I liked the space and the cleanness of the room.

We didn't have breakfast but my wife and I wanted to have just coffee, we asked if we can have coffee at the dining room table but the person at the register didn't allow it, he brought us coffee at the lobby table though, it was a good gesture but uncomfortable, It would be good if the hotel had an area where you can enjoy a cup of coffee as an option.

Lovely room, very helpful staff, great breakfast. Located about 25 mins walk to old town although this wasn't a problem for us as we were only staying one night. It is only a short walk to the parador and a large shopping centre with C &A and supermarket etc. We ate at the adjoining restaurant which was excellent.

parking spaces were a little tight- but great to have a place to park on site.

The staff were very friendly and spoke English which always helps me! The underground parking was good, although there was free parking outside. We had breakfast which was good. We also had there Buffet evening meal very good. 15e Inc wine and water. 20 minute walk into old town. Yes do stay here.

A previous occupant had smoked in the room. Not bad but a hint lingered near entrance door. Oh and I left my travel flask in the fridge!!!!!!

Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices, extra cakes etc. Very comfortable bedding and good sized room. Location is about 1.5km from Historical centre, so it requires 15-20 mins walk each way. There are cafes close by, and Leon Plaza is 10 mins away , as is the San Marcos church.

Very nice room but, like other hotels we've stayed in, for some reason the cleaning staff are not instructed to clean dark scuff marks off the room walls, caused by careless guests with their luggage (although you'd wonder how people could manage to mark the walls in some fairly strange places!). It made our room look shabby even though it was otherwise clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good

As a lot of Spain was in the grip of a heatwave and our nice hotel room was on the sunny side of the hotel, the aircon struggled to cool the room sufficiently. The common parts of the hotel, however, were well cooled.

Modern, clean and comfortable with spacious rooms. Situated near to the Museum of Contemporary Art and about a 20 minute walk to the centre. Staff vey helpful and friendly.

No complimentary water in the room on arrival and we had to ask for milk for our tea/coffee facilities. Minor points though.

Big room with all facilities. Quiet area. Free parking around. Nice buffet breakfast. 15/20min walk from the city center, which is a perfect distance. There is also a bus or cheap taxi if you don't want to walk.

No kettle in the room !

20 minute walk to old town, great breakfast, great parking (paid but cheap underground or free on street), lovely staff.

Great location. Good size rooms and super comfy beds. Town centre walkable but also a short taxi ride. An annexe with a restaurant available and we ate there first night. Food very good and reasonably priced.

Safe place to leave our motorcycles and enjoy León. The hotel receptionist was extremely helpful and directed us to the tourist attractions and explained how to get the most out of our short time here.
