it was, it is even more excellent. It is just the most glorious retreat in a lovely part of the coast line. The service levels just could not have been better and everyone is super friendly and helpful.
