Very helpful reception. You can keep your stuff in a luggage room before check-in and after checking out. We came very early and they got us a room ready at 10am even tho check in is at 2 pm. That was really nice of them and I am very thankful. There is a restaurant right next to the pool with great food and drinks. Very comfy beds, good room with all needed utilities and the location is perfect- just a minute or 2 away from the beach

Great location, bus stop for Palma centre and the airport are just around the corner from the hotel and the beach is only 2 minutes walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable too and had sockets above them.

A mini fridge in the room would be ideal.

The staff were so friendly and approachable. The room was amazing value for the price. I’d definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Beds are very basic but still comfy. The shower heads where really difficult to adjust it practically fell off anytime I adjusted it.

The apartment was spacious and lovely. The kitchen was large and open to the living area. The bedroom was a bit small, but comfortable. The bathroom was nice too. Easy to get around Palma (and surrounding areas) as there are buses running about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Bonus: you have a small porch area that overlooked the pool. The staff that greeted us when we arrived was friendly and spoke English. Nice place, would recommend for a stay in Mallorca.

The room got a bit too noisy from the sounds off of the street. Additionally, the rooms could have been better cleaned. Our feet got extremely dirty just by walking around barefoot and we found miscellaneous hairs scattered about the apartment

Great hotel, close to airport if one likes to walk it takes max 45 minutes from airport. Clean, nice neighbourhood, really close to beach, shop and bus stops. Nice personel, clean swimming pool outside. Room with Heating and/or cooling.

To heat water you had to run it and wait for a while, sometime even longer.

The entire stay everyone was very friendly. Seemed like one big family working together. The food at the Restaurant was also great! The Staff is one of the big reasons I will be returning here

The location is perfect, close to the airport and the city of Palma. The beach is less than 100 m away. Hotel has a very nice outdoor pool and the bar with good offer and service. Receptionists are very nice, friendly and helpful.

There is no fridge in the Room, but you can rent a mini bar for 25 EUR/ week. The hotel is directly on the street but is pretty quiet area.

Perfect for an early flight. Staff were excellent and organised an early taxi. Taxi driver was brilliant came and knocked the door as our alarm didn’t go off and got us to the airport so we didn’t miss the flight top man

We were change to an apartment rather than two rooms. Decent size and all in good order. AC worked fine and there was a little kitchen as well as a balcony. The pool was great and a relatively late check out time meant we had a chance to use it during our 1 night stay. Quick access from via bus from the airport.

The lift is a bit small ( fits 2 people with bags) but a minor comment.

The location is great, near to the beach, near to the bus station, near to Aquarium and near to a market. The hotel has an elevator and sea view from the balcony.

The furniture is old style but the room is cleaned daily.
