Terrible WiFi. Didn't like not being able to find a table to eat. Especially when there are plenty of empty tables reserved for swimming groups. Having to pay 1.7 euros for water and not being allowed to take our own water in.... penny pinching

The hotel is very well-located, on the coast, in walking distance from family-friendly beaches. At the same time, the coastal path is quiet, not crowded by vendors or shops. The view from the rooms to the sea is really nice. The hotel offers good food, both for breakfast and dinner.

The jacuzzi on the 4th floor (the one that is available for all guests of the hotel) is only accessible for those aged 18+. It was a let-down for us, as we travelled with children aged 10 and 14, and we were not aware of this constraint while booking.

Great value for money. Excellent food. Fresh and great choice. We have spent there 9 nights and had a different dinner every day. The hotel as a general, but especially rooms and swimming pool area are very clean. Hotel is situated in a calm and silent area and close to fantastic beaches and restaurants. Great ocean views. Not many hotels are situated closer to the ocean than Hovima. We have loved our stay there and recommend for everyone.

Very good location near the beach. Thev room was very spacious. Very nice rooftop adults only area with a jaccuzy and nice view of the area with a relaxing ambience. Free parking near the hotel, if you have a car.

Out of 5 days, the room was cleaned only 3 times. The AC temperature cannot be adjusted, only by the staff. The food was at medium level at best (especially the morning juices are bad).

very good location and if you book a sea view apartment the views are wonderful and you have the setting sun great buffet kept very clean with staff working so hard to clear it away and keep people coming in nice staff walk of about 10 mins to black fine sand and white sand bit further nice to walk or run on promenade

kitchen lounge area dark pool was rather enclosed by the hotel balcony very close to neighbours

we have been coming back to this hotel for years and love the friendly staff. it is always clean and well kept. The location is excellent.

every other time I have booked we always had aircon and a sea facing view .!! disappointed this time we did not have this as it now comes at a premium rate which we did not know about . One of the three rooms we bought was on the ground floor and exceptionally hot. There was no way of leaving a window open as was not safe.!

This hotel definitely deserves one star more for facilities and 2 stars more for customer service. -I’d like to mention front of the house (reception) - ladies are very welcome , always smiling , as many times we needed something they helped us. I’d like to mention the lady from our check in (I don’t know her name ) but she was very very lovely, as well lady which speaks romanian-very positive. It’s really important when receptionists are professional and know how to create right atmosphere and you can see that they are, good training. Big applause. -We asked for cold dinner before coming in and when we entered the room on the table were fruits and in fridge main meal+ vegetables and water. Amazing. Never had like this before. -We felt like in a big family. All staff (from restaurant,pool,everyone) were asking if we were fine, if we need something, always greeting us, warm and familiar attitude. - During the day are severals entertainments . At evening cinema, karaoke, live music etc. Entertainment boy always come and asks if we want to participate, it’s really encouraging. I liked the way how to interacts with kids when he were doing activities with them. My son actually won 1st place at mini golf activity and he received certificate, all kids received as well certificate for participation and their places, it’s a little thing but for kids means a lot. Good job. - Spacious rooms , large bed, cleaning 5 times a week and very qualitative. We have been always see this ladies outside and they always greet us. On the first day it didn’t work our kettle we called at the reception and literally in 5 min problem were solved. A lovely technician man come , checked the problem and changed for another kettle. In room you have everything what you need to cook. - Food very tasty , you always find what to eat, good choice of everything. My son which is very naughty at food he were eating.

- lack of air conditioning. We’ve been on 4th floor for October time was ok, but I think for summer time it’s hot inside and rooms needs to have at least fan.

The sea view from the apartment was excellent and the location is very good. it was extremely clean and well managed.

some of the waiting staff particularly the older men were quite rude and need training on how to interact in a friendly manner with customers.

very poor internet, mostly not working. even 4g barely works bring coffee with you as the one from hotel is horrible if you chose dinner included in your package, you have to pay for drinks but have no idea how much they will charge you untill you live at the end of your stay

Everything was perfect, the staff is super polite and in your service when ever you need them. The food was very tasty and the pool was perfect
