The cleanliness And beautiful smell in every part of the hotel, The location was really close to the main shopping streets of Palma, And the restaurants and cafes close by were plentiful. Our favourite was to turn right out the back of the hotel (Trees and park) side Follow the street to the end Turn left and a few steps on your left is a fabulous cake and coffee shop. You walk on a glass floor and see the bakers kitchen below. Fantastic to see. Order what you want and it's taken upstairs for you to a lovely seating area.

No negatives

The hotel is amazing. The location is great. Its near to the center. You can walk to all hot spots of the town and cafes/restaurants etc. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. In our stay we booked the apartment and it was huge with dinning table and small veranda. The design of the rooms is marvellous. The staff is very friendly and they provide you with all information and recommendations you need and also assistance in case of an emergency. Also very important when you have a car is that the hotel offers some parking spaces and even where these are not available there is a car park next to it where you may get a pass for your whole stay and enter whenever you want. They also offer beach towels so there is no need to bring your own which is very convenient. Overall we had an amazing experience and stay there and when we go back we will definately rebook our stay there.

Gorgeous, spacious suite.

Although we were a short walk away from many attractions, the actual street Fil Suites was located on was a bit dubious. We took our 2 year old to the park across the street and the little square was littered and had folks drinking in it. When we went out for dinner and there were prostitutes at the top of the road. Not a reflection of Fil Suites but simply of the street it is on - I mention it because it surprised me. Having said that one street over (at the back of Fil Suites) there is a beautiful square with really nice restaurants.

It’s in a beautiful part of Palma. We would absolutely stay here again. Very walkable and safe. We had a very early flight and the front desk was able to put in for a taxi to pick us up ( which we were nervous about because it was for 4:15am) but they showed up right on time! That was very helpful!

The parking garage is a little hard to navigate in and out of. The map of the walkway to the entrance of the garage is correct but the elevator only opens to the garage from the first floor. All other floors were locked. So we had to walk down the ramps ourselves to the second floor. You share the parking garage with residents so it was a little confusing.

We felt at home during our stay in Mallorca, the room was beautiful! The library is such a great place to relax in and they even have luggage storage for your last day.

Our room wasn't cleaned during our four night trip, we were told it would be cleaned after day 3 of the visit. Then upon arrival from our day out during day 3, it hadn't been cleaned. When we asked about this at the reception, we were told that all rooms are cleaned after day 2. It was a shame we didn't get a full apartment clean but the receptionist was apologetic and handed us over some fresh towels & more rolls of toilet roll. This didn't taint our view of Fil Suites though as everything else was perfect.

I truly loved everything about my stay. The location was amazing, walking distance to all historical sites in Palma as well as to the closest beach. The room was great, small but sufficient for one person or a couple, well-equipped and sparkling clean. I absolutely loved the lobby and its amenities - there is even a shower available in case you want to spend the day by the beach and refresh before departing on the day of your check out. And as for the staff - they were all so lovely, friendly and very helpful. If I return to Palma, I will 100% repeat my stay!

The location is perfect for visiting Palma. It's a lovingly restored textile factory, and the interior space is a mix of antique and modern, very special and unique. Lovely library / lounge on the ground floor. The studio apartments are large and beautifully designed, with high end furnishings, linens and efficient kitchenette. Fil Suites are perfect for a short getaway to Palma. Staff are incredibly friendly, cheerful and helpful. Mattias working there even gave my husband bike route suggestions; the people working there go above and beyond to help the guests. We wish we could have stayed longer. Close to plenty of good restaurants and easy walk to many tourist sites. Best rooms are the ones facing the square on the 2nd or 3rd floor.

The location was great and the lovely greeting we received set a positive tone which continued throughout our 5 day stay. Situated at the edge of the old part of town in a beautifully rebuilt old building with everything within walking distance in this relatively compact city. We used the train and tram to Soller and the Palma station for this was a straightforward walk of approximately 15 minutes. We walked everywhere else in Palma. The room was immaculately clean and a good size and everything worked beautifully. The bed was very comfortable and there was always hot water on tap. There are places to eat nearby (and of course we had a very useful kitchenette) and the main shopping area begins about 5 minutes walk from the accommodation. We didn't take a car (and you are definitely better without one!) so can't comment on costs of parking (not possible to park on the narrow roads outside the accommodation other than to drop off luggage) and access to the airport via the public bus service was very easy (bus stop 5 minute walk)

The toilet and shower are enclosed within sperate glass cubicles immediately adjacent to (and can be seen from) the main room area so be aware that this limits individual privacy!

The building was nice and authentic. The location was excellent. The receptionist (An Argentinean man - sorry forgot the name) was extremely helpful and friendly - he went the extra mile. They were helpful in keeping the luggage for a few hours while we were in the center after the checkout.

No phone signal in the rooms, only wifi, so if you want to make phone calls you need to go to the reception. We had a parking spot booked for the night and was great but the process of going in and out wasn´t smooth It´s pricey for a suite with no kitchen and other services/facilities.

-Historical building turned into modern boutique hotel -nice decorated rooms -the staff extremelly friendly and helpful -close to local transport links,train station within 15 min walking distance ,short walking distance to airport bus A1 ca.5 min. -close to the main shopping streets of Palma and the restaurants and cafes in front of hotel -The main sights and attractions are just a 10-15 minute walk away

-The bathroom and shower are pretty open in the room and wouldn’t suit some friends who require more privacy -The rooms were supposed to be cleaned every three days - It is central located but the surrounding area is somehow questionable, at the end of the street prostitutes -Just like in any other city central location, keep your eyes open
