The hotel is at a good location, clean and the staff is friendly. The room I was in was spacious and I really liked having a kettle in the room (for me that's always a great thing). It is a great value for money. What is more, just in front of the hotel there is a bus station and a metro station which makes coming to the hotel as well as going places rather easy.

The only weak spot regarding this hotel for me was the bed. Primarily, I didn't like the fact that they don't put a blanket into a bed sheet (the one that covers the blanket as a whole) but rather just use a sheet (a single sheet) below the blanket. This made me feel uncomfortable.

The staff was very, very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and opted not to have it cleaned daily ... our choice. The beds were comfortable (twin room) and the bathroom convenient in space. The room was spacious, too. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel, but up the street is a great little bistro of sorts (100 Montaditos) and it has 100 types of tapas in a very casual style. Then up another 4 blocks is a wonderful Italian restaurant ... and there is a small grocery nearby. The breakfast was good. We walked most everywhere; the metro is a tram type mode of transportation and only goes underground for 3 stops. This hotel is a GREAT place to stay in Granada. Be sure to take a taxi to the Alhambra -- it is a grueling walk UP but worth it.

I received several emails asking me to pay a 3rd party ahead of our check-in. I ignored them all. When asked at the hotel itself, the response was "yes, the hotel uses a 3rd party for payment." However, we had no problem paying at the desk when we arrived. :)

I asked and got another room with view outside and the possibility to open a window to bring down the temperature. As the front of the hotel is on a busy road, opening a window makes the room quite noisy but at night that is not a problem. Excellent and very helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet, fine beds.

First room on the inner side of the hotel had no view outside and was too hot. Airconditioning was OFF as it was "winter" but the weather was fine. On both floors where I stayed the final hallway to the emergency exit was partly blocked by spare beds stacked against the wall.

Very very clean. Its quiet and warm. The restaurant had amazing food. Check-in was easy.

No emergency medicine available at the reception. I got sick at mid-night with flu. Since, the nearby pharmacy closed around 8 pm, I asked the reception for medicine. I also agreed that I would pay for the OTC medicine. But they refused to help. This is not what happens at 4 stared hotels. I think they need to update their hospitability services. Also, the staff have less idea about the local facilities.

MS. Rocio,receptionist is a true professional, went beyond to help and assist. The general manager is of no use, she needs to be trained. She was unprofessional and with unprofessional pleasant personality. Receptionist Ismail was helpful.

Need complimentary coffee/tea, not jus t pot. Sub-standard if it is 4 star hotel. Poor lighting in the room. If it is international level 4 star hotel, means staff working in public area must have basic English language skills. Mistake was made for married couple, had 2 separate beds. Need, phone guide. Need to watch news/weather in English. No help there.

The parking policy: I was mislead when I booked, I was convinced that the hotel has a free parking, but it doesn't. The parking they propose is a public payed parking, 16 Eur/day. Nothing wrong with that if they were more transparent on this. Only at check out I found out that i have a 48 Eur parking bill, the receptionist at check in didn't mention the parking is payed, he only directed me at the external parking.

Nearby parking lot where you can easily park your car. Staff at reception and breakfast was friendly, checkout till 12:00 is nice. The room was nice and clean. A slightly bigger space in bathroom would be nice but no big deal. Bed was comfortable. We tried breakfast and it was good, a lot of options including lactose free options, soya etc. We walked to city center and it is easy, not to close but if you don't mind about 15 minutes, to the top Alhambra entrace 40 minutes. Some fine bars/restaurants in 5-20 minutes.

No kettle in the room. Street is a little more busy during night/morning.

The Room was very spacious and Tea making facility was welcome, air conditioning was very good and room was very clean, we had beautiful Tapas with our drinks and the staff were very friendly and helpful we will return.

No view was the only downside !!! Parking is not ideal and a little expensive should be more discount for hotel guests.

Hotel is well located in 10 min from historical center, has supermarket near, breakfast had lots of varieties, bed was comfortable, room was clean and quiet.

Windows have curtains but could be better to fix there blinds also not to pass light at night, the rest was wonderful.

Room cleaning and location.

Breakfast is not 4 starts hotel level breakfast. Too poor breakfast. In the photos of Hotel, Swimming pool is also marketing, that is fake. Because hotel is trying to sell with extra charge other facility's swimming pool as it's own. Hotel does not have other facilities, which 4 start Hotels must have.
