The room was immaculate and perfect for what I needed. The water and breakfast supplied everyday was fabulous. It was also brilliant that I coukd watch Netflix or Amazon Prine when I wanted. The hosts were also so attentive and helped me out of a sticky situation when my phone charger decided to die the evening before the next day of my flight which would’ve been disastrous! The kindly found a charger and brought it to my room. I can’t recommend these guys and the apartment enough.

I would’ve liked a few shops a bit closer by but that’s not the fault of the apartment owners of course.

Location was fantastic, across the road from the tram station only 3 stops to city Centre at a cost of 1.45 euros. And just after the tram station is a lovely beach with bar.

Noise from road and car wash but once patio doors were shut , the air conditioned room was lovely.

This 5 bedroom establishment was perfect for our short stay. It is literally on the roundabout, beside a car wash (I’m only mentioning this, because initially we drove straight passed it! There is no problem with noise and the way the place is set up, it still feels very private) Outside, there is a lovely garden area with comfy seating, sun beds and parasols dotted around. There is safe and free parking at the rear of the property. Being a little outside of Alicante was no problem, as “La Isleta” tram station is literally across the road, giving easy access not only to Alicante, but numerous other destinations up and down the coast. The rooms are modern, well furnished, spotless and have all the amenities you would need. The air-con works well and there is a small fridge, Dulce Gusto coffee machine (also acts like a kettle without the coffee pods in) and a toaster. The beds were firm and very comfortable. The large walk in shower has good water pressure and plenty of hot water. A lovely touch, is that there was a complimentary continental breakfast left in the fridge for us, along with a couple of small waters. The TV has a number of international channels, where you can get English speaking films and series. We stayed in the small double, which is the only room that does not have a patio door entrance with a table and chairs outside of the actual room - not a criticism, but something to note - next time we would book one of the other rooms, so we could enjoy our breakfast by just walking straight out of the patio doors and sitting outside - it would be worth the extra small expense to us.

I have only one criticism, and it is a very small one, but in our eyes it would make this place perfect. Rather than paper disposable cups, it would be nice to have two mugs for the coffee and two glasses for the orange juice in the room - even if they were plastic - that could be washed and reused during the stay. Next time we visit Alicante, this is where we will stay again, loved it 😊

It was great to have the whole of the Sandra Rooms with its spacious outdoor sitting area for the sole use of our family group. Everything we needed had been provided. Nice breakfast items replaced in and on top of fridge each day. Great location only 5 mins walk to nearest beach with its friendly café and even closer to the tram stop.

The outside gate seemed to have a mind of its own, sometimes opening at random when no keypads had been pressed, and sometimes refusing to close no matter how many times I pressed the keypad. I also found the bedside lamps a little puzzling as they would go through all the colours of the rainbow before deciding (or not) to settle on a steady white light. Other than that, nothing negative at all. I would return happily to Sandra Rooms and recommend it to others.

The access to the property was excellent with automatic gates that give you access to the private carpark. The room was in exceptional condition. Really impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the quality of the service. Fresh food was delivered every morning which is very convenient when visiting a new country for the first time. Location is perfect everything is within 10mins drive and the beach is approximately 5-10mins walk away. Sandra’s room really made my experience in Alicante that much more special and I would highly recommend.

We were there for over a week (2 separate bookings). Clean, modern, fresh decor. Just a lovely place to stay. next to a roundabout but very quiet, well soundproofed. Close to a lovely local yeah and tram station. Basic but adequate breakfast supplied every day.

Very nice well-functioning big modern rooms. Close to the tram with an easy ride to Alicante center and to the beaches in the north. Absolutely wonderful service with cleaning and breakfast every day and even a ride to the airport. A great place to stay.

You will get some noise from the traffic and carwash next to the place during the day if you spend time in the nice outdoor area. But the beach is 50 m away and quiet. And you cannot hear the traffic when indoors.

The accommodation was very clean, the air conditioning was great and the bed was really comfortable, including the pillows. The daily supply of fresh bread rolls and croissants was a lovely addition. The Tram stop is also just across the road and there's a lovely little cafe/ bar called La Isleta about 20 metres away, open 7 days a week from 8am, with friendly and helpful staff.

Two sets of keys would be useful for couples.

Sandra Rooms is a great place to stay. A simple but good breakfast is provided in the fridge. The rooms are spotlessly clean and done every day with fresh towels and bottled water. The lady who cleans is helpful and always cheery. The room has simple but classy decor. There is a lovely outdoor area with sun beds etc made attractive with plants a lighting. The location is on a roundabout (don’t be put off it is not noisy). It is in a residential area so not ‘touristy’ but there are plenty of good restaurants nearby, a beautiful beach and excellent transport connections.

The tv has a light which makes the room quite light at night. But we had eye masks so wasn’t a problem

The place was even better than we were expecting. In order to access the yard we called Sandra who opened the gate for us and kindly explained how things work and where to find the breakfast. After you pass the gate you reach this very fancy looking yard with different functional spaces for eating, relaxing, sunbathing. The room was very spacious and modern with an ensuite bathroom. The room is equipped with AC, a fridge where you will find your breakfast and a huge smart TV. The tram and the bus station are a few meters away and the beach is at a 3 minutes walking distance. Very happy with this choice !

It would be nice to have more variety in terms of breakfast. It was okay for us as we stayed for three days only but eating the same thing for breakfast for an entire week would not be too interesting.
