We stayed in the luxury suite for a week and we absolutely loved it! It was perfect from the moment we arrived. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a guided tour from Daniel and surprise champagne and a fruit platter in our room. The room was fabulous. It far exceeded our expectations. We loved the way every detail of the room had been so well designed. We had breakfast on our balcony every morning and everything would arrive beautifully arranged. We loved using the steam room in the bathroom and our whirlpool bath on the balcony. We would set it to cold in the day so it was like a plunge pool and set it to warm in the evening. The balcony had been so well designed that it was very private. We didn't use the hotel spa because we had our own steam room! We did go up to the rooftop pool a couple of times which we thought was a lovely space and very clean. It was the best hotel experience we have ever had and we hope to return again soon!

From the second you walk into the Convent de la Missio you feel instantly relaxed. There is an air of calm and subtle luxury about the hotel. There are different places to sit on the roof top terrace, in or out of the sun. The plunge pool and free water cools you down nicely in the midday sun. The breakfast, the cocktails and FOSH restaurant are awesome. All of the hotel staff are all super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and nicely decorated. Good sound proofing from other rooms. location, location, location

Very minor points that would make a guests stay even more comfortable in relevant rooms: A hook to hang a hand towel in the bathroom by the sink. A mirror at the table in the bedroom so I can apply makeup and do my hair at the desk by a plug.

The staff are very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Stunning hotel with excellent rooms and facilities. Breakfast was a great start to the day. Huge selection of options which caters for all needs. The location could not have been better. So close to all areas of interest and located near (5-10 mins walk) to great restaurants, bars and shops. Train Station to Soller is 5 mins walk away. Would highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is clean, it looks lovely, it has an artistic vibe to it that has a very friendly atmosphere with polite staff. The location is in a great place, the hotel rooms were wonderful, the food was excellent. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Will definitely be there again!

Something to bear in mind is that unless you plan to eat a tasting menu every evening whilst you're there, you will need to travel outside the hotel to go out for dinner. They offer bar snacks and room service however.

Amazing hotel in a beautifully restored convent, which was tastefully done. Decorated with amazing art. Superb and vast breakfast buffet. Lovely staff who were happy to help. Rooftop terrace was gorgeous. Brilliant location. Central, easy to get places but slightly off the main streets so it was peaceful and quiet, yet with all the access you need. Huge rooms, lovely balcony. Free bottles of water was also welcome. Good sized fridge. Huge bed. Spa access was lovely, especially you book it for your own use so get a nice tranquil experience

Breakfast service occasionally was slightly confused, with ordered items going round room until find right person - rather than direct to whoever ordered them. But the food itself and general service from staff was great.

Perfect location for walking into Palma, sightseeing or shopping. Breakfast was amazing with a wonderful selection of cereals, local meats and cheeses, the orange juice was particularly delicious. Eggs were freshly cooked to your liking. The room was a surprise on arrival as I had previously seen the wide corridors from the missionary/convent side of the hotel. Our room was on the opposite side, although it did not have the same wow factor on the outside, the room was tastefully decorated with a luxurious bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing. Our visit might have been slightly more improved if we had booked one of the rooms on the other side of the hotel numbers 30 + ? The wide corridors and old wooden doors just look simply stunning radiating a tranquil and calm vibe.

Great service and city center location. Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Would recommend having the breakfast included as its of excellent quality. The hotel itself is very tranquil and you really get a sense it was once a convent. Lovely pieces of modern art dotted around the hotel. Everything was just as it should be.

The roof top pool was quite small but plenty big enough to cool off when it got hot. This was not a surprise at it was correctly advertised.

Stunning setting. Tasteful conversion of the convent. The room was a very good size, lovely balcony and view. Incredibly tranquil despite being within walking distance of the city centre, shops and restaurants. The staff were delightful, welcoming and helpful. Inga and Joan in particular provided a great insight into the convent and the conversion. We hired bikes from the hotel and cycled along safe cycle paths to Portixol and beyond. This was recommended to us by Joan and was one of the highlights of our trip.

Joan was a wonderful host and made sure our experience was top notch from start to finish. The whole staff was extremely involved and dedicated in making sure our stay was the best it could be, and all helped us with our car and restaurant booking among others. The property in itself is stunning, an hidden gem in the center of Palma

For the junior suite, we would have appreciated a single double mattress instead of two separate mattresses tucked together

We arrived after the disastrous storm around 11:30 and found excellent and helpful hotel staff, dedicated to finding a room for us in the middle of the night. The next day a charming hotel manager took extra care to look for alternative routes and found us a last minute chance to take a ferry to the mainland!

The only regret we have is not being able to enjoy the amazing food and location of the hotel, so we will come back very soon!
