Beautiful quiet hotel with a pleasant peaceful pool, very friendly staff, we had to make a change in a reservation and the hotel didn't make any problems, they even offered another baby bed to make us feel more comfortable. The cleaning staff does amazing job, everyday the room was completely cleaned and tidied. Every room has a balcony, ours had a garden view and it was beautiful. Hotel TV had an option to log to various streaming platforms, which was great as thr kids could watch cartoons. Hotel is located outside of heavy turist crowds, but it takes 15 min by bus to get to the center and the bus is 100m from hotel. Also there is a nice local beach just outside hotel, not crowded like Postiguet, where you can bathe and relax and have a great Alicante panorama. Restaurant serves great food at affordable prices. And you have a nice italian restaurant (but serving also Spanish food) nearby a shopping center across the street. I am very happy we selected this hotel, we probably wouldn't have found a better option in Alicante.

Everything was great! Maybe the doors are closing quite loud, so sometimes you can hear your neighbours coming in/out, but this really didn't disturb us.

The hotel is intimate and cosy. It has a small yard with a swimming pool and several common terraces. Breakfast is served in a pleasant fully glazed dining room. The hotel is located in a quieter than downtown San Juan district. On site there is no problem with parking on free spaces along the street (no fee). The center of Alicante can be quickly and conveniently reached by a modern tram (10 minutes on foot to the stop). The area around the hotel is very friendly, close to the beach. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. There is a cordial atmosphere. We were in January - it was very warm throughout the facility and in the room. It is very clean, the rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day. The bed is very comfortable. The room is small but quite ergonomic. The breakfasts are plentiful and also include an offer of cakes. I recommend.

The breakfasts don't offer any salads, fresh vegetables or even pickles. They are generally plentiful but very repetitive. Espresso coffee is correct, but not very tasty. The rooms have poor soundproofing and additionally the entrance and interior doors slam loudly which can be clearly heard from other rooms. In addition, there is a school in close proximity to the hotel, so sometimes children's noise can be heard. There was no toilet brush in our bathroom.

This quirkily shaped hotel is located 20 minutes by bus from Alicante marina and old town. Once one gets the hang of the bus service (number 22), this is not a problem. The walk back from Alicante is a pleasant one. Our room (202) was in a magnificent position, over looking the pool with a western aspect - ie we got the afternoon, early evening sun and sunset. It was kept immaculate throughout our stay. Staff are kindly and efficient (found my mislaid and much loved kindle cover). Breakfast more than enough for this hungry Englishman first thing in the morning. A kettle was provided on request for my lady's morning cuppa. The pool area whilst not huge, is well kitted out and kept immaculately, there was never a problem finding a sunbed. There are enough places nearly to drink and dine, 2 nights of 3 we went to Bar/Cafe Arabica - a locals venue in a complex nearby. Beach bar la Gallina also worth a visit.

There was a private function on the day we arrived; not a showstopper and I understand these are a source of income; perhaps a volume switch on the children.. :-)

Location was superb, everything was within reached. Staff are friendly and helpful They have basic amenities. Cleanliness is really good, everyday they will clean the room even if you dont state that you need to have it cleaned.

Breakfast was okay but it can be better like add some variety if you are staying there for a week, you might get tired of same food. Water in the shower started leaking on the other side. Would be nice of theres a laundry again if you are staying for more than 3 days. Would be nice also if theres a kettle in the room and iron.

Very comfortable beds, modern room and we had a lovely view of the sea from the balcony ! Plenty of car spaces around the hotel. We could not use their paid parking even though we had access as our car was much wider than the garage.

We were disappointed by the quality of products offered for breakfast. Despite the lack of fresh vegetables, the Jamon was tasting and looking bad. The salami was inedible. The same was offered the next day looking even worst that the previous day. All I had was a coffee and a croissant.

Cosy, reasonable priced hotel a bit outside of Alicante. We loved the authentic vibe of the area to get away from the touristey areas. The bus stop is just outside the hotel so easy get to/fro the city. The hotel is a bit on the smaller side so feels like a family hotel. We really enjoyed the breakfast at the terrace, and - they had cava too! :-)

The beds. Uncomfortable and small. As a family of 5 (tall) people we booked 2 rooms, one with an extra bed which was way shorter than a normal bed, which we would have appreciated to know beforehand.

Breakfast was great (hot and cold options) - with a coffee machine, sparkling wine and a range of juices. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. No issues with noise from the street and our balcony faced the street. Lovely pool area - very easy to spend your entire day there with hotel restaurant/bar right there.

We were hoping there might be a few more dining options around. Within a ten minute walk, there were a few options, however we caught the bus to the centre of Alicante most evenings for dinner. Pool was not heated.

this hotel is one of the cleanest Hotels I’ve ever stayed in and for those of you to read my reviews will know that I am particularly fussy about cleanliness.  The cleanliness of this hotel would put most five star hotels to shame..  I will never stay anywhere else when I visit Alicante. management please note that your team do a great job and long made us continue. Thank you.

Breakfast was excellent, plenty of options. Our bedroom was quiet with a nice balcony facing the pool and hillsides. Plenty of greenery. Nice hot rain shower. No bidet. Not really enough space for keeping clothing. Walking to tram station and central area about 8 minutes. Quiet residential area with a small shopping centre opposite the hotel with food options. We enjoyed our stay!

No bidet. There was a cockroach in the room which the reception came to remove. Said it was due to the rain. Could have more shelving for clothes.
