Such a lovely hotel, the staff were excellent in helping with our accommodation requirements. We booked a deluxe room for the first night and then a Junior Suite sea view for the other days. It was our friend's wedding here at the hotel. The breakfast was ok could have been more of a selection but it was ok. The evening meal was again ok but should have been more options but again it was nice. Lovely sky bar which is excellent for having some drinks and relaxing. The beach is literally across the road and is so beautiful. The food for the wedding was lovely and our friends had an amazing day. It was an amazing few days staying here I would love to visit again. The staff here work so hard and are amazing at the work they do they really do make the stay wonderful from the bars to the cleaning staff amazing.

Food could have had more of a selection but it was ok. Everything here is so personal so nothing else was a negative for us.

We had a lovely room overlooking the sea with no interruptions. The staff were always helpful and kept everywhere very clean. Parking was always available. The swimming pool was very inviting.

We had a lovely room on the top floor, but unfortunately it was just under the Sky Bar. When music is playing it is very noisy in the room. One night when there was a wedding celebration loud music was played until 3 o'clock in the morning. Very little sleep that night.

Good rooftop bar, open after 5pm. Great breakfast, but be careful if you have a nut allergy as nuts all around, both fresh and in produce.

Thin walls so can hear neighbours chatting which is very annoying when you want to sleep or are asleep and they wake you. Restaurant eve menu is pricey and without a good variety-too a la carte for hotel and location. Pool is small but thankfully spotless and we always got a sun bed. Albeit only 2 in our group.

Staff were super friendly, pool was great, super close to the beach, the breakfast was lovely too

The aircon only had one setting and the room didn’t get cold enough, felt quite stuffy and when I asked staff they explained this was just the way they were. Also, booking.com doesn’t mention you need to take your passports as a form of ID and so we had to leave to go and get them and come back again.

i have stayed at Meridional 5 times now and been visiting Guardamar and the surrounding area for 23 years, so know it well. this hotel is excellent in every way - perfectly located next to the beach, excellent facilities and incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The management continually improve the hotel and the two restaurants are first class with excellent service. What can I say - I like it very much and always look forward to returning 😊 much as gracias pie todo, equipo Meridional!

spotlessly clean and very quiet room but bare mind I stayed here in the end of February so not sure how’s summertime there.

On the booking website the description regarding to the spa facilities were not very accurate and the spa facilities was un useable the pool is outdoor and for February was to cold to be used , for jacuzzi is an extra charge of 16 euro for adults and 12 euro for kids,the sky bar was closed for refurbishment.Breakfast was good but for some reason the bacon was always burnt.The mini bar was empty I only have 2 bottles of water for the entire 5 days, there’s no hair conditioner, no body lotion, no shampoo, nor toothpaste or toothbrush things that usually I found in 4 stars hotels.

The location of the hotel is fabulous, right on the beach with a stunning view over the deep blue sea. The hotel has a charming Skybar on the top floor. Spectacular setting. Beds are very comfortable. Quality material. The hotel has been modernised recently. All facilities are new, modern, and comfortable. Great food. Friendly staff. A private pool of good size. Private parking.

Truly, nothing. A small "minus" is the small lift that can hardly accommodate 2 people. Walk the stairs instead!

Great location, just in front of really beautiful beach. A bit far away from the city, but you should have enough things to do around the hotel.

The hotel should put more tables on the restaurant terrace. There is still space. I preferred to eat on the fresh air and I also overheard many people asking for the same, but they would get demotivated when the only solution was to sit on the high tables and chairs.

The hotel is in a fantastic location to the beach and bars. The staff where very helpful. We only stayed one night, as visiting friends but i would like to visit again for a longer period and use all facilities.

Breakfast was served to 10.30 and we got there at 10 and the food was cold as it was kept in a warming cabinet. Even though this happened the chioce was lovely. The coffee was so nice aswell.

We have now stayed at the Meridional 8 times, 4 times in the hotel and this was the 4th time in the apartment. The location is fantastic just a couple of hundred yards away from the hotel and the amazing beach. The view from the balcony is excellent and the apartment has everything you could need. The reception staff are so pleasant and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

As stated this is the 4th time we have stayed in the apartment and a few things are starting to deteriorate slightly. The safe no longer works and could not be used, the shutter on the main balcony window was broken and unusable. We complained about both items and the shutter was fixed after a week. With one shower not sure how 6 people would get on, but for the 2 of us it was fine.
