The room was simple, perfectly pleasant, and clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. The location is terrific, right across from the port and a few minute's walk from the Sant Cristofal beach and lighthouse, as well as another park and beach in the opposite direction. There is a grocery store in the same block, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The train station is not far (10 minutes on foot?) so it's easy to get to Barcelona or other towns by train.

One night there was a huge music festival across the street, and the music was so loud that we could hear it in the room despite the double-glazed windows. That was the only time we heard anything - during six nights' stay, so it's normally quiet.

Great location ... near beach & bars etc. There is a up hill walk to old town ... easy if ye r young ... I am 66 ha! I just walked slow .. certainly worth the walk ... gr8 streets with Tapas Bars ... friendly people 😘 Sofia on reception was just so kind & helpful ... lots of gr8 info & I would recommend she gets pay rise or one of the big hotel chains will snap her up. Estupendo ! Nite security guy was brill too ... Kind, friendly & helpful ❤️ Maids service gr8 too ... sweet girls 😘

unfortunately next to building site ... big digger started at 8am ... shut the shutters etc ... I was ok but hubby likes to sleep late 🙃

The three staff that we met during our stay were exceptional. The person who booked us in was very helpful providing us with information, recommendations and discount vouchers to enable us to make the most our stay. The housekeeper we spoke to ar the of our stay went out of her way to secure our luggage in the secure room until it was time to leave Villanova and we were directed to a short cut to the train station. The accommodation exceeded our expectations.

The bathroom smell on the first floor. The bathroom was clean but a strong odor was coming from the toilet. The staff was very helpful and explained to us that the system was very old, and sometimes this is expected. She was very kind and used a cleaning product that made the bathroom smell more pleasant. Another problem was the construction noise behind the building otherwise okay.

The hotel is on the front by the marina, it has a lift and a number to ring for late arrivals. Our host came within 5 minutes and was very helpful. We had a room upgrade to a family suite, which effectively gave us a second room as a dressing room.

There was no rpoper shower, rather an over-the-bath flimsy arrangement. Yet it was a large bathroom with plenty of room for a shower cubicle where the bidet was. I don't know anyone who uses a bidet, but everyone wants a shower.

Receptionist was super nice. I was asked to call the night shift number and were waiting for me by the time I had arrived. While it was a short interaction, the receptionist was very curteous and helped me figure out the parking restrictions at the time of my arrival. I did NOT expect such a wonderful view to the lighthouse and I think it should be advertised more, I had no idea.

Nothing do dislike. Wonderful stay.

The terraca window didnt lock and being the first floor made me feel unsafe....but the hotel rooms have always been fantastic until my last stay. I love the hotel and will still keep coming as often as I can as my daughter lives in.Vilanova and I live in Menorca!!!! You have a beautiful hotel!!!!! Wonderful staff!!!! Thank you !!!!!

Friendly staff, good looking accommodation, plenty of parking space across the street (only free of charge on weekdays, but not expensive). The room had everything we needed.

Room was ample, and the balcony as well Bathroom of very good size The welcome kit was nice, and they offer drinking water for free during the stay Staff was super helpful, even if they only are available half of the day
