We have stayed here several times. A very good choice for the price. They try to move with the times, they digitize everything they can. The rooms are clean, cleaning is available, towels are changed. The staff is very kind and helpful. At the last moment, we indicated on the spot that we wanted a room in the barrier-free section, and they took care of it immediately. Everyone was very nice.

Great location for young travellers. Very near the strip of bars and beach. There are many restaurants around. Activity buses can pick you up right outside the hotel. It's about a 15 min walk from the bus stop that gets you to the airport.

Paying for wifi per device per day is not ideal. It is quite loud at night into the late hours but that's to be expected in this part of Playas de las Americas.

We stayed for 31 nights and on arrival were upgraded from a studio to a 1-bed apartment because of refurbishment works. All the staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful, with Violetta and Frank, who we dealt with most often, particularly outstanding. The apartment balcony had a view towards the sea and overlooked the pool (we didn't use it) and was very well serviced every couple of days with cleaning, towels, toilet rolls, bin emptying, beds made and so on. There was a plentiful supply of hot water for showers. Although the kitchen and it's utensils were basic, they were fully sufficient for our requirements and included a fridge, kettle, microwave, hob and oven enabling us to provide our own meals during our stay. The bedroom had a very large wardrobe and there was a useful dressing unit with shelves in the living area which also had a sofa, table and chairs. The wi-fi was also adequate for our purposes (email, social media, texting). The surrounds had a busy and lively holiday atmosphere and was very convenient to the local amenities such as the copious restaurants and bars located on the bustling sea/beach front about 5 minutes walk away. A few small supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pubs and a pharmacy were on our immediate doorstep and the main road to the airport, which was about 20 minutes drive, was half a mile away.

The apartment decor and furnishings are a bit dated and shabby but perfectly serviceable and as there seems to be a programme of refurbishment underway will no doubt be modernised and updated over time. No handsoap in the bathroom and kitchen.

Reception staff were amazing, always happy and funny and very helpful. Room was bigger than expected and had a good view, but be careful, you could get put in floors 1 and 2 with balconies that overlook a brick wall 10 feet from your balcony!

Not allowed any kids toys, lilos etc in the pool, even when it was completely empty, and we were the only 3 people there!!! The life guard just pointed at the sign and said they are the rules. We ended up using another hotel pool and will probably stay at that hotel next time for that simple reason, as our boy loves playing in the pool with floating toys etc.

Stayed over the Christmas period. Staff were friendly and our apartment was clean and functional. Sunloungers were always available and the room was cleaned every other day. We were even left a bottle of fizz and a seasonal greeting on Christmas eve! We had a very pleasant stay and ended up staying an extra night due to unforeseen circumstances and the staff went above and beyond to help us despite it being the day before NYE. Great customer service.

The carpark and walkway to apartments near the swimming pool could do with resurfacing, however the lighting was good so this didn't really trouble us but would not be good for anyone with any kind of mobility issues.

Our 2nd time at this hotel. Apartments are excellent only one thing it can be a little noisy at night. So if your with a family request a higher floor. Staff are lovely

Amazing location, really close to the high street and its animosities. It has a nice pool with a decent bar so, the price is really good for what you get. The staff was amazing! Kudos to their friendliness and eagerness to help.

Even if the apartment had all the necessities including a fitted kitchen, there were a few missing items that would have made the room great like no dish sope, no bathroom sope, really, really cranky and noise doors that wouldn't even shut properly. The pool, even though it is big and clean, doesn't allow for anything fun. You are not allowed to play ball games or even MUSIC and shuts very early, at 7 PM.

Very helpful receptionists. We were even offered free upgrade of the room and leave luggage on our check-out. Clean and spacy apartments. Bathroom and kitchen was ok. Bus main station in 15 minutes, main bus lines are also stopping 3 minutes from the hotel. Very good connection with airport. Very close to the beach and city center. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Lack of knives in kitchen. There was no soap dispenser in the bathroom. There is no A/C, only a fan and sun-preventing courtains (which was enough for October). Cleaning service was not checking/knocking while entering our apartment at 9 am, which was very unpleasent experience. Costa Adeje is VERY noisy city. Each night there is either mix of loud music from the clubs or shouts of drunk people coming to their apartments. Of course this is not the fault of the hotel, but good to keep in mind.
