the property was amazing! rooms were very modern and clean and the balcony was huge, added bonus was the jacuzzi on the balcony which me and my partner loved using in the nights. The food was excellent also.

The TVs are not smart TVs. you cannot connect to any of the smart apps such as Netflix and we only found one English Channel. The hotel is situated on a hill and to get to the bottom where all of the pubs, restaurants and shops are, you have to walk down hundreds of steps, and I mean hundreds. luckily me and my partner are fit as a fiddle but when we did decide to take a taxi instead, it was only €2/3 euros each way.

Adult only, great location & really clean.

All of the staff were so helpful and friendly with the exception of one. Daniel in the breakfast room was quite rude to us and gave us a dressing down on our second or third morning when we went for breakfast. We waited at the breakfast check in for about five minutes and they were all busy so we walked on in and would have told someone our room number when they were less busy. Daniel came towards us angrily telling us “You must wait! If nobody here you must wait. Never just walk in. You must tell us your room number. Even if you must wait ten minutes you must wait!” I was really embarrassed in front of the other guests, people were looking in surprise. it was not an experience I would like to repeat, we were scolded like children.

.The hotel was very clean all the time, seems to be recently renewed as the pictures seem to be old.. We stayed in a junior suite with jacuzzi at the balcony and it was lovely. We had breakfast included and never dissapointed so much option! The swimming pool was always very clean and with enough recliners available.. Just a 4 minute walk to the Centre with all the pubs and restaurants.. And 10 min walk from the beach. We loved it and if back in Gran Canaria we will stay here again!

.We had dinner at the hotel included in a romantic pack, but was a bit disappointing. . Not as good as breakfast although staff was always very nice 😊

Very friendly staff and amazing maids who cleaned room immaculately. Lovely breakfast selection and very fresh. Spa facilities are excellent and spa treatments are lovely. hot tub on balcony is also a great touch!

Room , hotel facilities excellent. Great breakfast choices , especially the fresh orange juice machine . The staff were exceptional . Unfortunately I was taken ill while on holiday but the staff all helped to assist my wife with arrangements for a doctor, ambulance and subsequent hospital admission. While I was in hospital they took exceptional care of my wife , ensuring she had everything she needed while staying alone . When I returned from hospital 3 days later , everyone involved enquired about my well being , and wished me well . I personally cannot thank them enough for what they did for us at this very difficult time

sauna was not working in the spa for our duration of the stay. steam room was great!

Overall excellent, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a spacious room with everything needed. Breakfast was good value for money. We will be going back next year for sure.

Sauna could have been hotter

Great hotel, and great helpful staff throughout the resort with reasonable prices during the day at their poolside bar as well as the amazing rooftop terrace, with a fantastic view and vibe.

The room was very clean and the hotel provides spa services for free which can make a stay really relaxing and no extra cost. Also the breakfast is of good quality and with quite a good selection.

The car park is tiny offering just few spaces which get filled quickly. The only other option is parking on the road which though is free, could lead to the car being left few metres away. Definitely not good for check in and check out especially. The swimming pool area closes too early. The staff struggles with english speakers customers.

Lovely staff! Even packed breakfast for our early morning check out. Enjoyed the wellness center and the balcony jacuzzi was absolutely the best way to end the evening. Good location with easy access to food and beaches!
