Location was great. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. the staff were exceptional.

The restaurants. I couldn’t get any detail of the menu for “kosher night” in the tapas bar except that it was 180 euro pp. couldn’t get the me u for the main restaurant and the reason was that it was a Michelin restaurant. That was very strange but it may have been the waiter I was speaking with.

we (me and my daughter) stayed over all for 5 nights, two first nights at the end of August, we left for few days and came back for 3 more nights, the first room we got was less comfortable because of the window from the bathroom to the main room, that didn't make much sense, the room we got at the later part of our stay was far more reasonable and more comfortable, the service at the hotel was very good, the front desk agents were all very good and helpful, the restaurant team was good as well, especially Idith at the Japanese restaurant< she was really great taking care of my daughter on our dinner. breakfast was good, the Japanese restaurant was good as well, Xerta restaurant for dinner was ok but not as good as expected

The location and the staff at this property are exceptional. My luggage did not arrive when I landed in Barcelona and they made endless calls for me to the local airline contact to help get my luggage to me. While this was all going on they suggested places I could shop that would have clothes my size (US 16) to tide me over. I felt very cared for and more than just a guest with these exceptional staff members. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness.

My only complaint was the mattress in the room. It was very firm and not one that I slept very well on.

Absolutely everything, every deatail was accounted for, from the courtesy of the staff to the cleanliness of the room. We had to check out of the room at 12.00 and our flight was at 19.00 they allowed us to keep the luggage for 7 HOURS in the back room and even use the rooftop terrace and pool all day even tho we werent formally guests of the Hotel anymore, even offered us drinks and most of all everything was done with a smile so, conclusion: One of the best hotels in Barcelona, for the services they provide may be even the best! We stayed at others in the same area and still this was the best experience in the city so far. Great job guys, definitely recommend it

Easy walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and a few of the Gaudi sites. Additionally, a metro stop was nearby which made it perfect for exploring other neighborhoods and sites to save you from too much walking. Wonderful breakfast buffet and extremely helpful staff. Highly recommend!

A very minor complaint here, but we’re not ones that need housekeeping services every day, so it would have been great if the room was stocked with more than one day’s worth of bath linens and other room staples (TP, and coffee pods for the in-room machine), without having to request these things frequently. It was really not a major issue, but would have been easier.

Four night stay merited a free taxi pick-up from the airport and a refreshing glass of water on arrival. Very welcoming in the Barca heat. Classy hotel, staff always on hand from reception, to chambermaids and the hard working guys at the rooftop pool bar. Great central city location…but not in tourist trap area, well-laid out hotel room with comfy bed, rain-shower and coffeemaker Tasty brekkie, welcoming bar and super stylish - if pricey -Kinstugi Japanese restaurant.

When you add on the little chocolates on the pillow, the umbrellas in hand in case it rained, and the smart security checks on visitors…there was nothing I didn’t like.

Upon arrival and throughout our stay we were made to feel welcome. The staff were fantastic and very helpful (especially at reception and breakfast dining). The facilities were great and although the room was pretty small it was what we expected in terms of size. How the space was used was very clever though. There were two great restaurants in the hotel and given that we usually don’t dine in house, Xerta Restaurant and Kin Tsugi were worthwhile exceptions. Great food and great service. That brings me to breakfast. Not over the top but done just right. The fruit was fresh as and cooked dishes and pastries were great. The hotel was in a good location where we could walk to the Metro Station, main attractions or down to some quieter local dining areas. We had the best of everything.

Great room, comfortable bed, had amazing sleep. Incredibly welcoming and helping staff. We used an option to store luggage before checking in and after checking out. We were happy to use a pool facility (shower) after we checked out from the room. Breakfast was good, liked the option to order sandwich or crepes from the menu.

Hard to get a sunbed near the pool. A pool is relatively empty, so it’s easy to swim but hard to sunbath or rest.

lovely hotel, modern design, spacious rooms and good breakfast. hotel pool and bar area was a perfect place for relaxing. it was located in a great area with many good restaurants, cafes shops and bars within walking distance. About 20-30 min walk to La Rambla and about an hour to Barceloneta.

Some of the staff although really lovely didn’t seemed inexperienced. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived (which is perfectly fine) but our luggage was then said to have been taken to our room which it hadn’t, it was then lost, apparently found and was once again supposed to be taken up to our room and never arrived and in the end we had to located it and bring it up ourselves. telephone was not working either (which we noticed when we tried to locate our luggage) and this took several reminders to be fixed.
