Our room didn't have beach towels and a small fridge, but we just asked and they brought it to us right away, really wonderful people work there. One observation, what was missing at breakfast are vegetables, the breakfast is modest, but you will not be hungry: eggs, juice, croissants, coffee, cocoa, tea every day

The cleaning standards are really high, there is a smell of cleanliness when you return to the room, the bedding was changed every couple of days. The breakfast was really good: a variety of fresh food, good choice 👍 The main man of the hotel is the kindest person, he does lots of things with a kind smile, he is helpful and welcoming I felt like being at home, or visiting friends, really relaxed and comfortable Thank you for the perfect time I had

It's just a lovely hotel. Miguel Angel is co owner with his sister. The staff are just so lovely. Location is perfect being a stone throw away from the beautiful Guardamar beach. Good showers, comfy beds and simple but substantial breakfast all excellent value. I simply do not understand why this hotel has only a 1 star rating and deserves more. It is spotlessly clean. We have been several times and wouldn't stay anywhere else whilst in Guardamar

Everything. Miguel and the staff are fantastic. Breakfast was basic Continental but wide choice. Our room we requested the last one we had in 2019, we got it. The hotel in every area exceptionally clean. Fantastic location very close to the promenade and bars & Restaurants. 4th time staying and it never fails to meet expectations. Highly Recommend.

People working at the reception were always kind and available. Breakfast was nice with a great variety, do not skip it. Room looks a bit dated but everything is clean and well maintained, smells nicely, comfortable bed. Parking on the street was always available and free. I would stay here again, really liked everything!

Noise from outside, next room had air conditioner turned on and outside unit was making noise that could not be removed by closing balcony door.

Loved the position of the hotel So near the beach, had a large room with a lovely big balcony with a great sea view. The staff there made us feel very welcome, there was a good choice at breakfast, good value for money, already thinking of going back.

There wasn't much I didn't like maybe being British would have liked a kettle in the room, to get up and have a cuppa and look at the beautiful sea view on the lovely balcony.

The hotel is a 1 minute walk from the beach . The room was clean and comfortable with much appreciated air con . The staff are very friendly and the continental breakfast is very nice .

It would be nice to have the sheets changed during a week long stay and a fridge in the room would be good . These things would not stop me staying here again though !

Rooms are spacious, comfy beds, aircon, bathroom with bathtub and bidé. Everything clean. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great too! It's basically one street away from the beach so that's wonderful! Lots of restaurants in the area to have lunch and dinner.

Well, it's difficult to find something negative about the place. Perhaps the fact that it's not soundproof but if the people next door have a bit of common sense, everyone can sleep peacefully.

Staff very friendly and obliging. Hotel has great cleaning staff who do a wonderful job. Continental breakfast is one of the highlights of the day. Very plentiful with great selection of fruit, yogurt, juices etc. Room we had was airy and spacious with air con. We were also lucky to have a lovely balcony with table and chairs. Hotel is just 2 mins from the beach which is probably Guardamar’s jewel in the crown.

The room tv has only two English channels to watch(BBC World News & CNN), but this is a minor quibble.

So close to the beach, nice little sea view from the balcony; beds very very comfortable; the hotel is a 70's throwback but so comfortable, clean and easy to relax. Little bar and outside terrace downstairs is fabulous. Staff were great and so is the big breakfast.

There was nothing to not like, other than the decor is a little dated but everything is lovely and clean and comfortable.
