Really nice common areas, the bar/restaurant was very nice indeed. The staff were attentive, polite, multilingual and very accommodating

The noise between rooms was terrible. We had a room on the first floor by the entrance to the bar/restaurant and it was so noisy up until around 11-12 at night. There was noise from the courtyard under the balcony windows, also late at night and we could hear a couple in an adjoining room “enjoying each other’s company” shall we say. Also the open plan shower/toilet within the room (room 414 if I remember rightly) was not what was advertised and even for a couple of 7 years together was a little too much in terms of lack of privacy. Shame really as if they sorted the noise insulation and had slightly better considered room arrangement this would be a top top (affordable) hotel.

So amazing. Location is perfect. Staff is helpful and friendly. My room was adorable 😍 I could live there. Comfortable bed, water pressure spot on and mini fridge stocked with drinks. Since I booked through booking.com I had a free night of the mini bar plus a bottle of champagne. Breakfast every morning (hot & cold items) and gluten free bread for toast. I totally scored on this place!

Typical of most places in Europe, stairs...not too bad though.

The staff was extremely friendly. From the reception desk staff to the room cleaners and the restaurant staff. The hotel has a unique decoration and the room was very cosy and and quiet. the location is excellent, right in the the street passeo del borne. We were 5 minutes walkign distance from the paseo maritimo (beach) and right in the city. We will definitely come back.

We got a good price on booking. Around 77 euro for a double room.The staff gave us lots of recommendations and was very nice. A complimentary bottle of champagne was waiting for us in the room and the mini bar was also included in the price which was really nice. The location is also excellent

Amazing hotel in the very heart of this Palma neighborhood with everything you need within steps of the front door. The room I stayed in was SO COOL. The staff was very friendly and the neighborhood was quiet at night. I was on Mallorca for 2 weeks and traveled the entire island. This was my favorite hotel.

The staff is super nice and helpful. We love the location and the decoration of the rooms is a wonderful composition of interesting things. Breakfast was okay, dinner outstanding. We will be back, thank you.

Location was fantastic,within a couple of minutes of many bars and restaurants.Spacious room and big bed,good shower etc,fridge and coffee machine.Exceptional breakfast and great dinner!We will return!

Amazing location, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Immaculately clean and fresh smelling room. The design and quality of the hotel is excellent. The breakfast was generous and very tasty.

The quirky type of room which was great especially with the stairs to some outdoor space.

There were literally no shelves in the bathroom which was a bit frustrating.
