What a lovely hotel in a cental location in the historic district! The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating! Thank you Tanya and Matias for helping us with our arrival! The attention to detail in the room is truly appreciated, from the robe and slippers to the bathroom toiletries! The breakfast is artistically arranged, and there is something for every taste! I would certainly recommend this lovely hotel and will be definitely be back!

The room is a little small and could use a bit more storage, but it is beautifully designed to maximize the space with a contemporary flair!

The hotel is in a really nice quiet location close to shops, restaurants & bars and a 10 minute walk to the main attractions in Palma. It’s nicely presented inside with friendly & helpful staff. The rooms overlooking the courtyard are spacious & bright. A great choice when staying in Palma.

We travelled with another couple & don’t feel we got the room we paid for. The terrace felt neglected with dead plants in pots & the room was smaller & darker than those facing the courtyard which I selected at the time of booking.

The room was great, very comfortable and great amenities. Very quiet and great size for what we needed. Breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold options. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.

There isn’t a car park on site so you need to park 5 mins down the street. Not a huge issue but good to know in advance which is the best car park to stay. The hotel hosts a bar, but there wasn’t anyone on the bar, so you have to go to reception to ask for a drink. We ended up waiting 5 mins for someone to come out, then eventually gave up.

The staff was wonderful. We had a hard time figuring out the TV. Henry came up to our room and explained how it worked. AT first, when we arrived, we thought the location was a little scary, however, once we ventured out, we realized how perfect it actually was. The breakfast buffet was the best we have ever had anywhere. Having the room to relax and have a coffee at the end of the day was also very nice. We got back to the hotel at 4:30, our taxi was coming at 6:10. It was so nice to have a place to sit and relax until the taxi came. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The weather was very warm while we were there. The room was very warm. It would have been nice to have AC to turn on. We opened the window, however, mosquitos were coming in. With temps going up the way they are, it would be nice to have AC available all year.

Staff were helpful in every respect. The location in the old city reminded you of how Palma was before the major tourist infrastructure was developed, everything was close to hand including many restaurants and bars. Breakfast at the hotel was very varied with lots of choice and was good. It was very hot outside when we visited, and the air con was more than you could hope for, and was almost silent

Nothing everything was great

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was pretty good overall, the bed was large and comfy - according to my Fitbit I slept really well! The location is amazing: very central and close to all major attractions, yet located on a narrow and quiet street. I was surprised by how good the WiFi was, I could stream video with no major issues.

My room was quite small, the bed was basically taking half of the size of the whole room; the bathroom was very narrow as well. The ventilation in the bathroom wasn't strong enough, it would stay wet for a while after I took a shower.

Very comfortable option for a central Palma stay. Stylish interior, comfy bed and nice authentic common areas. Quiet. Very nice breakfast with good food options of high quality. Good off-season rate!

These are suggestions for improvement: The corridors on the floor of the rooms looks quite depressing with all white walls and basic white doors to the rooms. Doesn’t match the rest of the property. a bit of colour or plats could change that impression. complimentary water was awful - undrinkable! The bathroom had a smell of humidity/pipes - but with a closed dose it wasn’t an issue.

Excellent location for first time visitors to Palma. Awesome having a pool which not all hotels have. The staff were beyond helpful and lovely. They shook our hand when leaving and refilled our water bottles with fresh drinking water whenever we asked. Would highly recommend.

The pool is very small. It was occupied by a family, so wasn’t really accessible until they got out but they were friendly and we enjoyed after they left so it was fine.

We spent there 5 nights. First night we spent in Mallorca room in basement, so was quite dark and wet. From the second night we've got superb room with amazing view and very comfortable. Also absolutely nice that they have pool area on the roof.

Everything - from the moment we arrived the staff were exceptional. The bedroom was super, bedding was of a high quality, good fluffy towels, huge bed, coffee machine and kettle. We had a huge balcony with loungers and table and chairs. The courtyard had table and chairs which were used for breakfast (as well as an inside area) and also for drinks. My only criticism is that the bar should be moved to a more prominent location as it is not obvious that drinks are available.

I liked it all - there was absolutely nothing to complain about. The interior of the hotel is stunning and there was a small rooftop pool with loungers.
