We only stayed one night, room was clean and tidy with good air con. Main reason for booking was proximity to Soller Tren as we use the old train to travel up the island to Port de Soller Breakfast selection was good and the staff member was very organised Reception staff member was also very helpful thank you

Nothing regarding the Hotel Except Booking . Com not forwarding my pre payment meaning I had to then pay hotel directly. Still trying to get the money reimbursed. The Hotel have helped me with this Thank you

We had to change rooms because of difficulty climbing into the bath to shower but the staff didn't mind getting us another room and apologised as it wasn't as good as the first room. Breakfasts were very good and staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel could use a restaurant and a bar. There were no tea/ coffee making facilities in the room which wasn't good especially when we were trapped in the room by storm Juliet for most of two days and couldn't get a drink. Also it would have been helpful if they could have provided us with an umbrella during that time to get out for food.

Easy to get to from the airport as the bus stopped just outside hotel. Very central for town

I nearly cancelled this booking due to the negative comments in the feedback - I am so glad there was nothing else available and I therefore worriedly kept my booking ! The location could not be better with bars, shops restaurants and, most importantly, all the bus and train stops right on the doorstep. Yes, the carpet had some old stains but they were clean stains and not worth a moan. The room was large and comfortable; the staff were delightful; and the breakfast varied and delicious. The aircon didn't work but the window opened for cooler air at night - otherwise, the room was well within the boundaries of offering extremely good value for money. I would not hesitate to book here again.

Excellent staff-super friendly, speak perfect English and gave me a free upgrade! Fantastic location if you're a shopper...I am not, but it's close to restaurants as well!

No parking, BUT if you park at the city center parking lot, go check in and wait until about 7:30 at night, you can park on the street for cheap! Just be sure to go to the parking meter, select max time which gives you parking until the following day and place to receipt on the dashboard (Just like Seattle!)... the fun part is finding a place to park. 😆

I was looking for the hotel near the central bus station intentionally to travel to the north of Mallorca. This hotel was exactly the right place. Everything is convenient and very clean. Very friendly and helpful stuff. What has really exceed my expectations, and I'm really extremely grateful to the stuff for their understanding and kindness, is the real understanding of the client's needs and problems. Just in two days I had two problems, not caused by the hotel. It could cause some extra charge for me. But the staff was so really helpful, that both problems were just in few minutes without any losses. I'm really grateful to the hotel staff!

Everything was just perfect

If what you are looking for is an excellent location to stay in Palma, definitely this is the place. The rooms are comfortable and clean, yes it needs a bit more maintenance specially for the carpets, some old stains but in general they were clean. The breakfast is a good deal and the best way to start your day. Overall, would stay again at this hotel.

Probably the part of the maintenance needed for carpets and certain tiles in the bathroom (as said before is only maintenance cause everything was super clean), nonetheless, these details can affect your stay if you are a bit picky with cleanliness and visuals.

I haven’t slept that well in such a long time. I will have dreams about how comfortable the bed was. We were incredibly central and the staff were amazing. Oscar was so lovely, got us into a room early so we could freshen up before starting our adventure. It was quick and easy to check in, no dawdling. the lift was fast and there was so much natural light in the room. :) I’m saving this property for all future friend recommendations

From the Security Guard, to Check in, to Housekeeping Staff all have been great. I unfortunately forgot the names of the Receptionist and 2 Security Guards who made my stay with my family much more special. They really shine the true Filipino Hospitality and kindness that is known around the globe. I will definitely come back to this place every-time I am in Pinas for a visit! See you soon!

Location is great, friendly staff, breakfast exceeded our expectation (surely not fancy but above the standard average), clean rooms, quiet at night and finally we got a spacious room which was very good. Overall a very good hotel if you want to be right in the city center in clean and comfortable hotel.

The A/C was not in the best shape, it needed long time to operate due to the hot weather. Once you leave the room it turns off automatically and hot summer days the room really turns into a sauna mode. The furniture and interiors need a bit of renewal but this is nothing annoying per se.
