Hotel Asset Torrejón

We booked this hotel to meet friends arriving at Madrid-Barajas airport early next morning The room was spacious, clean and conveniently located near the RENFE station as well as the Torrejon town. Lots of restaurants nearby for dining.

We wanted to got to the airport on Wednesday morning and the hotel claimed in Booking.com that it has a transfer service available to the Madrid-Barajas airport. Unfortunately the hotel reception denied they offered such service. The 824 bus service to the airport is unreliable and after waiting for over an hour at the bus stop although the schedule says there is one, I called for a taxi. Taxi costs around EUR20.

The Hotel is located in Torrejon de Ardoz which is from Madrid International Airport forward with respect the City of Madrid. However, as the hotel is right close to the Torrejon Train Station, it is very easy to get to Madrid Atocha within 30/40 minutes and with an expense less then 7 euro for the return ticket. The room ( I took the business room) are big, with a very comfortable bed, and clean. The staff at the reception is pleasant and supportive. there is also the free shuttle to/from the airport and from the major company premises of the area. The breakfast is good.

Just a small episode, where during the night I didn't find the TV remote control and the reception was not able to give me another one until the day after when the cleaning service replace it.

Location right next to a train station was fantastic. I was able to travel with easy and without worrying about getting back. The room was clean and spacious. Best of all, I loved the bed! It was extremely comfortable, didn't want to get out, I slept well every night.

I didn't like that there was limited viewing on the TV. Would have also enjoyed the option of making myself tea/coffee in my room. Also it would have been good to have option of of a fridge with goods to purchase

Everything was great 😊 we had an amazing week. The room was clean,spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was really good, there was plenty of fruits,cheese, cornflakes, yogurt, juices, bread,different types of milk,coffee and tea, even halal turkey. We enjoyed the stay in asset and we are planning on going back some day. A big thanks to the team 🫶🏻

We liked the location as it was so close to the train station, but beside that we like the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

The breakfast is generally good, but the hot dishes get cold quickly as they aren't kept on hotplates. It would be a good idea if they invested in hotplates to keep the hot dishes hot, even if you aren't the first one to take from it.

As always at this hotel we had a lLovely clean room and a very comfortable bed. The batheroom was also nice clean with enough towels and positive messages on the toiletries, which was a nice touch.

We are used to sleeping with our window open but had to close the window to block out the noise from the street, though we asked for a quiet room.

Very good place. There is the non-free underground parking near the hotel. We were able to put there our multivan. Also it is possible to park on the nearby streets or in the parking near the train station. The hotel is located in the centre of Torrejón, so all facilities and popular places are near. The staff is great. Every employee speaks both English and Spanish, so there was not any communication issues. Also staff is very kind. The rooms were large and light. Internet was working well, but it sometimes asked for security code. The room services were great. The breakfast were included in the price of accommodation, and they were great. A lot of services on the reception - like photocopy or printing of documents.

There is no minibar in the rooms. Some rooms are equipped with bath and shower, some only with shower. There is no 24/7 restaurant or cafe in the Hotel. To be honest - the hotel is great, but it is classified as 4 stars. I think that in fact it's only 3.5 :-)

Excellent service and perfect stay. The staff was super nice and attentive, the girls at the front desk always answered to all of our questions with great attitude and clarity. The hotel has a really good location (one block away from the bus stop and train station) so transportation will not be an issue. Last but not least, the breakfast was awesome and totally worth it. It is a buffet with a lot of variety and delicious options. I will definitely stay again here!

All good, nice people on the front desk and cleaning ladies! All of them have an positiv attitude and are very nice! Rooms very clean, the amnetties on bathroom are complete with everything you need if you forget to bring something from home! Great beds, very cosy and big rooms! Free water in the rooms! A machine with snacks and beverage in the lobby where you can buy 24 hours what you need!

It is not this specific hotel, all hotels I would say, in Spain, we stayed in, have their showers or bath tubs with half doors, so when you take a bath the water spills all over the bathroom. We will like to see doors that close completely and avoid the wet floors of the bathrooms after the daily shower.
