Staff were friendly, rooms were clean. Pools and sunbeds were nice and well maintained. Wifi was great. Food was good as well, lots to choose from, especially during dinner. The hotel is in a nice area, very close to the beach. There is a bus stop, supermarket nearby. View from the room was very nice too. The stay was pleasant overall.

We booked a deluxe room, however, the bathroom was quite old and needed renovation. It was super difficult to get pleasant water temperature, water was either too hot or too cold. The majority of areas showed in pictures aee accessible to platinum guests only. We were not aware of that and we were pretty disapointed that we do not have acess to infinity pool and jacuzzi. The hotel was full and we could not upgrade the room to platinum. I think there should be a disclaimer with the pictures so guests would be aware that they may not have access to all areas showed here. The hotel has no adults only areas. Reading lamp was broken in our room.

Friendly staff with a customer-oriented attitude. Varied and delicious meals, including a good offer of vegetarian food. Sufficient space at the pool.

I did not like the split between Premium and non-Premium service. A large part of the infrastructure (terrace, restaurant, pool) is reserved for the happy few. Suggest to make 'Adults only' and 'Children welcome to play' areas to accommodate the wishes of families and persons that are seeking tranquility.

great view; 2 large pools, wifi coverage everywhere around the hotel. The facilities were ok, the room was cleaned daily around 11 am; we have booked all inclusive; extra payment required for ironing (3euro -2h) & towels were provided for a deposit of 10euro/ towel. The money were not deducted unless the towels were not returned at the check out. 3 different restaurants available; variety of food provided. The room had 2 showers and a strong water pressure. Sea veiw was stunning.

Limited capacity for the special restaurants ( friday- monday - 40 people only) however the main restaurant was great. The location is not very easy accessible unless you are traveling by car.

Food was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and generously sized. Platinum club (16+) was very worth it. Platinum pool was great and snack bar had a nice selection of self serve drinks & food plus regular offerings of cocktails and ice creams. Beach was literally over the road. Main streets had good amenities...doctors, pharmacy, souvenir shops, bars & restaurants if you want them (but you won't!). Only 30 min ride to TFS airport.

Hotel allows smoking on balconies and in some of the outdoor seating areas. Smoker in the next room kept making us shut our balcony door. Outdoor smoking area was next to the VIP lounge outdoor bit...spoilt it a bit. Understand the hotel wants to cater to all, but they should provide a smoking area away from the public areas and rooms. People running out to reserve sunbeds when the pool area opened at 9, despite signs saying it wasn't permitted. Wasn't quite as bad around the Platinum pool.

Loved the Platinum service. Breakfast was fabulous; the crepes were delicious. The adult-only pool was great! There was no rush for sunbeds. My favorite was the Poke Bowls at The View snack bar. The majority of the staff were really friendly and helpful.

My Room had two single beds instead of one double, which I asked for. So, every time I rolled over, I would fall between the two beds. The entertainment staff were unfriendly and would not include everyone. They had their favorites, and the rest would be ignored. I went to the aqua gym, and that was ok, but then when I tried to participate in other games like water polo and sjoel but was completely ignored and left out. It was not nice at all. The internet was pathetic, I couldn't connect to it at the start, and then when I finally could connect to it it was slow and kept disconnecting.

It's a huge hotel with a lot of rooms. But it was quiet in the room and on the balcony. We were there in a fiera time and our balcony looked at party spot, but closed window protected us (air conditioner switches on when window is closed). The hotel has game spots, like a minigolf, tennis, petang and it is free for all kind of clients. I'm not really like pools, but it seems like it was enought place for all people. In the evenings they amused us with different animations or parties. Breackfasts included a lot of positions, but were the same an every day we stayed. The balcony view was amaizing!

Time to time it was hard to find free or clean table at breakfasts. We had only breakfasts included, so we bought drinks at the bar. And it might to be ok, but we saw labels "free mojito" or "free other drink" at the bar, but when I asked about it, barmen answered me that it was free only for "all included" clients. Also, we don't like concept of "vip" clients and all this zone separations.

Nice entrance and good spacious rooms, had 2 showers which was a bonus !

Buffet Restaurant was manic and birds constantly coming for food in outside area as well as messing from overhead canopies - witnessed it just missing someone. Limited menu on speciality restaurant so one visit there was enough even though could have had 2. Alcohol included was basic, and most brands were chargeable, Baileys, Frangelico etc etc which also had no non brand alternatives

The platinum club is a worthy expenditure that gives you the access to the best part of facilities of this hotel. The all inclusive option is not a bad choice - also note that the local choice of bars and restaurants are not that plentiful. The location of this hotel is good for a quiet family holiday. The entrance hall is quite impressively presented. The pool and other out door facilities are quite good as well. The infinity pool is particularly well pointed and located to have the best view (requires platinum membership). The food is good but they still need to work harder to score the wow factor. Room is spacious and clean and the coffer maker (again, requires platinum membership) is very useful in the morning if you are a morning person - the restaurant opens fairly late.

I am only speaking of the suite I was given, which is consisted by two-joining-together guest rooms. This configuration might be a reasonable choice for a couple with kids, but really should not be branded as suite at all. Quality of service varies depends largely on with whom you are dealing. There is definitely room for improvements - a professional fake smile can never match a small heart-felt help such as an offer of a useful local knowledge according to a guest's individual situation. Food is good but only good, there is plentiful can be done to improve it.

The hotel is really beautiful - its architecture is meant to wow ita guest and it does exactly that. The all inclusive is fantastic - great hours, great options and you can use pretty much all the amenities. The animators are great and the events are interesting and engaging. The food is fantastic and the two optional restaurants - Pepe's tavern and Arena are a must-try. The views from everywhere are fantastic and of you like watching waves you can see some really beautiful and big waves from pretty much any balcony. It's a great hotel where you can not only relax to the fullest, but (for when you feel like it) be entertained properly.

Our main issue was, surprisingly, with housekeeping. We had a bathroom with both a tub and a shower cabin (which is great), and there was a lot of hair on the walls of the cabin. We told reception twice and the room was cleaned twice, but the hair on the walls remained... We just felt uncomfortable bringing it up a third time and just used the bath tub, but considering that we made sure to explain *where* the hair was and still nothing was done about it I can't ignore it. I am downvoting, because it's unacceptable to have *this* issue at a 4 star hotel. It's location is a bit far from the main "attractions" - pretty much everything (like kayaking, boat rides, dive clubs) is located at Los Cristianos and that is about 30 mins driving

I would recommend taking the Platinum option. Fantastic facility and makes you feel that extra special. The location of the hotel is great as it’s on the west coast, away from the chaos of the south. Very friendly and clean hotel

It was my second stay an I was very surprised when I was refused to be checked in in the main reception. I was informed that a separate, more comfortable area is allocated for the Platinum check in. I had to wait 25 minutes as there was another couple being checked in at that time where the main reception was totally free. It should be a choice not a must where it comes to a special treatment.
