The Mirror Hotel did not disappoint. On arrival reception staff were very helpful and informative. In particular Diego who took us to our room and explained how everything worked. He also took time to show us locations of places of interest and routes on the map. He is very friendly and an absolute asset to the Mirror Hotel. The bedroom (658) was lovely and spacious. It was also very clean. The bed was very comfy as were the pillows. The room had added extras of bathrobes, slippers, coffee machine, fridge, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc. The roof top pool was an added bonus. We didn’t book breakfast so can’t comment. The hotel bar prices are reasonable. Across the road is a small Mexican restaurant and we recommend it highly. If we return to Barcelona we would gladly stay in the Mirror Hotel again. Please pass our gratitude to Diego again.

Amazing hotel and experience overall. Great location in the suburbs, so quiet yet central with lots of choices of cafes/ bars restaurants etc... Room was amazing, very modern. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A bit disappointed that there was some confusion about which rooms already had guests in or not. You'd think this would be a basic functionality of the booking system. The first room they gave me, I opened the door, and there was already someone staying there. So I had to go back downstairs with all my luggage and ask for a different room. I wasn't impressed by the breakfast. It was a bit simple and limited. For me it did not match the rest of the hotel and it was a little expensive for what it was. Better off going to find one of the lovely little cafe bars in the area. The other thing was that the electrics and lighting failed in my room. System too complicated for its own good and required a re-boot. But the staff did come and fix this very quickly. I cannot fault the staff.

Cleanliness. Helpful, smiling staff. Very comfy bed and pillows. Location. Surrounded by lots of places to eat / drink. Safe neighbourhood. 10 to 15 minutes walk from high end shops, Gaudi attractions and main transport (metro stops and R2 / airport / montmello train line)

Great concept but, parts of the room are starting to show wear e.g. scuffs and scratches on furnishings, plus drawer and cupboard which didn't close properly These will need renovating or replacing soon to maintain the 'adult only' image. Thankfully the cleanliness and daily servicing of the room easily made up for this. Also TV wasn't 'smart' as could not find it as a device to cast from phone despite trying a few different apps including the one suggested by the TV settings.

This is quite a "trendy" hotel, full of unusual design features. Lot's of white EVERYWHERE, as well as a LOT of mirrors. The staff were responsive and accommodating. The location is solid. Near enough to major sites for ease of access, but far enough off the tourist route that nearby restaurants and bars served primarily locals. The breakfast was reasonably priced for hotels in either the US or Europe, and included made to order dishes as well as a small buffet. The air conditioning worked well (essential for an August visit).

The rooms were unusual, and some of the design worked, and some did not do that well. The lighting was so flexible that we never figured out how to specifically turn certain lights on and off. The shower was in a separate section, but there was nowhere nearby to hang up a dry towel or a wet one. Storage space for items was great in the bathroom, and almost non-existent in the bedroom.

The staff were excellent! They were very friendly and helpful. The man who checked us in provided us with a map and instructions on how to get around/get to the main attractions - super helpful! They also let us leave our luggage at reception on check out day before our flight. The room was modern and extremely clean. Sure, some of the furniture is outdated but overall, it's a great spot. It's quite a funky hotel and would have been a beautiful spot 10 years ago. It's a short walk or bus ride down to the main tourist attractions. It was nice to have a plunge pool available for the end of hot days. The 12pm checkout was great too!

The pool area could be bigger but for a quick dip it's fine. If you're expecting to spend all day by the pool, this is not the hotel for you as there is only a couple of seats up there. The room setup is quite random, the basin for the toilet is in the main room and the shower steps out into the main room too. Once you get past how random it is, it's fine! However the shower could be quite dangerous for elderly or disabled people - we slipped a few times as it had a very high bath side.

Great location near bars and restaurants. The subway station was easily accessible too. the hotel was beautiful and our room was cozy, the beds were great and the whole vibe was fun. My girlfriend ordered room service and said that her BLT was delicious. The front desk was nice and helpful, they even had gluten-free restaurant recommendations for us. The pool is small, but we weren't there to stay in the hotel much, so it was just nice to be able to go for a dip in between activities. The rooftop view is nice, and there's a sauna as an added bonus. The hotel's parking was full, so make sure to reserve a spot ahead of time f you're driving in. There are multiple parking around that range from 35-50$ a day (in Euros), but they are a walk away. We had a wonderful time and we recommend this hotel for any couples who want a cool and private getaway.

great location nice design

we came many time in this hotel we love in Barca. this time the room with terrasse was in the first floor’ we didn’t enjoy it at all’ there are some room with terrasse in top floor which are much better.

The room was spacious, comfortable, very clean and the view was lovely. Beds were comfy. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Using a taxi from the airport was an economical and easy means of transportation. Lots of shopping and quaint shops and street cafes all around.

The air conditioning in the room did not work all the time and some sleeping was too hot, Staff did try to fix but was only temporary. If this had been working better I would have give 10/10. I do feel I should have been given a small credit for the inconvenience- I am not a person that likes to be hot. So, 8/10 is my score.

Nice room, the mirror all over, little bit weird. Quiet enough... Smile stuff, Caterina was very helpful late in the night. Walking distance for all over the city..Clean enough.

No dressing, plastic glasses, very small size bathrobe. Room 651 was well design, some separation between the bad, tv and sanitary group, but first one was really strange. In front of the bad was bathroom and toilet with glass door. Really uncomfortable, even for "only adults"..

Small boutique hotel with modern decor. Great location - close to the heart of downtown Barcelona; subway and bus stops; lots of local restaurants and shops. Quiet because it's a few blocks away from the main downtown streets. Bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. Staff were pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Working sauna and small plunge pool (not heated). Optional full or continental breakfast (somewhat pricey)

Air conditioner was not well regulated. At 23- 24C itvwould run quite cold, then shut off until it got stuffy before coming on again. Plunge pool not heated (cold for spring, autumn and winter) Breakfast is pricey.
