The receptionists are very helpful and friendly, even prepared picknic packs for traveling. Amazing hospitality from all staff. Amazing view of Bilbao, 100% keeper view feom all rooms and dining area.

Maybe the shower can be improved, and the curtains are a bit flimsy. Though its cold in Bilbao, we had to open windows since theres no AC vent in the dormitory, but due that the highway is close, noise from high speed cars passing through the major highway beside the building kept us awake. Theres also noise issues from neighboring rooms since rooms are not noise insulated.

Staff were friendly the whole time. All the areas were clean, (our bedroom, shared bathrooms & kitchen, communal TV lounge & dining rooms). The included continental breakfast was great with lots of choices. There's enough for everyone. Wifi connection was excellent. Although located near the freeway, the noise from the outside was manageable if you close the window. Although it's not in the city centre, there's a bus stop nearby to take you to the centre.

This has nothing to do with the hostel, but there were pretty loud talking from people next room at 2am. Went downstairs to get someone but noone was there. In the end, we had to knock ourselves to ask them to lower down their voices. The linen used for blanket was thin. It was pretty cold nights when we stayed.

I was there off season and then it is fine. I had the room for 6 for myself and the wifi is strong. There is a bus in front of the door that goes to the city. This bus is just not to find on google maps.. Parking is free. Location is good. Breakfast is simple but everything is there.

If I was here in high season I would have not liked it. The rooms and bathrooms are small and there is no privacy. You can't hang your towel or other things in the shower.

I like that the facilities were clean and comfortable. Parking wasn't crowded. Staff is polite and helpfull. Will definitely choose this hotel for my next stay again. Thank you!

Should be carefull opening windows - found 2 tree beetles in my room, that are not harmful and come from nearest trees. But the staff warns gueasts about them, so not a big deal :)

The view from the room was very nice. The shower stall and toilet stalls were clean. Staff was friendly. We checked-in at 5:00AM and they were able to accommodate us. The breakfast was free which was nice.

Would recommend installing coat hooks on the shower stall and toilet stall doors. We had to put on our own bedsheets which was a bit of a hassle, especially when it is 6:00AM and you just want to sleep. The breakfast could have been better, but it was free. The location of the hostel is a bit away from the center of Bilbao.

Breakfast was good. The view was nice. The location was exactly as described. The room was also comfortable. I had my phone stolen at the hostel and the staff was wonderful! They helped me look around and ask people, even took my email address and helped me with what to do next.

We were surprised to find that the breakfast had options for vegans as well! Bread, jam, palmeritas, coffee, soy milk and cereal which was plenty! The cafeteria reminded of a school cafeteria but we didn't mind since it was only for one morning. There were enough toilets and showers, didn't have to queue for them ever. The location is good if you arrive by car (since you don't have to drive in the center), but kinda far if you come by public transport.

Practically brand new and super clean. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room I booked was a 4 person mixed dorm however there was just me and my friend in it. Thank you to the staff for not putting the old German man in with us, we really appreciated that. Breakfast was simple but included in the price. Location wise is was a bit of a trek up the side of a steep hill, difficult with heavy backpacks however.....the No 28 bus drops you practically right at the door, very handy for getting to and from the city. It's near a very busy motorway but with the windows shut you can't hear the traffic at all.

No towels in the room. I didn't ask in reception so maybe that was my mistake.

- ok price - i receved a 4 bed room instead of a 6 which was great - pretty clean

- showers were a bit outdated - no locks on the lockers (lucky I had my own) - the staff was not always there and you had to wait for them to arrive - pretty far from the city center and climbing is needed

There is no Aircon and therefore the windows have to be open all night, the main motorway runs just at the foot of the hostel therefore it is very noisy Wasn't prepared for the steep hike from the city centre by foot (my own fault)
