spacious and comfortable apartment, tasty breakfast with wide selection

we struggled to find the resort upon our arrival as we have not thought it may be above the restaurant which is a bit strange, location is central, not very close to nice beaches, the nearest one is for surfing - you have to walk a bit for nice beach and swimming

This was a wonderful hotel, spacious and comfortable, with an amazing view of the cliffs of Los Gigantes. The apartment was clean with a well equipped kitchen. The pool, restaurant, and balcony all have good views, and we saw a spectacular sunset from there. The pool is very nice, though closes unfortunately early; we did det additional towels for the pool. The restaurant also provides a reasonably priced breakfast and caters well to people with allergies. It is not too long a walk into the town centre, stores, and restaurants. Parking can be somewhat limited but was fine during most of our visit. We were surprised by the size of our villa while we were expecting rather a large apartment! Great value for the money.

The air conditioning is only for the bedroom, making the kitchen and living room somewhat hot.

We have stayed at Las Rosas many times , usually in villa 1 which is perfect . We couldn't get that villa this time and my partner asked for a down stairs bedroom as its cooler , the only down side was where we were situated there was no sea view . The villa was clean and well maintained as usual & to be honest apart from sleeping in the villa we do not spend much time in it . The pool was clean and inviting , the girls in the shop were great as always & same for the reception staff . the bar / restaurant s back open , the staff were friendly could maybe do with another choice of beer on tap but that's just me and maybe look at the menu and go back to more snacky type food . But in general great place to stay and will probably be back again next year .

The location was near los Gigantes and from our 2 bedrooms apt we had a very nice view of it and the sea. The apt has everything that you need, the kitchen was very well equiped to properly cook and very clean, which is very rare. It was pretty clean i would say. They had a restaurant near the pool which was nice to have. Also they have free parking, but it's quite small.

The fact that the check out is at 10:00. I mean it's 2023 ,nobody has check out at 10:00. All the hotels have check out at 12:00 now.

The location is amazing with Masca Valley being only like 40 minutes away from here. The staff is friendly. I was immediately warmly welcomed on the reception. The pool bar/restaurant with a view on Los Gigantes is brilliant. The apartment is clean and spacious. Living room area, dining room area, little kitchen with a fridge and a freezer. The upper floor has bedroom with an air conditioning and a bathroom. There is a great clean pool with heated water and sunbeds. The whole atmosphere is nice and peaceful, but just lively enough with a nice music coming from the pool bar. This pool bar also has a small supermarket. Clients of the resort are mostly older british couples so it's very peaceful. If you prefer more regular supermarket there is Lidl just few minutes away on foot. I had no problems ever finding a free parking spot either.

All this is honestly nitpicking, but just so you get the whole picture. It would be so cool if the pool was open a bit longer (closes at 19.30). Also not every apartment has the same great view from the terrace on the Los Gigantes. It greatly depends how lucky you are. WiFi could honestly be also free. We are after all in 2023 so internet is not something that should be premium in Spain. Air conditioning is sadly not present in the bottom floor so your living room area will get hot. You will have to keep the doors to the terrace open. Not a huge problem though as it's quite windy in Canaries so there won't be a lack of fresh air.

Everything - the interior, facilities, supplies in the kitchen, very calm and quiet resort.

The floor wasn't cleaned properly - our white socks were almost black after the first night at the apartment. But the next day when I asked for xtra cleaning supplies to clean the floor myself, I got sent a cleaner lady right away to us. It was good! The pools are not heated.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, willing to accommodate requests to ensure you had a great holiday. The food was great, menu had a pretty good selection and service was first class. Apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed. View from the pool was beautiful and we were lucky enough to have some amazing sunsets.

The room walls are a little thin and so if you have noisy neighbours as which we did on the first night, that can be a little disturbing. Having said that, I am sure if it had carried on, the hotel would have dealt with any undue noise as they were so keen to ensure you had a good break.

Las Rosas Resort is best value 3 star hotel you can find with great location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Apartment was spacious and very well maintained. Our’s had 2 floors - first floor has kitchen(with all equipment), living room(with kitchen table) and balcony where you can dine and enjoy the view. Ground floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One faces the same way as balcony and another to inner yard. Both rooms had air conditioners, cupboards, comfortable beds, desk with mirror and well equipped bathrooms. Pool area is very nice and connected with restaurant. Sunbeds are free to use and they have a small pool for children too.

- No dishwasher - Ants inside kitchen area (because of food) - Some towel’s had stains - Free wifi around pool, reception and restaurant area only. Have to pay extra for wifi in order to gain access inside apartment.

We liked the appartment. Also the location was good, because we had rented car. The appartment was huge and clean. We also got towels for the swimmimg pool. There is also a safe in the appartment, for which we paid 8 euros for 6 nights.

The complex and appartment was great, exactly what we expected. What we didnt expect though were works in the appartments, yes also on our side, which were quite loud since after 8 in the morning and during the day. We weren't aware of that in advance. It was not so bad, but yet still it was also not unnoticed. But everyody at the reception were friendly and really wanted us to feel great there. Because of that our stay there was not spoiled. We had great time.

The location was perfect near to everything.The views from our apartment were amazing.The pool area was great and no rush for sun beds. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We would certainly come back. would like to mention the reception staff who were so helpful we had a problem and they solved it for us. Also the supermarket the staff were so friendly and helpful.

It didn’t affect our holiday we went to the restaurant on site a few times.but in our view it wasn’t one of our favourites.
