Beautiful, classy and modern hotel with everything you need. Fresh and clean rooms. Very nice pool area and ofcourse the new rooftop pool and bar. Highlight of the day was walking straight down the road for 5-10min to the beach. There was a Mercado 5-10min in the other direction. 5-10min walk to the tram that takes you to Alicante in 15min. Good breakfast 7-11am.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff are so friendly. The selection and quality of food at breakfast is outstanding. A great selection of food at the buffet dinner. Rooms spotless, they have all the toiletries . Really nice pool area.

Food at the buffet dinner could be a little warmer. We were originally allocated room 129, we were woken up with a noise and vibrating. Seemly it's from the kitchen fans. I feel this room or surrounding rooms should not be allocated to guests. Everything else was perfect.

It was very close to the beach and the long promenade. Buffet Breakfast was good with a lot of choice.

The terrace pool was supposed to be heated but the water was freezing cold. I had booked a double room but instead got a disabled room, when this was brought up with reception staff, they just told me they were fully booked and to check back again next night…

Lovely new hotel, with very modern minimalist Nordic style room with lovely large balconies. Breakfast was included and was also great.

Weather was about 22-25 degrees in nov. But annoyingly the pool below for adults and kids is not heated and it was absolutely freezing cold. They should heat it up. I believe the roof top pool is heated but was closed also not available for kids. So that wouldn’t have worked.

Hotel was spotless, staff friendly, I would recommend a room with a balcony, breakfast was excellent and varied each morning.

- superior, modern design of the hotel - location: not far from the city centre, in a clean, quiet neighbourhood, very close to the San Juan beach, which is not extremely crowded - spotlessly clean everywhere - in rooms, swimming pool and breakfast area - great swimming pool facilities with many sunbeds - not overcrowded in the second half of September - amazing breakfast - big variety of delicious options, including local specialities; the breakfast area is nicely furnished and provides lots of tables so there's no need to wait - really nice bars available while relaxing by either of the pools

- there should be more umbrellas for sunbeds by the pool - at times it proves difficult to find shade - there is an older part of the hotel: haven't been there but according to others' opinions it's not up to standard of the rest of the hotel; IMO the hotel should be a lot more transparent about cheaper rooms being in old part, which doesn't seem to be the same class as the rest - you can't find this information anywhere

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Traveling alone and pregnant, I initially felt a bit anxious, but the incredibly friendly hotel staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. A week before arriving, I requested a quiet room on a higher floor to enjoy the sunlight, and the hotel perfectly met my request. The meals were delightful, offering a wide variety of options to suit any taste. The restaurant staff was energetic and attentive, managing a busy environment with ease and ensuring everything was promptly replenished. Their friendliness and attention to detail stood out to me. The hotel's location was exactly what I wanted. It was near the beach, allowing for long, enjoyable walks, and although it was a bit away from the city center, a nearby bus could get you there in about 15 minutes. My room had everything I needed: it was very clean and modern, with a shower that had great water pressure. Additionally, the room came with a kettle for tea and coffee, and the balcony was spacious, offering a beautiful view and plenty of sunlight. The reception staff went above and beyond to fulfill all my requests. As someone who travels frequently in Spain and other countries, I can confidently say I've never stayed in a hotel as perfect as this one. Despite being pregnant and without my husband, I felt safe and enjoyed every moment of my stay. We will definitely return next year, this time as a family of three. :)

There was just one minor issue during my stay: a man in the restaurant who didn't wear a uniform and was a bit shorter and older. He didn't really know how to treat guests right, especially on the two crowded weekend nights he worked. It looked like he could use some more training on how to treat guests better.

We were there in the end of February. The hotel’s Location, the restaurant , and the breakfast buffet were great. The rooms were exactly as photos. There was plenty of street parking for free. Nice sitting area around both pools with well kept furniture. A small, clean gym was available.

The bedding and pillows! There was no duvet covers on the duvets! Instead the duvets were sandwiched between two sheets which was not comfortable. First we were in a standard triple room which was large and nice but the AC was central and since February is considered winter ( even though the temperature was between 10-20) the central AC was on winter mode and it was hot for us! 23-24 degrees in the room. It was not practical to leave the windows open since there was a large compressor of neighbours working all night which was loud for us. Also occasionally in the middle of the night loud motorcycles were passing. We asked for the room to be changed to one which had individually controlled a/c and the staff entertained our request. It was okay afterwards.

I liked the fact that the breakfast was really good and it contained a variety of dishes to choose from. The food itself was excellent and the restaurant was really clean.

I didn't like the room at all. First of all, we've stayed in room no. 006, which was a little bit under the normal ground level. In addition to that, the bathroom door was broken and it couldn't be fully closed. The ventilation in the bathroom was not working at all (the fan was dead) and also the shower faucet was semi-broken. The bed pillows were a little bit too tall and hard, I had to find a position where I could feel that my neck was not hurting.

Receptionists are incredibly friendly and helpful, heated rooftop pool and bar area are lovely, food was excellent at breakfast and dinner with a lot of choice and some local dishes, everywhere is clean, housekeeping staff always say hello, bar staff were welcoming. It's a convenient quiet location 10 minutes walk from a lovely quiet beach, and very close to bus and tram links. You can use the facilities before and after check in and they'll happily store your luggage. Plenty of sunbeds and seating were available outside.

It costs 12 euros to hire a beach towel so take your own. When sitting outside for breakfast, the doors back into the buffet kept being shut by staff so you had to walk all the way around. The tiles around the ground floor pool are super slippery if you're wearing flip flops!
