We have stayed here numerous times, the location is excellent, easy access on foot to train station/old town/river. Comfortable room, good beds. We asked for and were given a room on a high floor. Very good breakfast; very reasonable price for the room.

Every year in the past we have asked for, and been given, a quiet room, not overlooking the busy road that fronts the hotel. This year it was disappointing, despite the same request, to be given a room overlooking the road (the hotel was not full at the time).

We have booked the hotel late at the evening 10 minutes prior arrival. Booked twin bedded room and had a great sleep. Beds were very comfortable.

Online check out recommend , because otherwise you can spend long time waiting for check out in the morning. Parking was not availale in hotel garage, but we have found a place for free in street by the river. But have to leave until 9 AM on blue line parking.

The location was great according to the train station as I chose that. As for the city center, it was a walking distance which I loved because the weather and the things to see in the city were great.

The room had no TRASH CAN, which made it difficult for me to find a place to throw the trash. So I brough a plastic bag and put my trash in it. Also, the rooms were noisy. I could hear people's noise and loud voices inside and outside the hotel. I hated that. The bed was good, but the problem it was moving when turned my back or pressed to the wall. I had to fix it back to place many times.

Conveniently placed for the railway station. Good view from my room. The comfortable chairs in the reception area were much appreciated.

There was no black tea at breakfast. By the Monday morning there was less choice generally and I got the impression we were eating the weekend's leftovers.

Location was close to train station, which was great as we arrived on the train at 23.00. The morning receptionist spoke english which was fantastic as the night one didn't which if we had not had someone in our family that did, check in would have been difficult.

There was no mini fridge and as we had a young child with us this would have been good. No coffee facilities either.

Good location over the river from the centre. Comfortable rooms. Parked motorcycles in underground car park - spaces not bookable though.

No hotel bar, bars close by though. Bit expensive compared to other similar ones, liked the location though.

The location and being able to park car in basement. Room was spacious & clean. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Bit dated but comfortable. Our floor lighting had fault so had to find room in darkness and use phone torch to open room.

Close proximity to Leon centre and train station. Very friendly and helpful English speaking reception staff.

Room was OK and clean but very dated. Only window out was looking out directly at residential apartments. The windows could have done with netting up so that light could be let in but keeping privacy.

The staff was wonderful, gave recommendations on where to go and flexible as we checked out. Rooms and beds were very accommodating for a family of 4.

Location is a bit further from the center of town but it’s a very doable walk and the evenings are much less noisier than being in the center of town.

The beds were so comfortable and the staff was very nice.

A little pricey for being outside the city center. Probably because of the football game... Wish they had given us one bed instead of two twins like we had requested.
