The hotel is well located, near the center of the city. Only 10 minutes away from Plaça Major. We were extremely well welcomed by the lady at the reception (who speaks french). And our amazing bartender/waiter Santi (who we considered our best friend during our stay at the hotel), gave us great advice to visit the city and created delightful cocktails for us ! Defenitly ask for his cocktails creations you will not be desapointed ! The restaurant is also great and the tapas are cheaper than in other restaurants we tried touristic places.

The parking cannot welcome large vehicules, perhaps informing the customers before would be better. The cleaning schedule could also be slightly improved as we sometimes waited all day for our room to be made.

Staff at this hotel were outstanding. Extremely friendly and warm welcome, very hospitable! Gave us great food recommendations and ideas for the trip. The breakfast was exceptional and overall the hotel had a wonderful feel about it. Being greeted with champagne for our recent nuptials was a lovely touch and we were very grateful!

Location was a little further than anticipated, room itself was nice but did have some issues due to poor renovations (swollen wood due to water damage on the door, some mould on the door frame, rusted frames on the vanity etc), bed could probably be upgraded.

The hotel has a great atmosphere! We have felt like their motto: "made for friends by friends". Room equipment included a Marshall bluetooth speaker, a coctail shaker and a plenty of electric plugs to charge our devices. Breakfast had a good selection of tapas and continental meals. Our reality matched the advertised photos of the room and other venues.

Parking is suitable only for smaller cars - but they state it transparently. Doors are not sound-proof - your discussions in the room may be easily heard on the corridor. Please note that staying in the city centre means also early wake-up by morning city logistics (cleaning the streets with loud high-pressure washers and delivery service at 6 AM).

Staff were lovely. There was a wide choice for breakfast. We had dinner twice at the hotel both were very good. The hotel is an oasis just off one of the main shopping streets. Location was great as not far from the Soller Train Station and bus depot and can walk to the cathedral and old town in 10 to 15 minutes. We enjoyed the mini pool in the late afternoon after sightseeing during the day.

The room was lovely except we were on the lower ground floor so it was dark and couldn't open the shutters as opened directly onto the street level.

Staff on reception & bar are absolutely lovely, always very helpful and happy to answer any questions. Specifically the man who checked us in and the girl with black hair on reception, so friendly and kind. The location is just perfect for everything you need. Everything is within about 10-15 minute walk from the hotel which is great. The room was lovely, air conditioning worked a treat & very comfy bed.

It was unclear what amenities were included in the price of the room, there’s bottles of water & snacks inside the room but no indication wether we had to pay for them or if they were complimentary. Also there is no shower gel, however there is shampoo & conditioner supplied. Not a big deal though!

Staff great, rooms lovely, food really excellent, courtyard great too.

They advertised a small plunge pool and subbed area but it was only available to a small number of people (4) and you had to book for an hour slot. You can’t book until you get to the location. I arrived at lunchtime and it was booked up for next 3 days. They should not say it is there as it’s unlikely to be available for people to use. It would have been nice to sit in the sun- that’s why we choose this hotel.

The breakfast buffet was very good but you needed to be down early as they did not replace items.

Found the fact that the breakfast buffet was not replenished and that the tables were not cleared for the next sitting disappointing . Could easily be improved upon.

The location was perfect so central for sightseeing in Palma. Staff were so helpful with every aspect of our trip. As it was so hot during our stay we booked a slot beside the pool, just a pity the area is so small but at least we managed to have a dip in the plunge pool. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice but you would have to pay extra if you wanted an omelette perhaps which I wouldn't have expected of a 4 star establishment.

A minor detail of the shower which made water go all over the floor and nowhere to hang anything.

Breakfast buffet is excellent, friendliness and welcoming of the staff is supreme, beds are comfortable and rooms are convenient, location is great as it is near the old town centre but still calm in a side ‘carrer’. The inner courtyard, restaurant are very nicely decorated and very pleasant to pass some time, have a drink, breakfast, read a book, …

Only minor points : Some rooms are only accessible with a staircase, this can be inconvenient for carrying suitcases but staff is happy to help you; Some rooms are located next to loud garage door

Excellent location, modern rooms and pretty decor. it’s tucked behind a back street so you feel like you’re staying at a private members club.

It wasn’t very clear at booking that you can only use the pool for 1hr a day and it must be booked in advance. This took away the relaxing element of staying at his hotel.
