The room was big and clean with a balcony. There's a bar and pool area which are nice and well maintained. Staff is friendly. There are options for breakfast and dinner (buffet) for very reasonable prices. Location is good both close to the beach and to bus stop (to the airport or to Palma city center). There's shower and changing facilities available before check-in and after checkout.

There was construction on the beach, but that's just temporarily.

one of the bar staff very cheeky and hardly around bar when needing service in the back ignoring customers, also refusing staying guests a cup of ice without purchasing a drink. most hotels have ice machines etc hence why I requested cup with ice to be told go to the shop and buy ice. with no freezer in room this wouldn’t be possible. other than that lovely stay and every other member of staff very helpful and welcoming.

Not soundproof, kept being woken up by the noise of the street and the other guests banging the doors and talking too loudly in their rooms

the room was very comfortable and had everything you need, lovely facilities.

the cleaning staff was incredibly rude to us, we got woken up at 09:30 on the day by banging on the door we had to check out while check out is at 11:00. We called reception and asked if we could check out at 12 which they said was totally fine. We fell asleep and got woken up by loud banging on our door at 10:55, someone proceeded to come into our room while we lay in bed telling us that we need to check out right now. Super rude, did not care about our late check out and walked away with an attitude. Rest of the staff however is AMAZING, this was only one lady of the cleaning staff. The reception employees were incredibly helpful and kind, all of them!

The room was quite small and not so clean (hair in the shower when we arrived, dust in the corners), the bed was too hard for us and there‘s no storage room or place to put your stuff in the bathroom

Cleaning was under the range. They did the beds all the time, but the floor was always dirty, with hair and sand on it.

I liked the location to the beach, The pool was a nice size just was freezing.

The pool was freezing. Being vegan was very hard for me when I tried to have breakfast in the hotel, all I could have was beans and hardly toasted toast.

Locations is great! This hotel is 200 meters from the beach and the aquarium. Also very close to the airport without the noise from the airplanes. Breakfast and dinner buffets were great! It's also very close to public transportation to get to Palma in less than 20 minutes!

The air conditioner, while not bad, could have been better. Also you must close and lock the balcony door in order for the air conditioner to work.. Not bad ..actually pretty smart but it wasn't communicated initially.

We had a great stay at the hotel. It was very close to the beach and the staff was so nice! the breakfast was absolutely okey, you got what you needed for a good breakfast!

The only thing was that the cleaning of the room was a bit sloppy some days. It didn’t seem like they vacuumed. but overall it was okey!

Very cute and cosy hotel with a wonderful back garden. Just radiates tranquillity. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The rooms were very spacious as well as the bathrooms.

You could hear and cars or motorbikes when they drove by, while falling a sleep this was a bit annoying and also early in the morning. We were asked to take out our own trash at the end of our stay, which is a bit unusual for hotels to ask of the guests - I’d expect that the cleaning staff takes care of this. We were not sure where the communal bins were located so we threw it in one of the small bins on the main square.
