Great breakfast and dinner options (included vegetarian and vegan). Staff were attentive and welcoming. Lots of parking and close to the highway that gets you quick to the rest of the island. Room was clean. Nice evening animation. We spent most of our time outside the hotel.

Wifi in the room (3rd floor) didn’t quite reach. We had to used data. Only one side of the bed had an outlet, so we took turns to charge our phones/gear.

No kettle in the room - we had to purchase one, although we did get breakfast we preferred to have a drink in the room. The bar was card only, which we were not made aware of before arriving and we only had cash

The breakfast was amazing. Lots of options, everybody can find something for their liking. The staff was mostly very nice and pleasant. Evening entertainment was interesting and engaging. The room cleaning was amazing. The bar offers different drinks at a fair price. Everything you need within walking distance.

There were cockroaches in the dining room, under our feet. When we pointed it out to the staff they just laughed. Not very pleasant experience to have while trying to enjoy breakfast. Also the beds are not really comfortable, but they do their job.

The hotel delivered small touches which made it feel special to be there. They offered us welcome drinks on arrival, a bottle of bubbly on the first morning and little chocolates every morning after on a well decorated bed throw. The pool was lovely and got sunshine all day. The entertainment throughout the day made the hotel feel very welcoming and provided opportunities to do workshops. The location was very close to main area in Playa de las Americas but far enough away that you can’t hear the traffic from the strip.

The rooms could potentially do with a slight upgrade, the shower was loose which meant the bathroom was drenched even after a quick shower. The air conditioning unit also couldn’t be adjusted so we either were freezing cold over night with it on, or boiling hot with it off. We didn’t go all inclusive so couldn’t buy food throughout the day except for pizza, so it would have been nice to order other items on the days we decided to stay at the hotel.

Nicely renovated and clean hotel with a good location just 5-10 minutes walking from the beach. The public areas of the hotel were of a good standard, renovation of rooms, especially bathrooms may be done more precisely. The hotel is well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, when we had some additional request for the room, this was resolved quite quickly. Breakfast and dinner was outstanding, variety of food of good quality and taste, nicely presented in the buffet. Since we spent most of the time outside of the hotel, we did not use much of the hotel's facilities. We would repeat the stay in the hotel and would recommend the hotel without any concerns.

Food - amazing, staff - fantastic, the three entertainment team guys - unreal, rooms - fabulous, location - the best.

You should introduce the rule about the sunbed use like some other hoters do. Honestly guys, it would make everybody happy if everyone could enjoy the time around the swimming pool while they are there. It's just so annoying when people leave the towels on the sunbeds for hours and hours and other people can't use the beds although the towel owners are nowhere seen for ages... We were able to get the beds in those other areas further away from the swimming pool, but you know better than anybody else, that those areas are not the same as the main area around the main swimming pool which is cooler and much nicer to be.

Breakfast was great, the pool was attractive, clean and stunning to be in and around. The staff were friendly and helpful, plus the evening entertainment was top class.

Unfortunately there was a quarray next door which there is a resident who on various days and times appeared to suffer mental health episodes with really loud shouting. It was alarming and I nearly googled the Tenerife emergency number but believed someone on the street would make that call if it was needed, as they were closer.

the surroundings of the hotel were loud during the night - breakfast had good selection of food, but nothing especially delicious - we wanted to play pool but you have to pay 1 euro for it. Not a big deal, but it's not written nowhere on the tables and you have to look for staff who knows that - hotel is a bit dated; it saw better times

We have booked a halfboard option and stayed for 10 nights. All guests have a complimentary welcome drink during check-in procedure. Room was comfortable and decently sized with a guest room with sofa and isolated bedroom. Each room have a balcony, ours had a partial seaview. Interior was a little bit dated and had seen some use, but it was clean and tidy nevertheless. Good variety of food for breakfast and dinner. Guests have an option to use inside parking for rental cars free of charge. Good location - bus stop for transfer to/from Airport in the close proximity of the hotel. Most beaches, cafes and malls are easily accessible by foot. Good entertainment program for every night.

Although food is always fresh, it gets stale very fast at an open type buffet. Drinks were NOT INCLUDED for dinner! You had to pay, even for water. We were offered to buy drinks option for 7 EUR/meal extra. Toiletries were not refilled during our long stay. Pool towels cost 10 or 20 EUR cash deposit. Staff was forcing guests to fill a survey about the hotel! That was very inappropriate - to come and give you a tablet while you were eating your diner! And another woman, local hostess, was even staying by your side and waiting for people to fill everything!

food good staff where brilliant as well especially Powell and nikola and sheila met the manager who was sound as well. overall great location central to every thing good heated pool plenty sun loungers just make sure your up early enough to get the towels down on them cause the 1 2 sun bed reserve crew are up sharp.

could have done with a bit different variety on buffet always was kind of the same food for my 9 day stay the sea food options were nice though plus the traditional Spanish food. also enough plain food for the non adventurous type
