A lovely hotel in a very nice and quiet area of the town very close to the main shops and cafes and good restaurants. The whole building was really well maintained and very stylish and smart. The receptionists were both very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent with a superb choice of food both hot and cold. Our room was not especially large but was still a good size with a very nice large modern shower room attached. It was light and airy and very clean and comfortable. For the money we paid (I booked months in advance) it was really good value for money and a great find. Highly recommended. If you take the airport bus the hotel is only around a 10 minute walk from Placa D'Espanya through some nice pedestrianised shopping streets which was perfect.

Although it was a double bed the quilts were individual which I'm not a fan of. I'd far rather have a double quilt on a double bed!

Very warm welcome and attention from the first step in to the reception. Special thanks to Odeta, she made our stay superb from recommendations what to visit to restaurants and cafes. She is superb contributor of Palma. Hotel perfectly located in the meddle of Palma old town. Lovely breakfast with fresh juice. From downside perhaps is parking in Palma, it is expensive, but you can still find some free spots not far away from hotel.

This is a boutique hotel with a very small number of rooms (13 if I remember correctly). The place has a unique feel with artwork and antiques in the common areas as well as the rooms. Make no mistake though - this is a modern hotel in amenities. They had chargers at all points as well as a desk that had more charging points and connected to a Bluetooth speaker. The hotel is also quite centrally located and walking distance to a lot of restaurants, the train station to Soller and a hop-on-hop-off bus stop. The daily breakfast was also very good and had a decent amount of vegetarian options.

It's a touch pricey

Excellent location in Palma old town close to all the places we wanted to see, all within easy walking distance. We arrived three hours early for check in and we were still able to access our room. Juliette on reception was lovely and also gave us a glass of Cava each as a welcome gift. The accommodation was great, with a large and comfortable bed, plenty of storage space and a well equipped bathroom with an excellent shower. Our flight home wasn't until the evening so a late check out option of 12pm was helpful and we were able to leave our luggage to collect later, whilst we could also have used the shower facilities in the toilets on the ground floor if we had wanted. Everywhere smelt fresh and clean and this was definitely a hotel we would recommend.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like. Possibly could have a few more options at breakfast but it is only a relatively small hotel.

a/c was complicated and although it cooled the room control was not easy did ask the receptionist on the last day apparently the control room s not in the bedroom every time I tried to reduce the temp it reverted back to 24c so the room got hot should have raised it on day one however it didn’t get as hot as last night

Front desk staff especially Juliette were excellent. Very helpful. Recommended good restaurants etc. Like the downtown vibe and the ‘boutique” style of the hotel. Excellent breakfast (included). Great omelettes, coffee, pastries, continental foods. Charming staff. Wonderful shower with heated towel rack.

Glass doors between the bedroom and the small bathroom are elegant but almost unnecessary and make it difficult to get in and out of the bathroom.

The location is excellent, easy walking distance to main attractions. We had a superior room which was superb, with lovely antique furniture and paintings. The breakfast was also superb with everything you could wish for including made to order omelettes. A special mention to Juliette on reception where nothing was too much trouble .

There was nothing to dislike. A very nice hotel with excellent staff.

You have really great staff. There were several changes to the front desk while we were there, but without exception they were all wonderful. ( broke my glasses while i was there, asked if there was any superglue on the premises, the following morning the girl on the3 desk brought a tube from home - I wish I could remember her name, sadly I can't, but I have to admit to being blown away).

We only had two days with you. It wasn't enough.

i had a wonderful sleep - comfy bed, very quiet. Great location. Very friendly staff when I arrived - super friendly and efficient lady.

Some confusion in the morning about whether my taxi was ordered or not. Breakfast didn’t start till 8 so I had a coffee at reception - and a sandwich, fruit and juice was delivered to my room the evening before. Nice idea but I think breakfast should start earlier. Expensive stay, but those are hotel prices in Mallorca!

Location, breakfast, bedroom, comfort, cleanliness. Just to show a smiley face to review the staff is not enough; they can elevate a very good hotel to a great hotel and the staff at this hotel certainly do this. I cannot praise them too highly, they are brilliant. I hope they get the chance to read this; in which case I say a massive thank you again for all that you did for me.
