Really well located. Great room for the price in Palma. The shower was great.

Humidity smell throughout the building, luckily not too bad in our room. The worst of all. like mentioned in most comments, is the self check in machine. We arrived around 11 pm and after completing the check in successfully, the machine made a weird sound and no key came out! It’s not always easy to make phone calls when you travel, first attempt we had no answer but luckily we could reach the emergency number from the restaurant across the street. Very stressful arrival, it was pretty frustrating!

Superb location right in the old town, with an easy automated check in process and facility to store luggage. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated in a simple style. The hosts were available by WhatsApp in case of any questions.

As is often the case there are not enough plugs to recharge electronic gadgets conveniently located, bring an extension cord if you need that. Other than that everything was very good - one tip, there is an elevator just behind the check-in kiosk it's not obvious and you might miss it on check in.

The hotel is perfectly located. It is in the center of the city center. If you want to go a little bit outside of the center, then you'll have at most 12 min walk! It's very clean and comfy. Hotel provides check in machine and luggage service room which is very useful. But if you have big suitcases, then it could not fit in the lockers in luggage service room. But there is no need to be worried, because you can get in touch with the host and they will take care of everything. It's the perfect choice if you want to go to Palma for a couple of days and tour the city with you friend/partner. :)

Our second time staying in two weeks. Perfect location, seamless self Check-in, clean and tidy, with big beds. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Palma as it is in the heart of the city, easy walking distance to any restaurants, attractions and bus stops

Unfortunately our AC was leaking and made a funny sound, it still worked and when I contacted the property they replied swiftly and said they’ll sort it.

walls very thin heard every noice from other rooms including German couple going at it all night long 10/10 for stamina. Lots of other unruly people shouting, screaming and worst of all smoking. Not one decent nights sleep as a result

This place is cheap, cheerful, and great value for money. It’s prettier inside that the photos let on. For a European hotel, it’s perfect. The best is the bed is great. We had the King sized room and their was a bathroom window. The glass door and curtains for the bathroom are fine and pretty standard in the area. The Hilton this is not. It’s a great quality budget hotel that had everything we needed.

It was hard to get a cab from and there was no receptionist to really ask questions to. That said, they are very responsive to text messages.

Great location and room. Would have greatly appreciated a microwave/kettle/plates in the common room. There are no staff onsite; we didn’t interact with any humans associated with the property. System would not allow check in before 3pm. Would still book again.

a room in the centre of old town, recently refurbished. nice with comfy bed and excellent shower. there’s no facilities offered by the hotel but you would not use them as you are located with local cafe/bakeries all around you. same from restaurants and bars! so in fact it becomes a brilliant hotel :) all that you need. safe, comfy and brilliant location…!

the check in machine was confusing but that’s the only thing.. highly recommend!

the location opposite great restaurant and amongst shops the room was beautiful and had everything we needed, bed, pillows and shower were great it was contactless but question was answered quickly via messages

small thing but we didn’t like the the scent of the shower gel it is tricky to find parking nearby, we parked for free down at dock about 800m away

Very clean and comfortable, nice AC, sound proof room.

My only issue was that the staff was incapable of helping me change my travel dates. They have no staff so it’s very difficult to handle the situation if you need to change anything they are not flexible and won’t help you.
