The hotel was charming , room was clean and the hotel gave us a complimentary bottle of Cava and everything in the minibar was also free. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection of food for most people. The location of the hotel was excellent with easy access to restaurants, shops and sightseeing.The staff were charming, spoke good English and knowledgeable and able to book us taxis for trips.

The air conditioning was struggling in the heat while we were there- the outside temperature was 34°C. The room and bathroom would benefit from a towel rail and hooks for clothes and towels. It was also located on several levels without lift access so people with mobility problems would not be able to get to their rooms easily.

A really well designed hotel. A thoughtful, great use of a historic interior space, nice high ceilings, creative touches everywhere. A modern hotel which manages to keep the spirit of a grand old building. This hotel has lots of character and it’s located in the perfect spot in town, right in the middle of it all. The staff were super friendly, really nice, attentive and helpful. The buffet breakfast was perfect, presented with pride, offering everything you might want and located in a beautiful restaurant space looking out onto a large courtyard garden. The bedroom was spacious, like a little suite. The bed was very comfortable. The complimentary bottle of cava was a nice touch, much appreciated. We had a great time staying here. Highly recommended.

Great boutique hotel right in the heart of Palma. Superb location and service. Breakfast was perfect and sincerely appreciated the flexibility being offered coffee before service actually started as I am an early bird and coffee is a must. rooms are all special and the whole lay out is cute and well designed optimizing every little space. The hotel is complemented with a wide range of art across the property making it very cozy and interesting. Being an art enthusiast myself, appreciate that fact. Will be back.

Central location with easy access to the old town or the main sights in Palma, this cool hotel surprised us with a huge room including private terrace and even a piano in the living area!! A lovely tasty breakfast with local produce and a clear trend to sustainable items greatly reducing the usual plastic waste. All in all a very pleasant experience

Not a great minus point really however not a great fan of coffee machines for breakfast and could see room for improvement here

The staff is incredible and very friendly. We were a group of 18 and they didn't everything to help accommodate us. The minibar is complimentary, the drinks are only charged for after the 1st refill. 2 of our rooms had access to a cosy private terrace. We had 1 diner and 3 breakfasts, all were delicious with a variety of foods. Amazing location in the old town. No too central so that it isn't too noisy but central enough that all touristy locations and bar/restaurants/nightclubs are within walking distance.

The shower is very slippery, one of my friends fell and hurt herself. The shower-head worked but was quite old and should probably be replaced. The mattress was too soft for my taste but still ok for 2 nights.

Great location as a base in Palma. We know the city very well so for us it was perfect for what we wanted to do and where we needed to be. Hotel is lovely inside, our room was wonderful and the complimentary cava and other drinks in the fridge was a lovely surprise. Comfortable and spacious in a premium double. Breakfast also good the next day and staff were helpful in giving us info and looking after bags

A minor thing but checkout is midday, which is great, but breakfast ends at 10am. Would be good to have breakfast until maybe 11am to tie in with the checkout time (and especially after many cocktails the eve before!)

Location is great, recommended for first time in Mallorca and you wanna explore downtown. Staff ia great, they helped finding a parking and with recommendations

No parking nearby. You have to walk with luggage to find the hotel. A bit noisy if you stay in the same floor as the restaurant I think it is expensive for the quality of the hotel but in general all Mallorca is expensive, It was hard to be found a reasonable price

Great location, fantastic breakfast and very friendly staff. Spotlessly clean too. Loved the SMEG fridge in the room.

I don't like the open bathroom concept. I had messaged the property to clarify that it would be a closed bathroom after reading some reviews but it still wasn't fully private. The toilet was walled off with a door but had no roof and the shower had a partial wall but was otherwise open to the room. It was really a great use of an old building and very much kept the character but, personally, I prefer a regular bathroom, particularly when I'm travelling with friends.

Really nice common areas, the bar/restaurant was very nice indeed. The staff were attentive, polite, multilingual and very accommodating

The noise between rooms was terrible. We had a room on the first floor by the entrance to the bar/restaurant and it was so noisy up until around 11-12 at night. There was noise from the courtyard under the balcony windows, also late at night and we could hear a couple in an adjoining room “enjoying each other’s company” shall we say. Also the open plan shower/toilet within the room (room 414 if I remember rightly) was not what was advertised and even for a couple of 7 years together was a little too much in terms of lack of privacy. Shame really as if they sorted the noise insulation and had slightly better considered room arrangement this would be a top top (affordable) hotel.

Stayed one night with my husband, loved everything about it. We will definitely come back to this hotel. Very cozy, the room is quiet despite the fact that we had a kind of exit to the patio terrace. On the terrace was a huge bed, sofa and table (it was very unusual and nice). The room had bathrobes, slippers and a grand piano (wow effect) and on not a bottle of champagne with a personalized card welcoming me as a guest. (to the point of goosebumps 10/10). The mini bar is completely complimentary. For breakfast we agreed to let us in at 7-45, as a cab to the airport we were called for 8-30. (reference point for the cost of a cab from the hotel 23-25 euros). Breakfast is very full and tasty, everything is enough. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the room was very warm (despite the fact that this night it was +5С outside the window and a strong cold wind). March 8, 2024
