Leon is a city that I loved entirely, especially because it is very convenient to visit for a night or two and relax here in this hotel before continuing to travel or after having traveled in other places. You must book an appointment for the use of the Spa beforehand. The room was beautiful, it has everything you need and a little more. I would definitely come back to Leon to stay here again! The staff is very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is excellent and very comfortable. The best experience in this region of Spain.

i don’t think they should charge guests every time they want to use the spa. I would like to use it for shorter periods and I only want to go into the sauna and not into the pool. I think it should be free with your stay at the hotel or $20 and you can go as often as you like. I used it 5 times because I had a torn muscle in my leg. I did not like that I had to pay $15 each time. When they advertise the hotel it looks like the spa is included with your stay. It doesn’t feel generous. They need to change the pay structure. I suggest charging people who are coming only for the spa and providing it for free to people paying for the rooms.

Loved our stay, rooms very basic and could do with TLC, long beds very comfy, nice to open doors with mini balcony for fresh air although air con if you prefer fantastic location in old town by the Cathedral. Spa downstairs is very good

The bed was very comfortable and the room was cooled especially with the heat wave now. This was a much needed recovery day from walking the Camino and the hotel certainly did not disappoint. I managed to get full rest and a wonderful shower. It is well located and you can easily walk to get anything you need.

The spa / bath is separate from booking the hotel. I was hoping they have written that on the info before I have done the booking. There was no view for my room too.

tv turned on whenever the card inserted to activate lights and remote would not turn it off. shower very small and leaked to floor

The location is excellent, right behind the Cathedral. The rooms are comfy and spatious enough for travelling with children. The hotel has a café inside with very good coffee and breakfast. The staff is very nice and polite

Very disorganised on arrival. The triple room we booked wasn't ready at check-in time and they couldn't tell us when it would be so we had to settle for a double.

The hotel is in a great location to see the cathedral and central city area. The staff were very efficient.

This is a hotel above a bar/breakfast restaurant which was not so busy at night but very busy in the morning with locals. However, even being only one floor above the restaurant we had a quiet stay. Our room certainly did not have a cathedral view or a balcony even though we requested it. Breakfast selection was surprisingly limited. Our room and bath were small as expected. We parked in the hotel parking which was a shed big enough for two small cars and it worked out fine. The adjacent public lot looked very nice but also appeared busy. We never saw the spa.

Great location! Close to the Cathedral and near the cafes and bars but not too close. You could easy walk everywhere but you were in the middle of it like some other hotels. The hotel as a small restaurant attached and it has great food, drinks and desserts. Good service and great prices. also check out the spa pool! Amazing! everything you need! I would stay there again!
