The property is brand new, and the look is incredible. Such a good mix between essential, design, and care. A real authentic experience with a kind staff. I loved everysingle moment there. I recommend not to miss the breakfast, or to get a massage in the middle of their quiet forest. I already miss this beautiful place, and hope to go back soon.

There is not much I did not like to be honest. I would have troubles find out. The only thing is that if I give a too good review they will end up increase their prices. :) MAYBE I would have like the rooms to be a tiny bit cheaper, that would make me want to go more often and stay longer. :)

The Old Rural Charm of the building and the amazing surrounding gardens create an atmosphere of tranquility and serenity that is hard to explain. Rooms are spacious, the gardens and sitting area by the pool simply delicious. The staff however were on another level! You would be hard pressed to find such friendly and accommodating staff in any top of the class 5 star hotel. It makes the whole experience truly feel. Like a Small Luxury Hotel. We asked for picnics to take to our daily boat excursions and even moving away from the standard options, everything we asked was simply delivered with a smile. Our youngest son is also highly allergic to milk protein and all of its derivatives, eggs, nuts and some fruits, and the hotel went out of its way to make sure no cross contamination was possible and that there were always appropriate options for him at breakfast. Amazing.

I would rather call this a wish list more than dislikes. Everything needs to be put in context and this is, after all, a rural hotel. There was the odd spider cobweb in the high ceilings in our room (again, rural) and the furniture style could be revamped into a more “rural hippie chic” style. Not that it felt like it needed replacement but rather more of a personal preference. But this is truly nitpicking and we go back in a heartbeat.

Very nice, peaceful, rural hotel. Ample parking. Attentive staff. Smooth check in. Room had been upgraded. Spotlessly clean. Liked the style. Lovely pool.

We dined at the outdoor restaurant the first night - food was fine but the flies spoilt our experience - hence dined in Ciutadella the second night. Less flies at breakfast. One of the most boring omelettes I have ever had - they need to offer to add cheese/ham/peppers/tomato/onion/anything or all of the above.

All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was wonderful , very diverse and freshly prepared. The overall setting was superb, quiet and peaceful. Housekeeping helpful and very thorough. Suite beautifully furnished, high ceilings and spacious. I would definitely recommend a stay at Sant Ignasi.

The dinner menu was very different! Would prefer traditional menorcan food and variety across the week, which would have encouraged us to eat at the hotel. Tennis was chargeable - a little disappointing. Suite’s would benefit from a small kettle as not everyone prefers coffee.

What a fabulous hotel! A lot of attention to detail and a very caring staff. The property is beautiful and cozy. Even though the pool bar wasn’t open full day, when it was we had the most delicious snacks in our sunbeds.

The only small thing is that breakfast isn’t a full buffet, you choose one of the main (warm) options and need to pay extra for additional itens, but you still get a delicious breakfast anyway.

The location was excellent as was the property itself. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent and imaginative. We would certainly stay at the hotel in the future.

Nothing about the property but the lane to the hotel is narrow and not easy to manoeuvre past oncoming traffic.

the pool area is wonderful, with mature gardens and breakfast is under the pine trees overlooking the pool. The whole compound is very pretty! Rooms are pleasant and with your own terrace to dry your clothes and take an evening drink.

The last night we had neighbors upstairs and we heard every step they did on the parquet flooring above us. That influenced our sleep! But it was in the old part of the house and I heard the hotel will be renovated this winter and probably better isolated.

A truly rustic hotel in the countryside, but very close (around 8 minutes driving) to Ciutadella. Beautiful garden, building(s) and pool. Staff was very kind and welcoming. I found the food offering for breakfast a bit limited - I eat a lot for breakfast. Having said that, the quality of food was high, in particular the tostadas.

The room was exceptional, very spacious, super clean, I absolutely loved the terrace. The bed was very comfortable and big enough. Both the room and all the facilities were super clean. It is very relaxing place; total disconnect from big city. Lovely to see the nature in the morning when you wake up. The breakfast restaurant is super relaxing and pleasant, a great start of the day.

In the beginning I did not like the narrow, windy road that is leading to the hotel. However, with the time I found it fun to drive, so actually I miss it now.

The hotel is very beautiful and recently renovated. It is an oasis of calmness, 8 minutes by car from Ciutadella. The hotel stuff was most welcoming and always ready to help us with any questions. We would definitely like to visit again.
