loved the rooftop terrace and Netflix is good to have. nice to have fridge and small freezer. shower nice and powerful. bed comfortable.

the aircon unit was right next to the bed so gave me bad throat whole time I was there whilst sleeping. 20 min walk to beach which wasn’t too bad but thought was bit closer. ceiling bit low on upstairs bedroom if you were taller. I’m 5,4 and have to bend down whilst up there so banged my head alot.

we liked the terrace so much. The apartment is very clean, all the things that you need in the kitchen. The guy who gave us the key ( Adrian ) when we’ve arrived, was very gentle.

We didn’t like the air conditioning, sometimes it used to stop. We are also suggesting to have more towels due to the fact that is a sea destination for holiday and the guest will not come with more towels in the luggage. It would be also a suggestion to change the towels with a better quality :)

The staff is great. the design of the place is really nice, there is even a hammock. The place is made in a very practical way and had everything I needed. I loved the rooftop terrace - it was available for all the guests. The staff was so nice and helpfull every time I needed that, the contact with the rentier was also always easy.

I had a ground floor flat so it lacked sunlight and was a bit noisy from the street. Another thing is that my flat had a poor noise isolation from other flats - so you can hear any conversation (or a party) from neighbour apartments and from the staircase. Maybe its a Spanish thing, Im okay with that anyway but I guess lots of people wouldnt be able to sleep there.

Great size and beautifully designed. Really close to supermarkets and bus stop to get into town quickly. I really loved it

Needs sound proofing, the next apartment had boys in who played loud music daily till 3am, upstairs apartment was heavy footed, could hear every conversation from next door and apartment above :(

Very nice and spacious loft. It was perfect for our weekend trip to Alicante with 6 friends. Comfortable beds. It’s basically one giant space so privacy could be an issue for some people. For us it was definitely ok. the kitchen has lots of utensils and cutlery which comes in handy. The location is absolutely perfect! It’s far enough from the city center to have a quiet and peaceful night rest, yet still within a 10min walking distance from various places like the beach, city center and the castle. We not once needed a taxi. I definitely recommend and would rebook when visiting Alicante.

One of the showers didn’t have warm water so we had only 1 shower for 6 people, but we managed. At the end there was a misunderstanding with the key which was resolved quickly and correctly.

Very nice open space, very comfortable and well organized. Services include a common terrace, a laundry room; kitchen is available in the apartment. The personelle is very kind and was always available for any request.

Some parts of the structure were still "under construction" when we visited the place (July '22), then there were some wood-panels and clutters here and there. Can't imagine how good this will be when everything is completed.

The penthouse is beautifully decorated, it's spacious and it has a nice private terrace ! The bed was comfortable and the flat was very clean! The check in was very easy and the staff was very communicative and available for all your needs. I totally recommend it !

Nothing to dislike

Super clean and all in good repair. All kitchen items were present and working. Very good/fast internet connection. Comfortablechairs and bed with effective heating system.

A bit unsure about the steps up to the bed. Narrow treads which meant comingbdown 'backwards'.

Spacious room, the kitchen is decently equipped, great air conditioning.

Shower in one of the bathrooms leaked, can't stand up on the balcony bedrooms, toilet wall doesn't go to the ceiling

Apartment: clean, cosy and cute. free wi-fi and Netflix. Location: very close to supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and a shopping mall. In the very heart of Alicante's day-to-day life Hosts: very friendly and helpful, always available.

I can't think of something negative.
