we chose this hotel for 3 things. Parking under the hotel, tight but excellent. Location, just 15 minutes walk away from the Historic district, it is still a vibrant area, with loads of bars, cafes, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast: excellent buffet breakfast with healthy oats, oat milk, fresh fruit. The staff at reception were all friendly and extremely helpful. we had a problem with the room safe, which they sorted out speedily. The staff in the breakfast room were also excellent, friendly and attentive. The hotel was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable.

There were hidden charges made on checking out where i was asked to pay a 5 euro surcharge on each of my 3 twin room booking plus a further 35 euro charge for a 4th having been given a suite that was never requested or booked.. This resulted in an awkward conversation that was partially lost in translation with the girl on check out getting frustrated by it all.

Facilities are great and same as the photos. Especially i had a good information for looking around for Leon from the reception, Silvia. My friend and I enjoyed and more than satisfied to have a night there, and impressed by the kind and generous reception. Oh, also the breakfast was fantastic!

Nothing really, but the price when i booked was over 100 euro, now its only 50 euro. I understand but still there is too much gap.

Very good choice near Leon center, yet not in the most busy old city. 15 min walk to Leon cathedral. Very friendly and helpful staff and speaking good english (!). Very good breakfast.

shower was a bit tricky to regulate. Parking - you need to get to the reception first and they give you detailed instructions how to park nearby for a few EUR per day. Do not try to park just next to the hotel- it is bound to 2 hours.

Very large rooms, comfortable bed. Very quiet at night, parking is also a great bonus. Staff very friendly

The living space has a very strange layout with a very large dining table between the tv and sofa.

The hotel is perfect, mostly the professional great staff like Mr. Roberto, He was so kind and supportive to provide us food so that we can take our medicine in the midnight!

Clean and well-kept hotel, really comfortable bed, very quiet area at night for those who want to rest and still be within walking distance of the center and the cathedral. And the most important thing is the staff. The amazing Sylvia and Jenny treat the guests kindly, professionally and always with a smile. Hope to stay there also next time I visit Leon.

Comfortable bed, excellent shower room. Good air conditioning. Staff were very helpful and gave lots of great advice about what to see. Parking is straightforward once you get there. We’d very happily return.

We had one room for three adults walking the Camino Frances: Good localisation. The room was big with good light and a fine bathroom. The beds were comfortable. Very good breakfast.
