Everything really. Great location close to San Mamés (was visiting for the Derbi) and nearby Pozas Street. I'm a shocking at speaking different languages and reception staff were always helpful when spoken to even at 5am when my room wouldn't let me in. Little things but they go a long way. On a budget but it was clean and tidy, just about everything you need at a great price and of course the bed was comfortable. I was actually out in the 2nd room on the ground floor which I was initially worried about but I barely heard a peep for 3 nights (and late mornings straight).

Very little, having fairly late nights out on the town left me a little bit worse for wear the following mornings. Having a kettle and coffee / tea would've been helpful but all that said there is literally a coffee house over the road and hot drinks available next to reception so unless you do a mad one like myself it's not an issue.

Was out during the day, used room for sleep and sanitary functions only, met my expectations that way. Overall quiet. Staff, when accessed, were extremely helpful and kind, actually going out of their way to assist me! Very much appreciated!

I stayed for 8 nights which provided ample time to evaluate the bed: really not very comfortable with the topper moving independently and skewed off from the main mattress. I actually fell out of bed once🫣😯 Two nights very noisy teens yelling and running up and down the floor until midnight.

The location was perfect, the zone wasn't loud or too busy, had a lot of supermarkets, coffees and restaurants nearby. There were also a lot of transportation options, including 2 tram stations and 1 train station. The staff was all very friendly and welcoming and the rooms were nice. They were definitely tiny but more than enough space to just spend a couple of days. They also had a private shower and a private toilet, although the "door" didn't give you much privacy. They had a (pretty expensive) vending machine on the first floor. There was also a bathroom in the garage floor, which was nice because I don't like using the bathroom with my boyfriend listening 😅

The breakfast options were definitely a little limited for vegans, but we were already expecting that. The few things I did eat were great and they had 3 different fruit options. I hate that the breakfast schedule ends so early (10:30) but once again that was to be expected, it's the same in pretty much every hotel. The one thing I do think should be changed is that the bathroom in the room basically didn't have a door. If you like having some privacy while you're in the bathroom and you're sharing a room with someone, you'll need to find another solution...

I was able to book this last minute as my original accommodation was unsafe and I needed to move. The staff were really pleasant and I also watched them interact with some tricky customers and be very professional and kind. The room itself was perfect for what I needed: clean, comfortable and safe. The bed was comfortable and even though the shower/wc layout was different, it wasn't a negative.

Bilbao is a bit tough in that the things that you want to do are all spread out so although this location was perfect for catching the airport bus for my early morning flight, it was a 20-25 minute walk from any restaurants or attractions.

Positives: Comfortable bed, clean room, quiet, free wifi, TV, plenty of plugs to charge. Staff was very kind. For the hairdryer ask at the reception.

Negatives: The room was very small, but at least functional. Toilet door not sound proof. No fridge. Only one key was received, although 2 people checked in. No free parking. The hotel underground parking lot maxed out at 7 cars, even that was 20eur. We could at least find street parking at 7mins walking distance further out the city (white line marked parking spaces are free).

The room emanated an urban vibe that I resonated with a lot. It was stylish, and undoubtedly cozy. Lighting was perfect, offering several focal points from a copious number of angles. I will definitely visit again in the future.

Honestly, there wasn't a single thing I dislike about this facility. Maybe a bigger desktop would enhance the experience if you'd like to use your laptop and still have more space; That wasn't a problem for me, though.

The bed was incredibly comfy. The receptionist was very clear, concise, friendly and polite. I always appreciate a night shift worker. The shower was satisfactory. The room layout was very clean and minimalistic/ modern in style, which I appreciated.

The worst thing was when I flushed the toilet, the sound of the cistern refilling continued for about an hour. I eventualy had to get out of bed and just lightly tapped the flush and it stopped. I also don't light electronic lights when I turn the lights off, so I unplugged the TV to remove the red stand-by light, but that is probably not something many people would care about.

The location is perfect, it is not far away from the center and usually you can find a parking. The room was confortable and clean, the staff is very professional.

The bathroom is very uncomfortable, it is Ok for 1-2 days, but it is difficult to imagine more days with separate toilet and sink in the room.

It’s in a convenient location (e.g. close to the bus station, walkable distance to Guggenheim museum, shopping district, old town). Pretty good for a budget hotel. My room didn’t come with a boiler or safe box. You can ask for hair dryer and iron at the counter. The staff, especially Jabier, was friendly and helpful.

The switches in the room are not user friendly. They’re not logically placed based on where the lights are located. There’s a limit for temperature adjustment on the AC.

The rooms are small, but dark, cozy and quiet (we even overslept because of it!). The staff is always helpful and friendly. Definitely will stay there again, it is very close to a tram stop and a cercanias (train) station.

We had issues with our bathroom doors, they were creeky and didn't close properly, but you get used to it.
