The staff were brilliant. Carly and Kate were very friendly, well-informed, and very hard working. Refreshing after arriving at hotels to find staff filing their nails. Carly never stops working! The room was brilliant. The room was clean, and the shower was working well! The only reason we didn't score the hotel a 10 is because we found a piece of glass on the floor, but we know how broken glass behaves.

The parrot was squawking loudly early morning.

All the staff work hard to make your stay a good experiance and they always had a smile and give help and information if needed, easy access and free on site parking. Good activities every day.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon around 16.30 with a great tribute act on stage but it was truly deafening even the staff were having problems taking orders, after this act there was another act same problem.

Great hotel! Staff were all lovely and made the stay even better. The food and drinks were brilliant and really cheap compared to anywhere else we’ve stayed. Breakfasts from €2.50! The rooms were comfortable and clean. Maid came ever other day to clean and replace towels. Entertainment on most nights too! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The staff were great, helpfull, friendly and informative, the room was enormous, free bottled water in the room on arrival, TV and a balcony, all good, the balcony door lock was not in good working order. Good choice of food and drink all at reasonable prices, plus on site shop

We know hotel is being updated an will be a godsend when they change the plastic shower curtain in room . Although the parrots are a lively thing to look at around the pool the alarm click when they wake you us not so pleasant at daybreak

The breakfast was very good The entertainment was very good Sunday lunch was very nice

We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper no one came in to the room to clean or check in the seven days we stayed there

Very cosy hotel with friendly staff. The room 102 was great, very spacy and clean. The pool was a ni ce suprise, the breakfast was delicious and the visit was price worthy.

The reason why we weren't giving a 10 is because of the Parrots' screeching, the birds are really beautiful but such a noise.

The property has nice friendly staff, as it has just been taken over, it has a few teething problems, especially with the Wi-Fi. The manageress did say she will address this and I believe they will. All in all a comfortable stay with attentive staff, something needed doing, one asked and it was done.

I booked this for my parents and daughter so they were close to Algorfa village where we were staying. They had a great time!! The owner and team were lovely, helpful and there was entertainment on while they were there - a bonus they thoroughly enjoyed. Also walking distance to the La Finca golf urbanisation so a choice of bars and restaurants nearby too if you fancy eating out. Great local Taxi service to the village too.

Not much not to like.

Rooms are exceptionally large. Nice to have a sofa & armchair. All staff we encountered were excellent.

Hairdryer in bathroom was next to useless. Shower water pressure wasn't great. Currently under renovation (which we didn't know about) & work started at 8am.
