•in general, I liked absolutely everything, every minute of our stay at the hotel we were exceptionally satisfied, there working kind and professional staff aimed at a positive solution to the problem, satisfaction of any request. •really great restaurant , we visited many on the island (choosing only on good reviews) but Melvin is the best among the best. thank you

•it would be nice if the internal app worked :) , as it works only in informative and concierge modes , no one part of specific part - actually does not work, for any request you need to contact the reception , although the idea (architecture) of the application is cool and convenient, it remains to make it work:) •it would also be great to have several charging stations for electric vehicles

Beautiful location with all the facilities and great golf and tennis facilities. We would definitely return.

We were an adult couple and should have avoided school holidays. The families unfortunately took over the facilities and there was no adult only area.

Amazing quiet stay, in a well framed location great spacious and tastefully decorated apartment with all the furnishing you would ever need Fantastic staff - all knowledgeable, very friendly and genuine Cleaners - Awesome & friendly amazing bar terrace / reception / shop area - under utilised potential

Few minor niggling issues with the apartment, as one offs not even worth mentioning but 4/5 stacking up becomes notable (e.g. wheels missing of washing machine tray, shower door seal fitted incorrectly (doesn't magnetically seal), a couple of very dirty (clearly unwashed) mugs/cups on arrival etc.. Pool furnishing a bit tired and need repairing/refreshing (don't let this overshadow the review - we had a great time)

This property is amazing! Firstly, the service is incredible. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond to greet you and make you feel welcome. A big shoutout to Ivan, Jorje and Vincenzo. They really made the experience exceptional. We asked for early checkin and they tried their best to accommodate us, which was hugely appreciated. They also have a 24h reception which is useful. The gym, pool and communal areas are all very nice and convenient. They also have a free transfer to the beach from 8am until 11pm every day. Secondly, the resort is stunning, perfectly located with amazing sea and golf views. The rooms were incredible too. Super spacious, large and really well kitted out with everything you need. It was also really clean and comfortable. The prices were also relatively reasonable and would stay back here in a heartbeat. Thank you for the best stay!

Nothing! But one thing is you probably need a car to get around

Very friendly staff; great rooms with large space, perfect for 4 persons (a couple + 2 kids). Great location as well and easy access to shops nearby.

General quality of restaurants is not really great, and very pricey in comparison to other resorts or hotels. Both for the most gastronomic one and for pool bars / restaurants. No room service: would be great to add it. Dishwasher tablets but not for the washing machine: a bit strange, I'd rather pay 5 euros extra for it ha ha (same for water bottles etc.).

beautiful rooms , very clean and staff are very good.

there are limited facilities to eat and drink, and the one restaurant on site is expensive. it is essential to hire a car or use taxis everyday. the use of the private Abama beach is a bit weird, as a guest of the Terrazas you are made to feel unwelcome. loungers and umbrellas are crazily expensive and the staff are pretty rude if you are not from the main hotel.

The apartment was huge, so much space and lovely modern decoration. My kids adored the kids camp and the staff in there were amazing! The food and service was great and the setting of the pools were gorgeous!

The main pool was slightly too cold for a toddler and the baby pool also a bit too cold for a toddler.

Together with my wife I spent out honeymoon here. It was our first stay here and we absolutely loved it! 😍 How spacious the villas were, the friendliness and support from staff, the quality of pools and the facilities in general - all is top quality. The rooms were always clean and rooms had all household appliances we could think of (even a washing machine and an automatic wine bottle opener!) We loved the variety of breakfast options and the fitness center that's open 24/7. We especially want to say "thanks" to Nataly, Melanie, Julio, Jorge, Arom, Jeffrey, Federico, Tana, Gulia, Allen, Adrian, Marta and Ivan, for assisting us with all the questions and making our stay unforgettable! We can't wait to visit the villas again! 😁
