The hotel is really nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the communication in English was very easy with them. It's also located centrally with a lot of places to go out around it and there are bus stations not too far away, and yet it is like a quiet peaceful oasis in the very touristic area of Playa de las Americas. The pool is really clean and warm. Around Christmas, it was beautifully decorated and the atmosphere was cozy both during the day and in the evenings. The room is comfortable and well equipped so even if the weather is not so good, you can use your favourite streaming services on the TV. We enjoyed the breakfast, which was quite varied in options.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, as it always had a funky smell to it. It was really easy to hear the noise from the hallway. Toiletries should have been refilled. The WiFi signal was so terrible, my phone kept switching to mobile data.

The pool was nice. Also the food in the restaurant. The room was big and the beds comfortabel.

It was really noisy at night. The whole night they were playing Music at the pool and you could hear that in the room.

The hotel was the right size for us, neither too big nor too small. The rooms were cleaned and the beds made daily. The staff was friendly at the reception and in the restaurant. In particular, one of the restaurant's show cooks was a particularly pleasant person. The restaurant's food was also good and varied.

The only big minus was the lousy internet connection in the room. The connection at the pool was good. The hotel has about 30 sunbeds and it was unfortunate that the staff didn't care that some people reserved the sunbeds for the whole day, even though they didn't use them at all. I don't know how common this is in Tenerife but one morning there was a cockroach on the floor of our room.

The room was spacious. The hotel had a nice layout and atmoshphere, also cool poolside. We loved the Canary Islands as the weather is very nice and food and drinks are generally cheap. The fauna is also beautiful.

The food was not the best, although the variety was good. We could not change dinner to lunch which is a problem for some people who do not want to eat t full dinner late at night. The "gym" was very outdated, the equipment was literally rusty (that is probably because the gym is outside, which is not a problem in Tenerife).

It’s a small nice hotel hidden between big buildings. It was great that they filter waste water to grow trees and flowers!

It says to be an environmentally friendly hotel, and sure they work for it. However, the towels were changed even id we did not asked. Also, small individual jam packages etc should be replaced by bigger pots. Also advice for the customers to make environmentally friendly choices should be given.

The property is in a good location, it’s very clean and the staff is indeed extremely friendly and welcoming. We were welcomed with a glass of Prosecco and full explanation of all other details for our stay. Amazing breakfast!!

the jacuzzi unfortunately wasn’t working; people were leaving towels on the sun beds first thing in the morning and we weren’t able to find an empty spot for our stay. I believe the hotel should be extra firm on their policy and on people that don’t respect rules.

Breakfast was amazing, with hot dishes, and large variety of everything else, option was also that the kitchen cooked fresh for you breakfast. Dinner buffet was delicious, various food options, very good service from the staff, the show kitchen offered always two options for freshly cooked dinner. The room was spacious, no noise from outside or other rooms. Walking distance to the beach was short, same for restaurants and shops. It is a smaller hotel which makes all less crowded (pool, dinner, breakfast). We received always a friendly and helpful service.

The breakfast was among one of the best I’ve had anywhere! The pool beds are extremely comfortable and the adult only tule gives it a quieter vibe.

The location we didn’t realise is right on the strip, so it is great if you want a mad night but we didn’t love having to be chased down the street by reps everytime we left the hotel. Wasn’t a couples holiday location so maybe steer clear of this area If you’re looking for more of a relaxed holiday. The ‘pool party’ on Saturdays is just like any other day at the pool except the music was a bit louder. They charge residents €50 that must be spent at the bar to sit at the pool on Saturdays which seemed mental to us. Don’t waste your money on it and maybe plan a day out for Saturdays! The drink and food was very overpriced.

Amazing stay! Was a bit sceptical about it being quite far from the beach, but it was a very easy walk and absolutely no problem, took maybe 7-10mins. We got a welcome drink in the beginning, which really gives you that "now my holiday is starting" feeling. Breakfast was really good, rooms modern and clean, the whole hotel area is very green and really nicely done with a lot of plants, everyone was super friendly, happy hour was awesome and the cocktails really good, the pool was nice, quite warm (but still refreshing) and saltwater, we loved it. There are a lot of shops, bars and restaurants close by and you can book excursions directly at the hotel, so we really didn't get bored. The guests were overall mainly younger, a lot of couples between 20 - 40, but some older guests as well. All in all I really got nothing negative to say. If we ever come back to Las Americas, we definitely know which hotel to book!
