2nd time we'd stayed at the Eden Mar and again we weren't disappointed. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. It was made up every day. The roof terrace is lovely and a brilliant sun trap. We only ate breakfast at the hotel but I highly recommend the toastada with tomato, ham and cheese. We sat at the roadside tables for drinks and they are generous with the measures and always bring out lovely tapas. Highly recommended Eden Mar for value, location and staff and we're hopefully going back in October.

There was nothing not too like.

The staff, in particular Valentyna who served us in the bar most days. Very amiable and hard working. All the staff are really friendly. We ate tapas and dinners on different days, the food was exceptionally good. The location in the centre of town was great and only a 5 min walk to the beach. We had no problem finding a parking space nearby every evening. This was our 2nd time staying at Eden Mar, and we will be back. Great value too.

Ventilation in the bathroom in 201 could have been better as it was an internal room with no window. Otherwise, all good.

Stayed in this hotel in June and found the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel has its own restaurant attached however it is in a good location very close to beautiful sandy beaches and is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and bars. There is also a nearby supermarket. Although Alicante is a popular destination, less than an hour away, the area of Guardamar del Segura is quieter but felt perfectly safe for lone travelling.

Although there is a small fridge would have been good to have a kettle in the room, so hot drinks could be made instead of having to go down to restaurant. Breakfast choices. Would have been nice to have a wider variety of fresh fruit on the breakfast platter instead of just two.

The Eden Mar is just such a gem of a family run hotel with the best staff ever. Carlos treats you like royalty, and you feel valued. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just minutes from the beach front and opposite a supermarket. It has a great bar area, where Izan and Roque are so friendly and attentive. The rooms are spotless and have a small fridge, which was incredibly useful for longer stays. It's is such good value, I've stayed numerous times before and will be staying again, no question. Huge thanks to all staff at the hotel for making our family holiday so wonderful.

Basic but clean. Lovely bar and friendly staff. Great central location central to town and beach. Good food served in bar and nice breakfast.

Had very noisy room on side. Woken up early by shutters, rubbish and at nite lots of people on balconies shouting and talking to 2am but not guests at the hotel! Uncomfortable beds and ancient hairdryer in bathroom could be updated!

The location - just a short walk to the beach and really centrally located. The team was also super friendly and helpful. We also spent one evening soaking up the great vibe sitting in their street seating area. The room was pretty small, but very comfortable with a beautiful big bathroom. The rooms were spotlessly clean and serviced every day. WiFi was excellent, I was able to do a couple of Zoom calls without any issue.

It was a lovely hotel central for everything rooms nice had a fridge solarium on roof was a bounus breakfast was OK plenty of selection on continental side eggs bacon beans were luck warm staff were all very nice would stay there again and would recommend to my friends it's only a 2 star but it's very nice

Great welcome and clean comfortable bed. Evening meals are very good. Have stayed many times before.

The breakfast was from 8.00am. I needed my breakfast early at 8.00 am but the cooked breakfast was not ready or available until 8.20am. I couldn't wait as had business appointments to get to. The breakfast room was not ready for use at 8.00 am. This was disappointing.

Hotel very nice situated in middle of town its only 2 star but value for money very clean staff very friendly even got a small fridge in room got a roof solarium which is lovely would stay here again

Breakfast was OK continental side was nice hot side was bacon eggs beans but we're like warm plenty of hot drinks to choose from

We were pleasantly surprised about the comfort of the beds. The room size was as described, small rooms, but quite comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful!

We were unfortunate that our AC was stuck on really cold and the shower were stuck on warm, but that will be fixed
