Great, super friendly staff! Great pool area!

Bed was too small. Room size too small, though the balcony was huge.

Excellent facilities and room. staff were all friendly and welcoming. The indoor pool was very good. The prices were not too expensive The food was tasty and fresh. The area is a little mixed with some good shops.

The outdoor pool was not heated.

I usually stay at another hotel - but closed due to winter season. I Chose this one - and was glad I did. The hotel building looks very welcoming on arrival and the entrance foyer is very nice. Check-in reception man was very helpful, explained everything and then personally showed me to where I could get hiss to my floor. I arrived quite late but still different dinner choices available, waiter came and told me they would be closing soon and to ensure I got what I wanted before they did so! I booked a single non- sea view room as I was only there for one night, but I was put in a double room! The room was big, clean, a double bed, clean coverings, good shower, good towels, toilet items and a very large balcony with table and chairs - must have been e3m x e3m - and plenty of space to walk around and not cramped. The view was pretty good from the balcony - room along a side street, views to palm trees across road and there was a view to the sea if I sat at the table. Breakfast was excellent with the usual huge range of choices. Check-out was efficient and friendly. The lady ordered me a taxi, told me it would arrive at front of hotel in 5 minutes - and it did! All the hotel workers I met were very efficient - but in a very friendly manner. Before leaving I had time to walk to the beach walkway. It is only 5 minutes form the hotel entrance. I went thru a large bar and seating area which looked lovely to sit in - but I did not have time!

Nice hotel at the beach/beachfront with walking option along the long beach (about 3 km to left, and about 2+ km going right). Sea view room is proper one - to catch some sun and look sunset. View is beautiful. Breakfast is fine, with variety of food. They provide me kettle in the room on my request. Indoor pool is with warm water. Have impression, that in summer season outdoor pool (hidden from street) is pleasant, may be not enough big when hotel is fully occupied. Convenient bus station (1 min walking) to bring you to city (bus No 25, 2 EUR) and airport (bus A2). Taxi from airport is about 20-25 EUR. Nice staff - for about 25 EUR they allow me to stay for late check out (for evening flight)

I only do not like that you have to go outdoors to enter indoor pool area - for "not in summer" guests it is not pleasant, at least in February.

The hotel rooms were lovely and very clean. We had a wonderful balcony overlooking the beach. The pool area is nice. The breakfast was good but the hot breakfast was a bit inconsistent throughout the stay.

The hotel is full of pensioner German couples so there isn't much of a fun vibe or good entertainment. Also the pool is over policed, a group were told off for throwing a ball around. Seems strange as there was no one else in the pool at the time. It ruined the holiday vibe and felt like we weren't allowed to have fun.

The staff are really helpful and friendly. There was an excellent choice of food. They even cooked a vegetarian burger extra for my husband. The location in relation to the bus and beach is excellent. It was lovely to relax in the hot tub in the evenings. The room had a tiled floor, which we really liked.

The pool/ hot tub had too much chlorine. Between the panels and floors in the room could have been cleaned better.

location is really great, right next to the beach, shops and bars. Also the hotel is next to service buses to Palma, the airport and Arenal. The room was fine, beds comfy and the room very clean. Vegetarian options both for breakfast and the evening meal were great, lots of choice, clear labels and the staff were helpful and clued up if we were unsure (really enjoyed the meals a lot on our break). Friendly helpful staff who made it a really nice relaxed atmosphere.

The location was great, walks right out to the beach. The room was comfortable and of decent size. The breakfast buffet was good. The little indoor heated pool and sauna area was a plus. It was adult only, so no kids crying and running around but definitely a lot of seniors.

Wish the sauna and indoor pool was open all the time.

Poor coffee at breakfast. Guests aren’t allowed to use the decent coffee machine. Staff provide jugs of poor quality coffee. We had a junior suite and expected amenities such as tissues; bin in living / bedroom area.

Breakfast was buffet style of both hot and continental with some daily variances. Staff in the dining room and bars were exceptionally attentive and friendly. Always there to help and serve with a smile. Room was nice. I booked a double room, but the beds remained as 2 singles for the duration- not a major issue and could have been solved if I requested...but a double bed is what was booked and requested. Location is right on the beach. Playa de Palma is very much a German tourist resort so expect the majority to be Germans, but all are catered for of course!

There was a charge for the use of the safe which I found a little strange. It was a coded safe so its either provided for the guest or its not. They charged me €27 for the week but when I questioned it I was told it was a mistake and the charge was changed to €15. I questioned the even existence of a charge to which I was told it was in the T&Cs when I checked in. Like most people I skim over these and I think it absolutely should be brought to the explicit attention of guests on check in that there is a charge for the safe. One would hope a hotel is more interested in the safety and security of their guests and their belongings rather than a quick basic return on a safe already in the room.
