We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. If we ever come back to Leon, we'll certainly stay here again. It's not far from the center, we stayed for 2 nights and everything was within walking distance. It was very pleasant in the hotel, even if the temperature outside was negative. The communication went great. From the time of booking until we arrived in Leon. The first day's plan changed due to the bus being late, but it wasn't a problem because we informed the reception immediately. Fast check-in, with tips about the city. Parking: Gonzales de Lama car park is not far from the hotel. Bus: From here (Gonzales de Lama) you can take bus 7C to Estacion de autobuses. Please note that on Saturdays and Sundays they run hourly! Dinner: very close to the hotel and with good food is Meson de La Granja; it would be good to think about making a reservation, at least on Saturday evening. Breakfast: a nice surprise El Trillo, only a few steps from the hotel. Visit Catedral de Santa Maria de Leon and Museo Catedralicio Diocesano, but also make room in your schedule for Astorga.

The lady at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Made sure she gave us the time to answer all our questions - extremely professional. Spoke English very well. The hotel is closer to the centre of Leon than I thought it would be. There was free parking around the corner which was brilliant considering how much parking costs in Leon. There was no breakfast option at the hotel, however there is a grocery store close so you can purchase what you need. Otherwise there are several cafes in walking distance. We had a kitchen in our room. You had to ask for plates etc but that was really easy. Place was clean but basic furniture. It was still extremely comfortable. Very happy with our choice of accommodation. Very quiet as it was in a residential area but still very close to the centre of Leon - walked there.

This is a simple accommodation place, but has a number of advantages. First, location is great - just 10 minutes walk to the cathedral, which is the main sight in Leon. Second, we were travelling by car and the place was very easy to reach from the city circular road - no need of long maneouvring in narrow streets. Third, it was a vey good value for money. In addition, the lady at the reception was most friendly and helpful.

This is not a complaint but observation. The hotel has parking places in underground parking lot, but the ramp is very narrow and requires very careful driving. Likewise, there is not much space for individual parking places. But if one is used to this kind of constraints, will not notice and will enjoy the possibility of parking on the spot (one can also try street parking, but as everywhere in Spanish cities, it is not easy to find a place).

I expected a kitchenette due to the term "aparthotel" in the facility name. Also, there isn't air conditioning which wasn't a problem during my stay but would be in the summer. It is a 10-minute walk to the cathedral area on Calle Ancha.

Room comfortable, plenty parking space with the apartment (at €7 a night), friendly helpful receptionista, powerful standing fan provided in the room (but no air conditioning)

Receptionista absent most of the afternoon and on our departure in the morning, the "pre-checkin" sent by email before arrival is somewhat cumbersome to complete

People at the reception very friendly and helpful, Miriam very nice, they took her time to give some tips around Leon, very nice of her. The services was excellent , room and bathroom very clean and organize, bed were comfortable.

Excellent position for the old town centre 10 minutes walk to the cathedral. The property very happy for us to leave the dog in the room and even cleaned it with him there staff were very helpful and very friendly

Normal hotel with all appropriated that needed! Parking around on the street, not so far from the Cathedral (400m), spacious room, clean! Spacious bathroom! Breacfast didn't tested because of nearby so nice coffee bars!

No complains! Everything in the limits of our expectations!

Great location, on a short walking distance to the city center and with free parking nearby. If you cannot find one on the street, the hotel can arrange you parking for 7eur. Very clean and comfortable room and very friendly and helpful staff.

Location excellent - easy walk to Cathedral and restaurants. Breakfast good.

No heating in room switched on (very wet clothes to dry!) Not so easy to find. Very strange noises in the middle of the night.
