Superb apartment, we had flat 3 of 3, top floor with wonderful roof top patio with sun parasol, comfy chairs and table. Open plan inside, comfy large bed, excellent roomy shower and good loo with super floor tiles! Everything supplied in kitchen area, good cooker, kettle and toaster. Plenty of hangers for clothes. Everything appeared brand new and spotless. Can thoroughly recommend. Location excellent in quiet street back from main road and behind the castle. Short walk to shopping area for supermarket and excellent main Market. Also short walk to C6 bus stop for airport, and short walk to beach.

Although there is a notice in hallway to observe quiet hours, sleep can be disturbed by noisy people in flat below. Beware of patio doors when closed, easy to walk into them, perhaps some stickers would be a good idea.

The apartment was very modern, all appliances provided and the beds were very comfortable including the sofa bed. The balcony was incredibly beautiful with all furniture provided for chilling and the sunsets were beautiful to watch from there. The lockbox in the bedroom was useful but a code should have been provided in the information sheet. City centre is walkable but is slightly hilly.

The first aspect to improve was having more mirrors in each apartment. It was a group of girls getting ready and hard to do so with only one mirror outside. Maybe even small mirrors in the bedrooms would be good. Secondly, none of us were able to connect to the WiFi successfully during the stay.

really bright, clean and airy. well located in the centre of Alicante near the bars and restaurants. Perfectly situated next to St Bárbara castillo. Check in was easy and well organised on arrival with clear and easy instructions to access keys on arrival. it was just a ten minute walk from the beach front and La Rambla.

I would not say I disliked anything about the apartment it was ideal for a city break but it’s not suitable for someone with mobility issues as access on foot is up some steep hills.

The apartments are spotlessly clean, modern and well laid out with everything you need. The host gave us clear instructions to access the apartments and information (including online maps) for local shops etc., and was always on hand if we needed any further information.

Check-in/Check-out times! We only stayed for 2 nights, but the area felt further from the centre than it actually is - a 10-15min walk.

The apartment is very clean and has all the things you would need for your stay i. e. Washing machine, cooking utensils etc. It is well located around 20 min taxi ride from the airport. Nearest beach is 10 min. walk. Luiza is very friendly and helped us with all our questions, also booked a taxi for us to go to the airport. Alicante is a very beautiful city and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this apartment to whoever wants to visit Alicante.

We didn't meet the host but we have great communication with them. They accepted our request to do the check in a bit earlier then the regular time. The apparent was clean, all furniture were like brand new. The kitchen was well equipped. The parking place is in front of the apartment but not under roof it was not a issue for me, the ggod thing is that it was a huge space easy to park

A few thing. It seems that the floors are made of wood or a similar material so you can hear your above neighbors were walk/talk....

Clean, bright apartment with beatiful terrace, Host Luiza was pleasant, quickly answered for our questions. all that you need are near, we didnot use bus or tram. It is 15-20 minutes to the beach.

property is exactly like on the picture. it has everything you need and more. it’s very close to tram station , city centre and castle. lovely bakery near buy , small supermarket and big supermarket about 10 min walk.

The street . street very run down , so if you’re looking for a view this is not the place to go. although street is very quiet.

Excellent apartment, exactly as the photos. Everything is super clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. You can book a cleaning service as well, but you can find everything to clean it by yourself as well! The road isn't noisy at all (I live in the ground floor and I don't have any issue). 2 airconditions and both work properly! I expected the apartment to be good, but I didn't expect such a kind owner. Luiza is the most helpful person. The airplane company lost my luggage and she helped me with everything. She contacted with everyone and translated everything that I needed. If you are going to stay at Alicante, so yourself a favor and stay at Apartamentos de la huerta!

It is a beautiful apartment, cosy and efficiently. We enjoyed the sunny terrace where we had breakfast and an evening drink. It is a nice neighborhood and you can easily walk to the city centre.

I would recommend to make a reservation for a parking lot!!! I didnot do that and it was really a daily hassle to find a parking place. the last two nights we had neighbors in the apartment above us. that was a little noisy, but not a big problem.
