Hotel ParqueMar Premium Beach

it’s in a great location as short walk from town. A lovely park to one side .friendly staff .Breakfast was good . lots of free parking around the hotel .The man on reception did us a picnic as we had a very early start on our final night .

no water cup food and drink left in fridge from last that stayed . Very low water pressure in the bath sink hardly enough to brush your teeth .In this day and age people need internet in rooms ,some places near window we had none ,and the speed was very low My wife found a clump of hair in our bed late on our first night .It was not from the sheets being dirty ,it was from the hair being picked up on washing or drying.It was big enough for the bed makers to see .My wife wears glasses and she saw it without them .

Breakfast was a well supplied continental breakfast and the entire ground floor of the hotel was beautiful. The room on the other hand was very dated, fridge didn't work, TV removed from the bedroom (we had a duplex unit so the bedroom was accessed via a spiral stair case), no shower curtain (so luckily plenty of towels. We had a great and very large balcony with a partial sea view and a view of the park. On street parking was easy and as a location it couldn't have been better. A stones throw from the beach, all the shops you need and some great places to eat all around.

Room, including the bathroom was very over due a re-fit, but it suited us for what we needed. it looked as if things had been broken in the room and not replaced over years.

Very nice staff, large, clean rooms, maybe not super modern, but cozy and bright. The balcony is great, the sound of the sea can be heard, the park opposite the hotel is sensational, but if you like deep silence, this is not the hotel for you. Peacocks and roosters are very loud from the retinue, according to us, it has its own charm and it didn't bother us at all.

Breakfast, basically the same every day, no wholegrain bread, only white bread, no vegetables, only fruit which for a person who does not like sweet and fruit for breakfast was a big minus you can also forget about eating dinner at the hotel, too bad luckily we have the Just eat app

Fabulous location, just across the road from a lovely municipal park with all kinds of wild birds, free to roam, a children's play area and lovely paths through the park. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the beach. Lovely room. So much to see and do in Guardamar, including a huge natural park which has several routes through of various lengths. Also a lovely marina and you can walk all the way to the little lighthouse to see the local fishermen out fishing. A beautiful place all round, wish I could have stayed longer.

It was a shame that there was building work going on at the building next door, so some noise and dust, but didn't bother me too much as I didn't spend too much time in there during the day. No tea or coffee making facilities as I had to bring my own kettle. There was a little fridge which was really handy.

Hotel closed and in darkness when we arrived on time at 9pm...had to ring emergency number .to gain access (mild panic) staff arrived 15mins.later...not ideal... No shower curtains available in winter apparently...no tea/ coffee making facilities... Although we made the best of it in the end there seems to be minimal facilities available in the winter months...

|The hotel was easy to find and our room was roomy and very comfortable. Having a balcony was a bonus especially as the weather was hot. The staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. We didn't eat at the hotel as we had a property in Torrevieja and were very familiar with the local restaurants. We visited our favourite haunts.

There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, but this was not a major issue. We had a slight issue with the safe in our room but he staff dealt with this quickly and efficiently.

The bar staff in the evening were great. There was a particular girl who was waiting tables on Friday evening and she was serving breakfast on Sunday morning. Dark straight hair and glasses. She was really lovely and very helpful. The two young gentlemen behind reception who checked me in on Friday were really lovely, very polite and especially helpful. The hotel is an older style that is in the process of renovation, although very close to the beach and exceptional value

A lovely hotel with friendly staff in a great place ,near bars and parks .Great beds with lovely rooms .A very nice restaurant if a little cold .Friendly staff easy parking just outside ,a life which is always good .

The bathroom needs some work.No shower curtain or a place to hold up the shower when you wash . The bath was the option but the the water was not as hot as it should have been We really should have noticed this at the time and asked for another room .But we were eager to get out

No bar staff available to serve drinks during the day and evening even though we were told on check in that they open in the evenings. didn’t see anyone for the 6 days. Also disappointed that they didn’t have any tea/coffee in the rooms!! thought that was standard with any hotel. overall a great place.

it’s a lovely hotel is a great location , from bars to parks . Easy parking a short walk to the beach . It’s quite a posh hotel a good place to have breakfast or an evening meal

could not have a proper shower as nowhere to hook the shower head or shower curtain . Somethings need to tlc . There was no heating on in the hotel , the air conditioning units were ok but not great for winter . we were thinking about a meal but the restaurant was cold
