ARVA Spa París

It was decorated in Christmas and super beautiful! The spa was great, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic if you like to be in the center of the city! The breakfast was tasty. Overall, I’d recommend it to a friend and probably I’d stay again.

I didn’t like that the bar played the music so loud into the night on a Saturday night because it made it hard to sleep. I was a little annoyed that when I made my reservation I confirmed my check-in time, but the room wasn’t available so I had to wait more than 2 hours to be assigned a new room. I also got walked in on by a housekeeper by mistake.

Lots of little things end up adding a bit: complimentary water message but no water, odd maintenance jobs undone (my slanted window was covered with a screen attached with tape), strange situation of the Reception desk, lack of a true lounge room… Tiny garage, lots of maneouvring required. The qualities are good but the overall feeling is “this could be much better if they were interested “.

We had a great stay: the hotel is situated in the most central spot of Leon (but no problem at all with noise at night in the rooms!) and has a very great luxury restaurant underneath it. What we loved the most was the spa: it's a small space but with a lot of amenities! And the staff was great at guiding us through what to test and in which order. The quality time in the spa, altogether with the great mattress in our bedroom made us sleep like babies!

The rooms are small and a little outdated. We didn't mind it but considering the price tag and the style of the rest of the hotel it's a little surprising (however I am aware the price was'nt that high for Leon, which can be very touristic, in particular in easter).

No1. The location is superb. No2. The lobby is a hive of activity with great friendly service and food. No3. Checking in was effortless (much appreciated as we were tired from a long walk) No4. The bed and pillows were so luxurious. No5. The relaxation/treatment Spa, for an additional 10 €, was fantastic! If your doing the Camino de Santiago, you’ve earned it. Do you aching muscles a favour. No6. The price was more than reasonable.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel, and it was clean and comfortable as before. It is well located near the cathedral, restaurants, and shops. The outside tables are a perfect place to relax and people-watch.

There was a waiter in the restaurant that was incredibly rude to me. By observation I would say that their usual patrons are the young pretty people, and I was an old woman dressed like the pilgrim that I was. It was disappointing because that is not the service that I am accustomed to in this hotel. I might consider a different one the next time I am in Leon, and if I decide to stay there, I will avoid the restaurant.

What a great find!!! This hotel has everything you could want and is right in the City Center. The staff was absolutely amazing!!! Every single person we encountered throughout our one night stay was very friendly and provided us with excellent service. We will definitely be staying here whenever we come back to Leon.

Rarely can I say in a hotel review that there was nothing to dislike, but that is the case at this gem of a hotel.

a boutique type hotel. warn, classy and friendly staff. Patricia in particular assisted me with some special requests … with great pleasure and a smile. I will stay here again!

the breakfast buffet was slim within 1 hour of closing. I would recommend that if you go to buffet than go early. the buffet ends at 10:30 but at 9:30 was already thin/low on several of the items. otherwise what was there was tasty and fresh

Central, clean, good value for a nice room. I enjoyed having a window that would open to see the busy street below.

Didn't seem very pilgrim friendly. Spa is a great feature of this place, but disappointing unfortunately. At least it was only a few euro cost. The hot tub was cold, the sauna closed, the thermal heated room was not even warm. I said something to staff and they didn't seem surprised, so if these features are important to you, call ahead and make sure all is working. ... Coffee/breakfast doesn't start until 8 am, so if you ate a pilgrim, all you get to do is smell it before leaving if before 8 am.

15 mins flat walk from train station. Central location, 2 mins walk from cathedral. Beautiful spacious room, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't have had a more pleasant stay. I was here for work, but I will definitely come back to this beautiful city and lovely hotel.

From the kind and extremely patient Manager who helped us get our large car into a small entryway to the front desk staff everyone was a pleasure to deal with. The location is absolutely perfect and there is a stylish bar downstairs, open onto the pedestrianised street
