We love this hotel, it's spotless, food here is better than any hotel I've stayed in Benidorm. The rooms are spacious and stylish, the tv has lots of English channels and it even had sky sports. The hotel location is ideal for the bars and restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The only downside is not down to the hotel, but the construction work that is going on at the Rosemar hotel next door. This has been going on for months as we were in Benidorm in October 2023 and i'm not sure when it's expected to be completed . The work starts at 7am and finishes at 5pm. As our room was on the front, we could hear it when we opened the window to let in fresh air. When we close the window, it's a distant noise which was drowned out by my husband's snoring 😂

We booked this hotel for one night as we were staying in Altea, my wife's sister and her husband were staying in the Riviera so we thought we would join them for the evening to celebrate my wife's birthday. We enjoyed it that much we booked a second night (we would have booked more but we were flying home the following day so we had little choice) I have to say that the breakfast was the best food I've tasted in all the hotels we've stayed in, and trust me I am very busy Fussy. It was served hot, they had everything you could want in a breakfast. The evening meal was also exceptional. Apparently, the manager goes to the 4 hotels in the chain and she has a breakfast in one, lunch in another and dinner in another and so on, then she alternates it the following day and if the food is not good enough she informs the chef, there are a few hotels who should follow her lead. WELL DONE!! The hotel staff were very accommodating and couldn't do enough for you. They even gave us a bottle of champagne for my wife's birthday. I would most definitely use this hotel again.

The only thing in my view that would put a dampener on my next potential visit are the stag and hen parties. Why on earth would this lovely gem host stag and hen parties is beyond me. Stop them, they will spoil your hotel.

Centrally located, cleaning staff actually all staff were very helpful and cheerful On arrival at midnight it was lovely to receive the packed lunch I liked the fact that there was a little bar fridge in the room and the coffee station Every food sitting was amazing lots of selection and variety

Noise from the building site and music from pubs and parties .. instead of jelly babies perhaps earplugs should be considered? I didn't like that water wasn't freely available .. Lastly, was a little disappointed to discover that the Spa wasn't actually in the hotel perhaps I didn't read the small print

No tissues ,No free water in the bedroom. The solid hand soap with the toiletries was a joke. It was the thinnest , smallest, cheapest piece of soap I have ever come across dozens of Hotels. If Riviera Beach is rated at four stars then try and provide the small items that convince visitors that you hope one day to be rated five stars.

Everything was perfect. The staff were wonderful . The room was spotless. The breakfast had so much choice . Piping hot food. Only down side was not enough vegan options but that said when I mentioned to one of the breakfast staff he said they could make me anything I wished. I only had to a ask! How kind! Shame I didn’t know this at the beginning of my holiday.. I had my birthday there and they left a bottle of bubbly in my room.. can’t fault anything. 5*

Some vegan food would have been the icing on the cake. perhaps the entertainment could have started earlier.. 8.9pm to late for us. One of the lifts didn’t work properly but they told us that on arrival so we could avoid using..

best hotel I’ve stayed at in the 8 years coming to Benidorm !

The hotel is spotlessly clean,food good and great staff,our third visit and we will be visiting again in a few months,room was big enough with a huge bed,lifts work well and entertainment was really good,we didn’t need to venture to far away from the hotel it has what we needed.

Pools not the biggest and beds tended to get reserved especially in the prime positions,was a little surprised that to replenish the coffee/tea/milk portions for the in room tea making facilities you had to pay for them.

Staff were extremely pleasant. Always attentive and friendly. Special mention to Joaquin & Mohammed in the Restaurant, who served us with respect, humour and friendliness. The manager Gabrielle was in attendance in the food hall on a few occasions during our week stay. A very pleasant lady willing to spend time to discuss our stay and needs and someone who obviously takes pride in the job she does. This was a smaller and more intimate Hotel. The food hall was just the right size, airy, and comfortable . Food was varied, kept a good temperature and of a good standard. Not too large the serving area was compact and everything to hand. I liked the proper table linen and the service at the table wasn't over done however efficient when needed. We had a king room and the bed was emmense and very comfortable. A really nice room modern and functional with a large shower enclosure. All in all we couldn't fault it and ideally located. We didn't use the pool or gym but it all looked great. Book in and reception was excellent and friendly (lovely smiles from the staff) and enquiries and interaction from them was excellent. We visited the entertainments on more occasions than we would normally as it was a convenient walk straight out of the back of the Restaurant. You are asked to buy a drink in order to attend, however this I believe is what everyone does? A lovely sunny terrace where waiter service allows you to relax is outside the upper bar and fronts the hotel. More entertainment can be enjoyed there at times during the day. We really enjoyed our week's full noard

We felt a 4 star of this standing shouldn't be changing extra for the built in safe in the room.

4th time I’ve stayed at this property. Adults only, no stag or hen parties so it’s perfect for us. Quiet location one street back from all the action. Staff are helpful. The food is good as is the bar area. Hard to fault anything.
