stylish space, comfy beds. all staff were excellent

everything was great - only minor issue was not perfect sound proofing. we could hear people in neighbouring rooms chatting - but it could be due to age if building.

Very very friendly staff at the reception, helped us out with a little personal emergency as well. Availability and ease of communication was amazing! Very comfortable bed, nice big shower! The locker room service before check-in and after check-out is very helpful!

Only downside I could think of is the walk from the main station, which is a bit longer - so if you come by bus and have more luggage it's not optimal. If you only travel with carry on, no problem!

Perfect location in the centre and close to main bus/train station. Very helpful staff and great opportunity to lock our luggage there before and after our stay. Spacy room with air conditioning.

No breakfast but we got advice where to go. The air conditioning in the room (lower floor) is not blowing the air towards the bed so there was it still quite hot.

Bed was very comfy and the pillows! I was surprised. Only spent the night, before departing Palma. But the room was a great size, bathroom also a decent size. They had english speaking channels on the TV (which I always love) I was working remotely, so spent a lot of time in the room. Very quiet area. Self checkin, as reception closes at 5pm but was easy to contact the property and be sent all the information needed to check in. They also helped me with car hire the following morning

Nothing, comfy and clean hotel. Would recommend. Nothing fancy/flash - but did everything it needed to do for a 1 night quick stay.

Communication and instructions were excellent - we arrived late at night and even though reception was closed, it was easy to access the hotel and our room. The beds were super comfy and the room and bathroom were spotless. The guy at reception next morning was really pleasant and helpful. There is a locker room where we could keep our luggage while we explored Palma in the morning before heading to Puerto de Pollensa - a godsend!

It would have been nice to have a hot drink when we arrived and in the morning, but no tea and coffee facilities. It is a little pricey - although all hotels in Palma are pricey...

We had a warm welcome in the very cool bar that's attached to the apartment building, and were given all the information we needed. The room was very modern while also being comfortable and pleasant. The bed was very large and comfortable, with a huge TV fixed on the wall in front - we slept very well. Bathroom was clean, and equipped with the Brick's own shower gel & shampoo. The most helpful extra was that we were given access to lockers in which to store our luggage the next day (after we'd checked out), allowing us to explore Palma unencumbered until it was time for our late flight back; unbelievably, there is also a shower that we were told we can use (after an afternoon on the beach) located by the lockers, meaning we could be fully refreshed for our return to London. The apartments are also conveniently located near many restaurants, bars and cafés, the old town, bus station, etc.

The hotel is very well located within the wider centre of Palma. There is quite a few trendy coffee shops and a great wine shop just around the corner. The check in was smooth, the hallways clean and very cool. The room itself was very large, with high ceilings and a small balcony ideal for a quick break with coffee. The room and the bathroom was clean and very comfortable. The bed was very nice to sleep in and the lighting in the room is also very plaesant. The staff offered free luggage storage and also bathroom we could use before check in!

There is not much that could be better, really. Perhaps a kettle or coffee maker in the room would be very nice, to enjoy that balcony with a cup of coffee would make it even better! But you can get a drink in the downstairs bar and bring it upstairs I´m sure!

FANTASTIC service (Alberto was so helpful, Muchas Grazias!!) Really helpful directions on arrival, amazing location, great facilities including storage lockers if you have a late flight and a rooftop to enjoy views of Palma and Cathedral. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great budget choice in centre of old town. (There's even a lift!)

We booked this last minute after our flight was cancelled and needed somewhere to stay. The staff were very friendly and it was very well located for exploring Palma for one night. Very clean and very quiet.

The design is quite brutalist. The lighting in the bedrooms were slightly odd and the shower gel isn't the best smelling ever, but at least there was some! Great place to stay if you don't need to be in your room all day.

the location of the city was right in the heart of Palma, and we were able to do a lot of the site seeing and restaurants by foot. didn’t have the hassle of taking public transport. The staff member at the desk was extremely helpful and accommodating, she went above and beyond to make our stay easy and comfortable, by recommending where to go and what to see along with a list of most preferred breakfast/lunch and dinner spots. This trip was very easy as we didn’t need to waste time with looking for what to do or where to eat.
