The location is fantastic and the staff very polite. The hotel is very centric. The room was nice and very tranquil.

I cannot fault anything.

We have two older children (13 and 17) and I often have trouble finding a family room that offers what we need. I.e. space, storage, privacy, comfort, facilities for 4 people - plenty of hangers, hooks, sockets etc. This room had it all! Twin beds for the kids in one room, a king size bed for us in the other room, both separated by sliding doors and the space in between served as a washroom with mirrors, storage, closet. From this space a door led to the shower and toilet. The beds were extremely comfortable, the master bedroom had very large closets. Among other things we had an amazing terrace overlooking the street and city leading from the kids room. The rooms were modern and practical. The hotel itself had beautiful interiors and also a terrace with a small swimming pool on the roof. The access to the hotel was amazing - located right in the center of the tourist zone.

Absolutely nothing

I recommend this hotel. Good location, everything is within walking distance, near the metro and bus stop. Wonderful and cozy interior. Staff is friendly. Rooms are cleaned daily and cleaning was so good. Towels are changed daily. Very comfortable bed and pillows were chic, there were 7 of them:)) so cool! We enjoyed our holiday and time spent at the hotel. Thank you.

Poor soundproofing. In the neighboring rooms you could hear singing or someone sneezing and so on ;)) We woke up in the morning because the staff starts cleaning, all sounds are very audible. 2) internet free for seven days and very slow. Work was difficult.

* the rooms were comfy and clean * the staff was very friendly and helpful * most of the typical attrctions are in walking distance, a subway is 10 minutes walk away * the breakfast selection was small but absolutelly enough * the air conditioner was quite and worked well * a lot of food and drink choices in the area

* very thin walls. you will feel like people are in the room with you. so hope for quite and respectful neighbors * the pool and terresse are pretty but both very small. it seems a lot bigger on the pictures

The whole hotel and accomodation were nice and clean and we got clean new sheets and towels every day without asking. The room also had an AC which came in handy during hot days. There are plenty nice restaurants and bars nearby.

The view from our window wasn't very appealing, but at least we were on the shady side, so the room wasn't that hot (that's a plus). Just as other people wrote before me, the pool and the gym are really small (smaller than it seems on the pics)

Amazing Location! Extremely lovely area and felt safe. The room and bathroom was alot bigger than we were expecting. In 35 degrees we were extremely grateful for the rooftop area and pool. We would 100% stay here again :)

Not a dislike but at the rooftop we were able to order cocktails which was great but it would have been good for the hotel to utilise this space more - have a few simple menus for poolside snacks and drinks - the small kitchenette should be used to make drinks there not for the staff to have to go down to Level 1 and back.

What we liked about hotel - well almost everything, since we didn't expect the 3 start hotel to be that clean, that comfy and well equipped (full bath tub, bide, king size bed...). The location is perfect because most attractions are in less than half hour walk, and metro, buses etc are very close to it. Also, 5 minutes walk from there you can catch all tourist bus lines.

What we didn't like about hotel - The fact that hotel staff didn't let go my reservation money on credit card until the very last day possible (15 days from reservation), and we were told that it would happen the same day or day after. Very unprofessional, ruined the entire experience with amazing hotel.

Position of the hotel is great, good 3 star hotel with very good breakfast and good service. At site you can find a permanent Ricard Opisso exibition. Hotel is close to metro station Diagonal and part of the important atractions (Casa Batlo, Casa Milo La Pedrera.

Room window towards an inner pit, old bathroom that needs to be upgraded. Sound insulation is not too great and you can hear when pepole from next room are using the shower. Bath tub drain was not working great and we had to ask them to clean it.

It had all the facilities we wanted, the room was a great size with a lovely view of the pool terrace and the city. I loved the decor and the atmosphere as soon as you walk into the hotel lobby area. The staff were also very lovely and so helpful when we first arrived, showing us routes around the city and places to see. Very much enjoyed the table service around the pool!

Everything I saw I loved, we never ventured into the hotel bar or restaurant so can’t really comment on everything.
