We were a group of friends visiting Palma for a long weekend. The hotel was perfect. 10\15 mins from the airport in a taxi and also 10/15 mins stroll into the old town, with plenty of bars and restaurants on the way. Good sized room and excellent Wi-Fi and aircon, the latter especially important as c35c for the weekend. Fantastic pool and terrace on the first floor with views directly over the harbour. Plenty of sunbeds and towels. Also poolside bar but expect the usual hotel prices. Can’t comment on the restaurant as we ate out all the time as there are so many good paces, but looked nice. Would certainly return. The photos are the view from the pool.

The breakfast was decent, it pretty much covered everything I wanted to eat. However other 4-star hotels they had a chef to cook omelettes or pancakes however you wanted.

First mistake was the longest waiting at our arrival at the reception, I expected more from a 4-star hotel. Then the 2nd mistake was the 2nd day when they didn’t clean the room or at least change the towels. Overall the room wasn’t new or at least for a 4-star hotel. It needs some renovation even though the view was astonishing.

Hotel was in a great location, overlooking the beautiful Palma marina. Beautiful pool area with great views over the marina, with the Cathedral in the distance. The hotel was easy to get to from the Airport - we took the public bus which brought us into Avenue de Jaume III (approx 30 mins, €5 each) and the hotel was just a 15 min walk along the seafront. There are several bars/restaurants within easy walking distance from the hotel. with a stroll into the cathedral/city centre around 20 mins. Beautiful and modern hotel lobby. Good sized bedroom. Our small balcony gave us a side view of the marina and caught the sun for most of the day.

While lower floors of hotel were very modern, we were on the 11th floor and the corridor and hotel room itself were a bit dated. Alot of drilling in surrounding properties going on every day. There are also roadworks in progress all along the marina road on the hotel side, which was a shame as the cages obstructed views in places.

Excellent location. Close to the main centre however there were a good variety of restaurants round about. Good bus service with buses every 15 mins. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. Each food station was well stocked at all times . Good sized premium room with a spacious balcony overlooking the marina. Ample storage space, lovely big comfy bed. Good sized bathroom. Good housekeeping

Unfortunately there is a long term infrastructure project going on running the full length of the marina to the edge of the old town in front of all the hotels and businesses which is noisy and creating dust which is understandable due to the type of work however businesses worked hard under the circumstances to keep the area clean. Didn't spoil the holiday

One of the best hotels we stayed in. We stayed in a deluxe room with sea view which was spotless clean, mattress was firm and we had a peaceful nights sleep. Great shower facilities and excellent toiletries. Professional staff at reception, the bar and restaurant. Have to separately mention the restaurant - we chose the half board option. Expressing big thank you to the chef and kitchen staff for the food variety meats, cheeses, fresh fish, fruit, grilled vegetables, fresh and warm breads and pastries in the morning. Wide choice selection for breakfast as well as for dinner. Bellver Castle was near, we just walked there from the hotel, the Castle offers stunning panoramic views of the whole Palma. Hotel is within walking distance to Cathedral also, our room was facing the sea and the Cathedral - it was great to sit at the balcony and enjoy the views.

About 20 mins walk to old town and main shops.

The hotel is excellent, and it's located near the center of Palma. The breakfast was amazing, with a lot of food options. Also, they served free water during the day which was a nice surprise. The balcony is great and large! The rooms are comfortable. We haven't used the pool but it looks nice.

Parking! We had to pay 20e per day, which I wasn't expecting, and I had some problems with entering/exiting the garage a few times, so I had to reach Garage support. Also, the first time you arrived, you could not park at the hotel's spot before you checked in, so it was a bit confusing process where we lost 45 minutes.

We upgraded to premium room on arrival with a sea view and the size of the room and balcony was amazing. Staff were all really nice. Lunch menu was great perfect for a light bite. They always went above and beyond to get extra umbrellas and arrange sun loungers if needed. Water cans put in the room after every room service for the coffee machine was a great touch.

The atmosphere lacked, while it being a Melia affiliated it was mostly silent by the pool and only Jazz music played. There was no change towards the evening. I think it would do well if it was slightly more lively.

The hotel in general was fabulous in everyday. The room was lovely, it is in great location for palma. Great bars and restaurants around it. The harbour is just across from it so its a lovely area for a walk at anytime of the day. The cleaning staff were very thorough. Our room was cleaned everyday and that was an added bonus. The hotel has a fabulous pool and sun bathing area with an open bar which is gorgeous and well staffed.

My only issue with the hotel the bed. We asked for a double bed but all we got was 2 single beds pushed together which in no way the same as a double. The bed keep separating during the nite which was very annoying.

The hotel is in a nice location and it would have been a great stay if not a huge construction work around the hotel (July 2023). The staff tried to make the situation better, especially Angelo and people at the bar and around the swimming pool were super nice. Aircon and Wi-Fi worked well, cleaning service was nice.

I didn’t like how slow was the receptionist Daniel - he checked me in in an extra slow pace and at the end of my stay he ordered a taxi for me. I had to wait for 25-30 min and followed up with him few times (he ignored me, then told me it’s almost there, then told me I can try to catch a taxi from the street) - super unprofessional.

Great view of the marina from the room, nice size balcony and view of the Cathedral as well. Breakfast variety very good with local produce and outdoors space by the pool to enjoy.

We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food quality was really poor. The same standard was for the pool bar coffee and cocktails. We asked the receptionist for island tour guidance and they were very dismissive- not even a website or basic information about the locals. They offered only a phone number for a company that didn’t have a website.
