A lot of space inside and outside. Cool view to the sea and there is amazing view from rooftop especially at sunset highly recommend to go there to see it. Nice service and people at bar and restaurant. Swimming pool at rooftop has warm water in the evening. Room is clean and white. 2 minutes to the sea. You can rent towel for sea. Was pleasantly stay despite some moments.

There was no double bed, despite when I booked a room there was a choice in settings and I took more expensive room for this bed. And there were two beds with wheels. So they were moving all the time. Have no idea how to go there being a couple. No romantic nights with such beds. Food is really not so tasty, eggs have no taste at all. But diversity is good. There are mosquitoes in room. Take care. Some stuff was not happy to help. No food and snacks in bar in the evening, And no tea and coffee in the room. That’s was a bit pity. Usually at 4 stars hotels it is included in rooms.

The pool facilities are lovely, the rooftop bar and pool especially. You do have to pay for the 'Bali beds' which I think should be included in your stay, with the rest of the sunbeds. The staff were outstanding, especially the hotel manager, anna, who went out of her way to solve a mistake. The housekeeping accidently broke a makeup where they were honest and told me straight away. The hotel manager then personally drove myself and friends to the shopping centre to buy a new one, and dropped us off at the airport. I have never known customer service like it, and could not recommend this place more highly. The location is perfect, right on the beach, 2 minute walk to the bus stop to get into Palma, with everything you need in walking distance. It really was the staff that made our stay here special, every time we spoke to reception they were so accommodating and helpful!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had booked the partial sea view room but I think an upgrade to a sea view could be worth it. The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel staff is helpful and nice; especially Stephanie at the Lobby's bar.

The hotel is located near the airport and this area is not the nicest in Mallorca.

The staff were all lovely and accomodating especially Miguel. Breakfast had a great selection and dinner had different themes each night with lots of different choice. The rooms were lovely and clean. The location is perfect super close to the airport(but without any noise) and right across from the beach. There are lots of restaurants and a few bars close bar and some nightclubs in the neighbouring town of Arenal ( which is 20mins walk). Palma is also close by I think it was about a 15min taxi ride to cathedral.

Sometimes you could hear the noise from guests in the hallway and doors banging from other guests so if your a light sleeper like me maybe ask for a room down away from the stairs or elevator.

Great location, friendly staff, nice breakfasts and dinners.

The hotel is located in a fantastic localisation. The outdoors amenities are wonderful. Swimming pool with the sea view and close proximity to the sea is a huge bonus. The food was phenomenal, great variety of breakfast choices and different themed dinners were exceptional. The cleaning service was helpful and always kind.

We purchased two rooms with the partial sea view as a family of 4 with two young kids. We got rooms on the first floor across from the construction and by the main road with restaurants and late night life. We were told by the very kind receptionist Alex that we were able to switch rooms as he was aware of the inconvenience of the rooms. However, when it came to the room change, another receptionist was unkind, arrogant and dismissive and unhelpful with the room transition ( he asked us to pay extra money if we wanted to change one of the rooms) Eventually we ended up in the same rooms. We were not able to open the balcony door nor sit on the balcony due to the noice and dust from the street and construction. Not to mention, it was difficult for the kids to fall asleep.

Food was excellent , especially breakfast. Beach just across the street. In the evening was really nice and quiet , most of the stuff was really friendly and helpful . 😊 Bed is comfy. Whole experience was 9/10

Swimming pool is open only until 19h. Washing laundry is way too expensive. Even if we had no disturb card on our door, someone (probably cleaning service) tried to come in, and that didn't happen only once.

Without a doubt the very professional and friendly staff was the thing I appreciated most Not just the reception area but right through the hotel , the bar staff were excellent , the restaurant staff equally . Always ready to help.

There is no drinking water available in the rooms . it’s the first time I’ve every been in a hotel where it wasn’t available. There was a fridge in the room but it was empty! you have to pre order it . I discovered I needed it late at night and the bar was closed so the receptionist helped me . I was traveling with an elderly person who also needed water to take her medicine, I really feel that it should be offered as part of the service.

Beautiful modern and clean large pool and children’s pool, quite deep but fresh and cool to chill off in heat. Direct dea and beach view, lovely large various buffet breakfast, had most things, clean rooms good air con large balcony, snacks and drinks available, central location on beach front many shops bars restaurants supermarkets right at bus stop into town or airport staff very helpful and friendly very clean and modern small fridge in room helps.

Couldn’t get sunbed as people up early to put towel down (before 9am) hotel said against rules and did move some towels. 3 euros to hire room safe, as 4* should have bottles of water in room and coffee/tea facilities. Our room was missed for cleaning one day and cleaning took long sometimes back at room at 3.30 and room not cleaned yet. Elevators are very slow there are two but to go up or down long waits and very small. Would be nice to have fresh fruit juice and nicer coffee. But overall large choice, tasty, hot and fresh.

The location was excellent it is right beside the beach, the hotel is clean and we had the half board, breakfast and dinner and the food was great. Food to suit everyone’s needs. The pool area was fantastic and the staff were helpful. Would definitely return.

Everything was lovely, however we opted for a partial sea view room, and the view was very minimal, next time we will upgrade to a full sea view room. We opted for a double bed and got two single beds pushed together, they moved during the day which was not helpful. These were the only two things, everything else was great.
