We thoroughly enjoyed our break at the hotel. It was well worth paying for The Level as it made the week even more special. Our sea view room was well appointed with a fabulous view and spotlessly clean, thank you to the housekeeping staff. It makes a difference having a coffee machine and kettle too. The breakfast served in the lounge area was delicious and varied. There was a choice whether to eat in or outside. The waiters and managers are very attentive with a good sense of humour. The snacks all day were welcome as were the hot and soft drinks with alcoholic beverages complementing this. We loved the cocktail hour from 17.30 where a huge variety of spirits and tapas were available. A great start to the evening too and to mix with other guests if you wished. We ate in the Casa Nostra which had a small but delicious menu, thank you Emilio for making us so welcome. All in all a really great holiday - thank you to all the fabulous and happy 😃 staff

The Level Pool itself is a great idea BUT guests fill up the sunbeds with their towels before breakfast and sometimes don’t return until lunchtime. Grrrr 😡and not fair, there should be a time limit imposed by management. Javea the lifeguard is very helpful but there’s little he can do about it.

the facilities and also the daily activities offered as part of the stay. yoga, various workshops (eg coffee workshop), aqua fitness. The staff was very friendly and helpful too

Hotel was beautiful, staff really friendly and the breakfast was super, there was so many options to vacate for everyone!

Had a double room but it was just two single beds pushed together with separate duvets which was a little awkward. Also we were a little cold at night with just a sheet, probably perfect for the summer but need a substantial blanket during winter perhaps

Hotel is clean and comfortable and the views are beautiful. Enjoyed sitting on the terrace eating breakfast every morning. Staff are great and can't do enough to help you.

It is very hilly. Not for the faint hearted.

The entire experience was really awesome. Staff is great and extremely helpful and welcoming to answer any questions. Great selection of local foods served and changed on daily basis.

We could have been informed during the booking that Junior Deluxe Room that we booked as an upgrade from original one would be located above the main restaurant and window would face the stage.

Great staff, smiley, helpful but not intrusive and with good English… even though we wanted to practice our Spanish 😆 Mosaico buffet breakfast and dinner to die for (we had half board). Incredible array of food of produce of excellent quality. Different themes every evening, including Mexican, Seafood to local Canary cuisine amongst several. Total gastronomic indulgence. Great location, 15mins walk to selection of lovely beaches, from the gate down by the pool. We were also only less than 5 mins walk from a Padel club at the Activate Sports Club, where we played every morning. The reception can put you in touch, or just rock up and ask for Egy to set you up a game. Easy and swift transfer from/to the airport of Reina Sofia Tenerife south.

Unfortunately our bedroom’s air conditioning wasn’t cooling (despite swift intervention from the technical staff), and so we decided to sleep with the french windows open, which was lovely for the fresh air, but not so fun late evening as the noise from the Hotel’s evening entertainment was loud, and we were “in the line of fire”. I’m sure there are plenty of rooms that are not affected as the hotel is spread over several levels and over a wide area. So if you like to sleep with the windows open rather than with air con, ask for a room away from the evening’s musical entertainment.

Excellent holiday! Staff were all lovely, breakfast was excellent and the hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the beach. The pool area is great, lots of space and rooms and shower very comfortable. A pleasant surprise is there are free classes to do every day such as pilates and aqua classes, great fun!

While this was not an issue for us, the pool is very deep with zero shallow parts. Also the entertainment is great and there is something on every night until approx 10.45pm but if you want an early night (I’m 6 months pregnant so this was every night for me!) you will hear the music and noise from most rooms as the entertainment area is in the center. Only minor things though, would highly recommend this hotel!

Really nice vibes, staff were amazing. Music in the evening was awesome. Room was perfect size. Breakfast was great, pool area very nice. Good value for money and we feel satisfied and loved our stay. Highly recommended!

The pool is really deep for someone, who is not that confident in the water, or would like to relax in the pool. Water is cold, we would have expected swimming pool to be heated. We feel the snack bar should be on both sides or in the middle of pool area due to size of the pool. When relaxed, last thing you want to do is travel to other side for food and drinks but these are minor things and did not affect our stay in anyway.

The staff are excellent and room was as advertised.

We expected when we paid for the Level access that this would be Adults only, although not mentioned on booking.com other google searches/reviews suggested that the Level was adults only. The level access was good but the pool area had far too many children considering there is childrens pool down stairs.

Beautiful hotel with nice kids pool and a huge regular pool. Generally sunbeds could be secured each day provided you reserved them by 9:30am. Any later and all were taken.. Rooms were a good size with comfortable beds, plenty of towels and nice bathroom. Food was great and plenty of choice. We stayed with 2 small kids so the Deluxe room was ample for our needs.

Hotel location, whilst in a beautiful and quiet are of Costa Adeje, is up a very steep hill and a good 15 minute walk to nearest beach, even walking briskly. No shop on site so closest mini market is downhill about 5 mins from the hotel. Only complaint about the rooms was the noise from other less-accommodating guests next door and above our room (we were on 5th floor) of a 7 story part of the complex. They kepts arriving back after 1am and making loads of noise and unfortunately the walls are paper thin in the hotel. You can even hear light switches being turned on
